PB Grand Hotel / Bad customer service!! Not genuine
PB Grand Hotel is Terrible hotel service! I and my friend booked there for 7 nights. We called to the hotel reception a day before to ensure we get a double bed room due to there is no option in the website. The receptionist have verified my booking and confirmed to me that they will reserved double bed room for me. But when I reached there, they ask me to pay for another 100baht more per night!! why dint they tell me earlier in the phone??? We also tolerate and make the payment. Then nightmare come... wifi signal is extremely bad, breakfast is not served as stated in the booking, the hotel environment beside the lobby, the room is a bit old and simply put up something.. no wardrobe.. small shower area, noisy environment and far away from city. we tried our best tolerate to stay for 2 nights, then we decided to checkout on the 3rd day. we ask for cancellation and refund for the remaining 4 days. but they refuse!!! Most importantly after all is none of the receptionist can communicate in ENGLISH!!! My friend is thailand people, she try to communicate and discuss with them nicely. but their bad understanding and bad service really get us mad!!!
