PayTM do not shop here.

This is the worst online shopping website. I was wondering how come the products they sell are so cheap. but I have ordered some items later and found out that half of them are faulty and the other half is damaged. they are not helping and mostly they don't understand your problem and their responses are as if they are doing favor. when a product is ordered it takes them a lot of time to deliver it. mostly it takes 3 or 4 weeks, and sometimes even months.in few cases they may even cancel the order, but refund is made to their cash which you cannot transfer to your bank. this is how paytm works. I have decided to stop using paytm and I also request people not to shop there.

PayTM big fraud dont buy anything

I had ordered a phone samsung galalxy note 3 neo on 30th august and initially they change the status of order as "order is ready

Waiting for courier to pick". the status didn't change for 2-3 days then I started writing mail to them and asking about my order

Status they said they will take care as you can see on screenshot and 1 day before delivery date they cancelled the order.

If they had to cancel the order why they have drag the date till 7th september.

Please don't buy anything form paytm as this company lacks ethics.

PayTM not delivered a item

Dear sir I want to inform u dat the book autobiography the story of my experiments with the truth and one night at the call centre are packed in one packet but when it delivered to me by a courier there is only a book in it. the story of my experiments with the truth is not available but in outside the content is shown by paytm. my order id is [protected]. and a attachement is attached below it is a pic of content.
Please help me.

PayTM paytm support and service is very very worst in industry

The above order has been shipped by paytm with lot of damages and it was looking very old one

For this order they have return policy and it can be returnable within 15 days but for this they are not accepting and denying for the reverse pickup

This issue keep on prolonging more than 10 days without any further progress

I want to get it resolved at the earliest

My order number [protected]. I recharged my airtel mobile [protected] from paytm which has not been done and my money was deducted from my account. They habe not refunded me single penny please help. And tell people not to use paytm they are cheap people cheating and making frauds

Hereby I want to inform the people who believe in the 100% policy of Paytm, that I experience a very crucial situation with the purchase of 100% cashback offer from Paytm.

Hereby I want to share with you.

I got very inferior product from Paytm in 100% cashback offer as price tag is Rs. 2499/-, however which product I received is of just Rs. 25/- from local market.

Further I incur Rs. 45 as shipping charges.

Further I also incure 4% cash cutting charges when I transfered it to bank that means Rs. 100/- more that I lost Rs. 145 against which I just received product worth Rs. 25/- only.

Further I also want to say some other policy related negative marketing strategy of the company.

First when I asked about the policy for replacement of the product then it's customer care officer said that no replacement policy.

Then after they take my call conversations as return of product call, I didn't say anything about the return of product, I just ask about their replacement policy.

Then after I have also sent 5-6 emails about the return policy and benefit of 100% cashback which I lost due to this kind of inferior product, once again they only reply me as their pre set policy.

Further more after that they also sent a mail that they couldn't arrange for the courier service for return back of this product, however before that they pickup the return product immediately, because that all products were not of 100% cashback offer.

Once again when I asked about the clear policy relating to return of 100% cashback offer' s product then they reply me as follow.

I also attached the photo of toy car, further I also want to say that the remote and car is of quality that which is very lower quality plastic product which can be broken by any age's child very easily.

I certainly understand your concern however would like to inform you that as you have already got the order amount in form of cash back so as per policy we are unable to provide you the additional amount for the same.

We would like to offer our deepest apologies for the trouble you had to experience with us . This situation is not ordinary and these incidents are not typical of us. We are very serious when it comes to our client’s satisfaction and have a zero tolerance policy in this respect. We are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won’t happen again.

Now, we can easily understand what kind of negative marketing policy followed by the company.

We can easily understood the cheating of the company for 100% cashback offer.

Please be careful for next time when you dealing with the company.

PayTM regarding payment refund against paytm website

I have purchased philips shaver from paytm website on 01/10/2014 and paid the amount i. e rs 2668/- from my debit card. at that time my amount is deducted from my account, but in paytm site it showed your order is not placed. how its possible? at the same time I also confirmed with my bank and bank also told me that the amount is debited and transfer to paytm server successful.. I have also bank statement of my deducted amount. this all details I have also sent to the '[protected]@paytm.com' email id for the refund my amount, but they did not give any response of my mail till date. I also call to this no [protected] but no one pickup the phone. paytm is really no 1 fraud co.

Please help me out for this.. and take necessary action against paytm.

PayTM refund issue (dear consumer paytm has lot of issue and their support is very poor so be careful while shopping with paytm)

Product description : mosquito net tent style

Issue description: I have placed an order (14-aug-14) to procuring mosquito net tent style but it got delivered on 26-08-14

Even though it took 12 days it has lot of damages in the product so I informed the paytm in the next 2 days

Now they are not refunding the amount and keep on dragging the issue

I have made a online bill payment for Airtel broadband on 29/10/2017. First transcation for Rs.400 went through and when i tried to do payment for next Rs.100, the transcation failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have written this to Paytm already and they told me wait for 7-10 working days and it's been a month and still the amount did not reflect on my account. Ticket# [protected]. Order# [protected].

My mobile no. [protected] was never recharged and the money has been debited to my account (Rs 60)... then after their useless service they send me an email asking for feedback on support which i never received! ridiculous !
Find the mentioned Paytm order no: [protected] and paytm should recharge my mobile number with Rs 60 recharge top-up. its an airtel prepaid mobile number : [protected] . Once the recharge is successfully completed then send me an email to acknowledge the same. You servers are not technically sound, so is your service faltoo. No response to emails and which the hell dont you have a call centre? bloody nuisance you are to peopl. Dont get into the service line when you cannot bloody meet the basic requirements of a service provider. I would put this all over the social media and recommend all my friends and acquaintances never to use paytm's useless service. You have stolen my money ! return it back if you have any shame.

Dear team, I have done
Payment for mts through paytm but that amount debit from my account but mts not get
Any payment from paytm and paytm team also send one mail for failed transaction.
but my amount not repaid to my account. it happen 4-03-14 now
17-may-14. stil I am not get my money.

PayTM a/c blocked (paytm) recharge. failed

Dear sir, blocked a / c for [protected]
I wish to inform you that pay tm has blocked my a / c, for not recharging my mobile no [protected] inspite of my complaint here on 12th jan. 2012.. it is kindly be noted that rs 130 / is still with them in their paytm cash for unsuccessful recharge. it is requested therefore to look into the matter and arrange to solve my problem at the earliest. my previous com. is also pasted herewith.

I wish to inform you that I requested to recharge my vodafone no. PayTM recharged failed/blocked my a/c

Dear sir,
I wish to inform you that I requested to recharge my vodafone no.
