PayPal paypal request for additional info

I contacted Paypal by phone today and spoke to "Johan". I explained that I could not submit additional info to Paypal as they requested. Paypal emailed me and stated that They wanted additional info on my dispute. (photos of my Item) She then gave me an email address which was, complaint-response@paypal.com. Johan said that I would be able to email my pictures that way. Well that's NOT true there is no such option and I am tired of getting the runaround from Paypal! I only have until 11/11/2020 to submit this info! I have been trying since 1/5/20.

I reviewed my account with Paypal and discovered your firm had billed me for 139 dollars. I am not aware of any transactions with your firm. I am a 73 yrs retired person and do not appreciate receiving this billing to which I do not remember. It is my understanding that your company deals with assisting companies to which I do not have. I would appreciate a confirmation that this problem has been taken care, Thank You.

PayPal customer service

I have been trying to delete my old bank account from my PayPal account.
Paypal said the account cant be deleted because of a pending transaction.
The checking account has been closed for over a year now. How pray tell, can a transaction be pending?
I have been trying to contact PayPal customer service repeatedly and I all get are automated replies via chat and email.

PayPal deceptive means

yes.. on the 14th of aug.. i placed an order with wayfair.. for a fireplace.. the order came to 246.66.. i had put in a dep that day in my bank but apparently it had not made it in time to catch up to my purchase.. anyway.. i have dealt with payppal for many many years and this is the first time they have really gone too far.. insted of refusing the purchase ( which happens to all of us at some point) till dep catches up or we can use another means they took it upon them selves to create a charge with them! i have never given them permission to do this! it is FRAUD... I HAVE asked my bank to just deny a charge if it is not in ther yet.. anyway.. the heater was defective.. so wayfair sent me ( well they said me) jane bennett a refund.. well PAYPAL tookt he refund.. i should get the refund back becseu of the simple fact that they did a charge without my permission.. I HAVE ONLY USED ONE FORM OF PAYMENT SINCE I AHVE BEEN WITH THEM AND IT IS ALWAYS A DEBIT CARD MASTERCARD...when wayfair sent me an email stating they had sent the refund to PAYPALPLUS i was like wth! and then iknew that paypal had done something wrong and without my permission.. i talked to several people at paypal.. they were not helpful they were rude and basically silent they did not care.. it was a manager..

PayPal move to another country

General and open question to the public and Paypal's business practices: Why is it not possible to move and take your Paypal account with you? Why do I have to close my account and reopen a new one in the country I moved to? I have two different accounts already and always need to withdraw all my money plus reinvent a new email address to open a new account. It's very frustrating and Paypal needs to think about an easier solution. A simple change of address or change of phone number would do. I don't understand why a large company like Paypal can't be international? It can be done with all my other accounts including ebay, Amazon, Expedia - you name it.
I really like Paypal as an option to pay online by this whole closing and reopening new accounts stinks. I hope if enough people rant they rethink this practice.

why would you need to do that? I have 1 payPal account and have used it all over the world; all you would need to do is update your details to new address

PayPal customer service and security and phone apps

3 calls, 1h 30m; no resolution.
Background: There was no way to reject my friend's payment so I accepted her $. I then sent her a transaction back. Within hours it says she has refunded the money. I call her. Nope she didn't. I call to get it cancelled and they tell me it's about a bank delay. I have to force my way to a manager. He says it's a security breach and I need to bring the friend on a 3 way call to talk to a specialist. I am lucky enough to reach her. The manager never connects us to a specialist, puts us on an indefinite hold.
We hang up. I call back. Try to re-explain. Representative puts me on hold again to look into it. ~10 min later, I hang up because they didn't come back. I called again. Explained again. Transferred into indefinite hold. I am about to give up entirely and tell my friend to fight it for awhile.

PayPal wanted a refund for an item that didn't fit

We have been with Paypal since the beginning - never had a problem until I asked them to get me a refund for an item that I ordered & it didn't fit. I tried emailing the company & kept getting the run around so I contacted Paypal. By this time I was on vacation and Paypal wanted me to return the item (to China at a cost of $40 - more than the item cost). It would be several weeks before I was back home and Paypal told me that it had to be done by a certain date. I said I wasn't home and could they extend the date? "NO" They said I shouldn't have started the case while I was on vacation. But it would have been beyond their stipulated return date by the tinme I got home. PayPal offers absolutely no protection for the consumers. If you ever have any problems with a merchant, you will never get a refund from PayPal. Instead of using PayPal, always use your credit card so you can have a recourse. Another problem is that when you call their customer service, you get people from overseas who either do not understand or speak fluid English or have no idea what customer service means!

