For the past 12 years with the tokens that I put in, I NEVER GOT THE GIFTS FOR THEM, WOW, HOW THAT POSSIBLE ?! Look, this must be a joke! Every day, feed your tokens and never get anything from them, HOW is THAT POSSIBLE?! I NEVER GOT A GIFT FROM THE PCH COMPANY! WOW, that 12 YRS! Please explain why my name was never listed on the right side of the screen of the winners under TOKEN GIFTS?!

I've called 3x about consolidating the 2 accounts under my email addresses. I keep being told that this has been done. Yet, still, it is showing I am at a bonze level when the other one with my correct email shows I am at a diamond level. What do I need to do to correct this from MY end? Apparently, you are doing what you have told me 3x that you would handle this - one shows I have 115,000 tokens to be redeemed and I would like them to move them to my new address. I earned these and I want them now. I want an email showing that it has been done.

I've redeemed over 11 million tokens and not a single win, this is of course the ruse, something to keep people uselessly preoccupied at computer, wasting time with a joke that isn't funny. TIME TO DUMP PCH!

Last night I had 1560, 400.00 tokens, When I started playing just now a note came on the screen and said I had 1, 000.00. What happened to my tokens//?

Several months ago, Pch said I should cash in some of my millions of tokens; there was a page full of options, I selected a new password, and ordered a few things. They never came. Assuming things were slow, I ordered some more items, but the new password rejected the order. I got busy with other things, which is what PCH wants. Recently I got an e-mail from PCH to cash in some of my 7 million tokens. I got a new password, and they said I was ready to order; not so. The new password was rejected. Frustrated, I am with the media, and I complained to mediacontact@pch.com. They were annoyed I contacted them. So what do they do? This token scam is going on under their nose, and they are oblivious to the fraud, Can't the government do something to shut down these shysters? How much longer can this fraud go on? Francis Murray

Yes you can redeem your tokens... Maybe not from the front page but from the front page click on token history then from there u can click on redeem your tokens. It works for me every time.

Hey people, I'm I Ny, n I can't redeem tokens either! I've tried for over a yr. N every time I try it kicks me completely offline! Hmm, so I tried other phones n diffrnt everything! That's right u guessed it! They've got it to a science, so let's all start boycotting n letting rest of world know about these ###!

I CANT REDEEM MY TOKENS FOR ALL MY WALMART CARDS, NOW THE WEBSITE WONT RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL. MY NAME IS JUANITA MOSELY, SCAM SCAM PCH.
