PC Richard & Sonsamsung dishwasher

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher and the extended warranty in 2012.
The dishwasher has broken 7 timed and each time it had taken 3 to weeks. before it was repaired, the 7Th repair was due to an error message when. Called I stated the error message and was told a tech would be you Saturday between 7 and 11 am(this time was confirmed be phone calls and emails). I received a call after 10 am telling me that they would order. a part with out coming out and when the part came in 7 to 10 days they would call and set up another appointment. Meaning I am again without a dishwasher for 4 plus weeks. I will never buy another appliance from them or recommend them to anyone
