SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Stay away from

I have an enquiry on my outstanding tickets. I cannot check myself because I have changed my email address, therefore cannot gain access to the payfine address. I TRIED to call the call centre( payfine) ...but everytime I call, I do not get through even though I select the optiions, then eventually am CUT OFF!! I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE BRANCHES PERSONALLY---I MEAN WE HAVE TECHNOLOGY FOR ALL OF THIS---CAN SOMEONE AT PAYFINE PLEASE CALL ME AND ASSIST!!! WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, PLEASE GET RID OF THAT VOICE PROMPT---IT SOUNDS TERRIBLE!!!
