SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / GE Range Interior Glass on Door

When I placed the order I was specific and also took a screen shot of my order. When I received the wrong part I called and they stated that since I did not check the order prior to it being delivered it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

I do not understand how I have to pay for their mistake. I ordered the correct part, yes I did not check the invoice they emailed me, because I ordered the correct part. It was their system that changed the numbers or whatever lead me to get the wrong part. Now I am stuck with the wrong part and out over 100 dollars.