PayPal payment hold/horrible customer service

On July 5, 2019 I sent money via PayPal to my son. I sent as money to friend or family. It said on the webpage that it would be paid from my bank account and expected completion date was the 10th of July. To me that would mean that the 10th is the latest it would be. Maybe the 11th at the latest. The money was taken from my bank on the 8th of July. As of the morning of the 9th, the money was still on hold so i called PayPal. I know the money was processed by the "FED" because i verified it with my bank. This is where things get nasty, deceitful and to me fraudulent. I spoke to the first customer service representative that lied to me repeatedly.
First, i was told that there was nothing i could do because my bank had not processed the echeck yet and they did not have the money. Lie #1. My bank verified that the money was taken and sent to them on the 8th.
Second, I told the rep this and he told me that the FED had not sent them the money yet. Lie #2. My bank confirmed that the transaction was "completed". I could not even cancel the payment because the money was gone!. I told PayPal they needed to find the money. He said it was out of his hands.
Third, When i was told there was nothing i could do, i requested to speak to manager. The rep told me and said there is no way for me to get transferred to a manager. Lie #3. Everyone has a manager that they can refer people to in America. I challenged the representative who put me on hold for 8 minutes and then hung up on me.
So i called back, I spoke to a very nice young lady that repeated the same things to me as the first Rep. but she told me that the money was being processed as an ach through the Automated Clearing House in the FED. I told here that the money had already been processed through the FED and out of my bank. she said that is was an ACH and the FED takes longer for that. Lie 4. 99% of the banks process ACH transactions through the FED in 48 hours. I challenged her to this but gave her the benefit of the doubt. I agree that i would wait the 48 hours.
Now, simple math. if fed processed the ACH out of my bank on the 8th the money has to be in their account no later than the 10th which is what the estimated date of completion is. Correct? Is my math correct? Sooooooo, today is the 11th and the money is still on hold.
Today, i called PayPal again. Once again, i got the standard answer that they do not have the money yet, This is now 5 business days. 7 days including the weedend which does not count. I am not buying this. Would you? I was told that PayPal still does not have the money which is concerning to me because they took it on the 8th. I aksed for a supervisor and before the rep could tell me that they could not get one, i told her that i was sick of the lies and i knew she could get one on the phone for me. She said please hold and after a 27 minute wait. I got a supervisor. the supervisor listened to my concerns and then told me there was nothing they could do because they dont have the money yet. I told him that they took the money, they need to trace it. All banks in the US have a way to trace transactions. that is when he told me that they are not a bank, just a online payment clearing house. That they dont follow the same rules as banks. I need to wait until the money get to them. that it could seven to ten business days to clear. that means that my son may have to wait until next thursday the 18th to get the money and i am out that money. I have to take more money out of my pocket because PayPal was not up front and honest. If the money was not gonna be released until the 16th, 17th or 18th, they should have said that and not been deceitful in their wording and practices. This is shameful. i have used PayPal over the years and never had a problem like this. Their greed has gotten the best of them and they are all about the money even if it means screwing their long term good customers. I will never do this again. from now on, i will send money Western Union via the phone App as it only cost $5 if i setup on my phone app and pay in store. WARNING to everyone. DO NOT GET SCREWED BY PayPal. DO NOT USE THE PAY WITH BANK ACCOUNT FEATURE. YOU TOO WILL END UP SCREWED LIKE ME.

PayPal waiting for funds since last 40 days

Hi,
I have transferred funds from my US Paypal account to India Paypal account amount USD 500 on May 2nd 2019. The amount was received in my India Paypal account on May 4th 2019 after deducting charges of USD 26.31. INR 31, 866.18 was transferred to my bank account on May 4th.However till date there is no credit in my India Bank account.

I have been following up with them since then having sent several messages and phone calls. After so much of follow up Paypal responded that a DD will be sent by 9th June for ₹ 31, 866.18 INR. However till date I have not received the funds. On 14th june 2019 they gave me a Bluedart reference number that the DD is sent. On checking with Bluedart they confirmed that the reference number is incorrect. On 15th june 2019 I got a message that they are unable to track the transaction and want more details from me. I have provided transaction details. Below are date wise communication/transaction with paypal.

May 2nd 2019- $500 transferred from US paypal to India Paypal account.
May 2nd 2019- $473.69 received in India Paypal account
May 4th 2019 - INR 31, 866.18 transferred to linked Indian bank account.
May 8th 2019- I informed paypal India that the funds not credited in my bank.
May 9th 2019 - Sumathi from paypal india responded that the funds was rejected by the bank and hence Paypal is sending a Demand Draft.
May 15th 2019 - I informed paypal india that the DD is not yet received.
May 16th 2019- I was told that to wait till 9th june (about a month) to receive the DD.
May 30th 2019- I informed Paypal that I am still waiting for the DD.
May 31st 2019- Kaushuk from Paypal simply responded that I will receive funds by 9th june.
May 31st 2019 - I asked for a status update to paypal.
May 31st 2019- Devendrakumar from paypal requested me to wait till june 9th to receive funds.
June 8th 2019- Yet to receive the DD. So informed paypal India for status update.
June 9th 2019- Sabreen from paypal india responded "Please do not worry, as today is Sunday kindly wait till tomorrow".
June 13th 2019- Yet to receive the DD so asked for a status update and wrote a strong message.
June 13th 2019- Sona from paypal responded "I apologize for the inconvenience.I have requested the concerned team for the DD tracking number. I request you to wait for 24 to 48 hours and I will send the tracking information for you.
June 13th 2019 - Wrote a strong message againt to paypal asking for DD tracking number urgently.
June 14th 2019 - Sudha from Paypal India responded " The DD tracking details are as follows. Carrier : Blue dart, Reference number : [protected], Hence I would request you to contact the carrier and gave the reference number so that they will help you in finding the DD tracking status.
June 14th 2019 - I checked with Bluedart with the reference number and Blue dart responded " Reference number is wrong. It should be 11 digits and should not start with zero."
June 14th 2019 - I informed paypal with a strong message.
June 15th 2019 - Reshma from Paypal responded stating " We've looked but are having trouble locating the specific transaction tied to your message. Can you help us out so we can provide a fast answer to your question? We look forward to helping you.

