Pay Pal paid an un-authorized payment to a business, this was clearly listed as "inactive" in their records on my account, also a long past previous e mail form them indicating the inactive postings.
This has been a night mare as you cannot reach customer service in any fashion and answered emails to theirs is rejected as noreply...

My bank and Visa has been notified... I certainly have lost trust in Pay Pal to protect my funds, the reason for my long time account in the first place.

I bought nike shoes from jaime flechas (invoice#3570265) - $78.50 paid through pay pal and has not send me any information yet. I did sent a few emails with another email and let him know that he could send me the information to that other email as well... No answer.

This is an attempt in order for me to get the refund ofthe money i do not want the shoes/sneakers anymore.

My account got limited right after I created it and they asked for my id, ssn and utility bill. I submitted all three and was expected to get a reply in 3-4 days. It's over 3 weeks now and i've sent multiple messages with no reply. Anytime I call, the wait time takes too long, and I can't stay on phone for too long due to my busy schedule. This is very frustrating

The description is different, The bracelet that the seller sent me is a piece of trash. The seller knows that is a piece of trash and do not want to return. I never will buy nothing in E-BAY and paypal do not want to return my money.

I have been using pay pal from day 1 and I always been using pay pal, and have great credits. Then that 1 day been asked for another credit card which I did and refused to used another card for what? Would Like to be reinstated into tophatter. I do like the deals. Nice fast delivery, packed the items real good. I do not have to give out another credit card for the account in which I have pay pal.

One shock absorber does not hold together: would you please replace it

-on the 3rd of June 2018 I emailed PayPal that I was unable to use my existing funds to pay for purchases or withdraw the money.
- I have in total contacted them 16 times for assistance
-I have followed instructions received in 13 replies from them, including calling them to provide verification
-none of their suggestions have helped
-I wait very lengthy periods of time for responses
-their suggestions are useless
-I get contradictory emails from them
-I am advised that they will refund my credit card followed by another email saying I was given incorrect information in previous emails
-bottom line they took the money from my credit card so why can't they put it back?
-3rd world type service!
-Its 2.5 months of headaches and I still don't have my money!
-I have heavily lost money in exchange rate fluctuations in the last 2.5 months whilst I wait for service
-Pathetic customer service!

I spoke with a woman named Taylor today in customer service who needs to revisit her training. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and her attitude was appalling not to mention when I ask to speak to a supervisor, your job is to make that happen or at the very least get contact info for me so a return call can be made. Her response was "well she is going to tell you the same thing yada yada". I actually had to ask her, " so are you telling me i cant speak with a a supervisor?". Fortunately there are many other payment options available these days because that was a huge turnoff. Retrain your staff or Taylor at the very least.

Hi. This is not so much a complaint but to let you know that I have been contacted immediately by phone message on 3 occasions saying the person has limited access to a phone and can I provide Pay pal details as per following example.

I have just found out that paypal did a hard inquiry without my permission. It is now against my credit and is affecting my score. This is so not cool, the one thing I thought was safe to make purchases on line and truely trusted place I went to. How can they pull a hard inquiry without my signature?

I got charged with a hard inquiry on my credit for a paypal credit card when i did not apply for a paypal credit card. I have a paypal debit but dont need a credit card from paypal. and i did not make this application. wouldnt this person have to be logged in as me to apply for a credit card? have i been hacked or something. I did not know paypal had a credit card, what can i do to correct this?

Cody refuses to accept dollar coins especially if their is at least two people behind me even when they dont have a cart or basket and had just a few things in their hands. He then laughed as he was saying no on the second refusal and by the time i keft got straight in my car amd backed out the line was alreasy finished but yet he couldnt accept dollar coins. I collect them its not like im trying to be mean and everyone else from the store has always been nice. The second troubling encounter Ive had was yesterday when he decided to train the new girl to not accept my dollar coins if there is a line. That to me seems illegal amd if it was dollar bills he would still have to count them. Worse of all cashiers dont recognize Legal tender when they see it. So I believe they need some training in customer service and care. The store lost 50 dollars the first transactuon ajd almost lost 20 the second time. There are two other dollar stores in beattyville and they are dollar general please address this situation so i can continue shopping there as i have spent thousands there cause i used to live near the store. I have a case #pp-[protected], but no one wants to help me with my shipping refund. called in on april 21/three times on one call i was on hold for almost 2 hours, april 19 every call seemed to end with, "let me see if i can get you to another department".
I 've received several e-mails telling me to go to my account find the case and give paypal the tracking # for the package i sent back to the seller. the emails tell me to do this before april 28, 2018. there is no way for me to input this receipt in my account because the case # doesn't show up. it is going to china so i have a post office receipt; la212715328us, first class $23.50.
So how can i get a copy of my post office statement to someone who will give me the refund?
I feel if a company gives you a case number someone in that company should be able to track it!

They promised to refund the $25.92 it cost me to return merchandise that was not in the size I ordered. They continue to ignore my request for this refund. The only way I was able to get back the purchase price was to ask visa to file a charge back. The purchase price of this jacket was $31.94 which I received only because visa helped me. Paypal is useless when you are a buyer. They care only about the seller. Their resolution center is a graveyard for claims and their customer service terrible. No one at paypal is willing to help even though you telephone, email or fax. I returned this jacket to the seller on march 6th, 2018 via federal express. I emailed this information to paypal and just recently faxed copies of the tracking receipt and the invoice for payment to federal express. No buyer needs paypal. A good credit card company like visa, master card or american express is a much better choice and they will try and assist if you get into a dispute with the seller. I truly believe they are reusing to credit me this $25.92 because I asked visa to file a charge back for the purchase price.

This is just one of three transactions that was not made by myself on my account. iTunes App Store March 11, 2018 5:52 pm $9.99 took from my account. Also March 5, 2018 ITunes app store $8.99 took from my account. Need my money back like yesterday that was my power bill money.

I requested a Pay Pal business debit card from Pay Pal. I have not deposited money into this card since I got it. I found out through my bank that Pay Pal charged my backup which is my checking account to pay for charges on my Pay Pal Business debit card. All of these charges after Jan. 5th are not mine. The charges account into the thousands of dollars. I called Pay Pal and have received several emails stating they have recognized possible fraudulent charges on my account with them. I tried to explain to them that all those charges after Jan. 5th was not mine. They have reimbursed some of the money, after my checking account was depleted. I have sent numerous emails to Pay Pal and they still want me to pay over $5, 000.00 to them for charges I did not make. I hope you can help me with this serious matter. Paypal Catch-22. My account is over 10 years old, I no longer have the same phone number and of course cannot add a phone number to receive a confirmation text/phone call. To email Paypal I have to log in. Tried calling several times and at the same point, I hear a bunch of Spanish and the line is disconnected. When I try to use my CC on the WEB I get a message saying I have a Paypal account and must use that account.
