I placed an order two months ago and it never arrived. When after 3 weeks I asked them where it was, they said it was never shipped as it was out of stock. I requested a refund, they agreed, but I haven't received it yet. What kind of service is that? All I had was your email because I can't find your numberбыщ that's why it took you forever to answer. Pathetic scammers!

I ordered an ASUS Rt-N66U online with PC Nation on 1/29/12 and when I ordered on their site it said "In Stock" with Free 3 day shipping. I even called 1/30/12 (Monday morning) to confirm that it would be going out and I spoke to a woman that put me on hold, came back and said that in fact it was shipping out that day. 3 days later no product, when I called "customer service" if you can call it that, they gave me a bunch of crap about how it was limited stock and that I needed to call to confirm the order first before placing the order. LOL! There is NO such notice on the website and they just want your money first, then play games afterwards. I will NEVER order from this company again and am going to spend the rest of my day reposting this review on EVERY site I can to cost them as many customers as I can. Lie to your customers, we have ways to cost you customers in return. The power of the internet review process, dont underestimate it PC Nation! You guys are not a reputable retail outfit and I will do what I can to divert business to other retailers and save people the hassle of dealing with CROOKS LIKE YOU!

Trying to be a smart shopper I went for deals using Google Shopping. My target was a Sony Bloggie CM5 I found it at this website called Pcnation.com for $139.00 and free shipping impressive considering it retails everywhere else for $179.00+. I made my order so I waited two days for them to ship it I emailed them a couple of times they did not know. So i called their awful customer service that told me that it was not in stock until the following week. What?!? So why would they sell it to me? Very strange business practices. Not even their online customer service knew what was going on. Don't buy from pcnation.com
