I went to my bank the following morning when I discovered that a $30.00 had been taken out of my account without my authorization. The name listed for the withdrawal was Caprice Marketing. I called the service, and they stated that they charge everyone a one time fee of 30.00 when you apply for a loan through them. They have one person answering the lines with a mid eastern accent. It is very evident that these people are a big scam. They must be stopped! The number provided for any complaints is not even a working number.

I saw a deduction on my checking account for 34.95 from a pay me loans for an application free. The problem is that I NEVER went to pay me loans and agreed to pay the fee. They appear to be getting information from another online source that I did fill out information on and charging fees to the individual. When I called Pay Me Loans, their voice mail was full. Maybe they've scammed so many people they are refusing to answer. I just called Wells Fargo to have the charge removed.

I was checking my monthly statement and discovered charge under name of “Funding Application Fee”. I don’t recall any of that so I contacted my banks fraud department. They advised me to cancel the card and said that they will look into the situation.

I was browsing to find out how can I get some extra money I apply with Payme Loans Com. They offer less money that I was looking for and I log out and when I check my acct it was charged for $34.95 without my consent.

They got my info from another application and tried to debit my acct for .13 to see if I had any funds... At the time my acct was 00.00 so, the acct was charged 29.00 fee. i never sent them an application or requested funds from them...They need to be stopped.

I did not give paymeloans permission to take out any money from my account, they did, anyway. The money was taken out of my account on 3/30/2012 without permission and I did not sign anything

I have been charged $30 and $34.95 and trying to get my unauthorized charges removed since January! I talked with people and e-mailed several times, but, no money!
There are 910 complaints on another site. We should be paid, then they should be closed down.

I have been trying since January to get my money. Their Disclaimer on the site claims, $34.95 will be refunded in 7-10 days. It's been seven weeks for me!

Today I just found out that my joint account with my husband has been compromised! I cant believe this! I was thinking that I was getting a legit payday loan to take care of some real life stuff going on in my household, and this is what I get SCREWED! without the lube, I cant believe this BS! I am so hurt, because there are so many other young couples and families going through the same things that me and my husband are, and then to our dismay, we get shafted by these money hungry vultures ready to scoop up the hard earned dollars of every hard working American family! I cant believe this BS, I hope these money hungry scavengers get whats coming to them, like a nice stay in the jail for a long period of time, never to be seen or heard from again!
