Paypal Protection Policy / paypal buyer protection policy is just lip service

I purchased a home theater on ebay and the items were not as described. The seller ignore any attempt to rectify problem. Filed a claim with Paypal's so called buyer protection policy. They found in my favor after 30 days but couldn't pay me be cause the seller would not respond. Looks like we can all sell junk using Paypal because if there is a complaint, don't respond and it goes away!!!

That is right, I received damaged goods and rejected them. I was given a partial refund! Now I cannot make a claim with PayPalMyRrrs as they say I received the goods!

So get sending your literal rubbish and when it comes back, just give a partial refund. PayPal wont complain and neither can the buyer! Great scam!