It is so sad that Paypal India is defrauding customer. They are sitting with my money since last 40 days.

I want the funds urgently else I will file a legal case against paypal and all the people who gave false promises since last 40 days.

I will post more info shortly.

PayPal having my points blocked to the points I can't redeem points to my paypal account.

I have send several emails to My Points Customer service regards a block on My Points making impossible to redeem points to get a Paypal e-gift card. I have even sent a document that was by My Points and still nothing has been about it. Whenever I click on "Redeem Points", select Paypal e-gift, and click on get rewarded. A following message Pop up sayinf "An error occurred" "Error processing reward, please try again with a different browser. If problem persists, please contact customer service." These statements are on top of the first which I printed from the screen My Points for redeeming points to Paypal.

PayPal cannot contact customer service with info / unauthorized payment made

Pay Pal paid an un-authorized payment to a business, this was clearly listed as "inactive" in their records on my account, also a long past previous e mail form them indicating the inactive postings.
This has been a night mare as you cannot reach customer service in any fashion and answered emails to theirs is rejected as noreply...

My bank and Visa has been notified... I certainly have lost trust in Pay Pal to protect my funds, the reason for my long time account in the first place.

PayPal product tracking number and information has not being received

I bought nike shoes from jaime flechas (invoice#3570265) - $78.50 paid through pay pal and has not send me any information yet. I did sent a few emails with another email and let him know that he could send me the information to that other email as well... No answer.

This is an attempt in order for me to get the refund ofthe money i do not want the shoes/sneakers anymore.

PayPal verification document

My account got limited right after I created it and they asked for my id, ssn and utility bill. I submitted all three and was expected to get a reply in 3-4 days. It's over 3 weeks now and i've sent multiple messages with no reply. Anytime I call, the wait time takes too long, and I can't stay on phone for too long due to my busy schedule. This is very frustrating

PayPal not letting me in

I have been using pay pal from day 1 and I always been using pay pal, and have great credits. Then that 1 day been asked for another credit card which I did and refused to used another card for what? Would Like to be reinstated into tophatter. I do like the deals. Nice fast delivery, packed the items real good. I do not have to give out another credit card for the account in which I have pay pal.

PayPal issues with redemption

I have been trying for over a week to redeem my points to my Pay Pal account and I get a message saying I need to verify my email address but i never receive an email verification to my emails. I tried changing my personal email to my work email and I receive that verification but when I try to redeem my rewards from the new email I still don't get the verification. There is some issue with the redemption part and I could really use the extra money for Christmas and this is very frustrating because I have been using Pay Pal forever with this company so I don't understand why they can't process my request to my pay pal since that is who I have been using for years. No one seems to care or is doing anything about this and there is no phone number to actually speak with anyone.

PayPal cannot withdraw my own money

-on the 3rd of June 2018 I emailed PayPal that I was unable to use my existing funds to pay for purchases or withdraw the money.
- I have in total contacted them 16 times for assistance
-I have followed instructions received in 13 replies from them, including calling them to provide verification
-none of their suggestions have helped
-I wait very lengthy periods of time for responses
-their suggestions are useless
-I get contradictory emails from them
-I am advised that they will refund my credit card followed by another email saying I was given incorrect information in previous emails
-bottom line they took the money from my credit card so why can't they put it back?
-3rd world type service!
-Its 2.5 months of headaches and I still don't have my money!
-I have heavily lost money in exchange rate fluctuations in the last 2.5 months whilst I wait for service
-Pathetic customer service!

PayPal customer service

I spoke with a woman named Taylor today in customer service who needs to revisit her training. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and her attitude was appalling not to mention when I ask to speak to a supervisor, your job is to make that happen or at the very least get contact info for me so a return call can be made. Her response was "well she is going to tell you the same thing yada yada". I actually had to ask her, " so are you telling me i cant speak with a a supervisor?". Fortunately there are many other payment options available these days because that was a huge turnoff. Retrain your staff or Taylor at the very least.
