They do paying bills for people. I called and got a voice mail instructing to leave a message and ONE MESSAGE ONLY and they would get back. Really the tone of the voice mail was not good. I left a message stating that I was inquiring about their services but said that from getting this voice mail, maybe not so much. A person called back with a snotty tone and said that they were not taking any new and from the message I left that wouldn't be me anyway. NEVER should a company be snotty. In addition they pay for people with mental health issues that are going to be worried about things and such and does she treat all them rudely?

My son has been my payee since I recieved a favorable outcome on my disability case. Sometimes we just don't agree on need vs. want. This causes stress on both of us and neither of us needs more stress. That is why I am currently looking for a payee. After reading the above information it sounds like I wouldn't trust them to manage my money.

Considering Kopp is the last name of the individual who OWNS this business, I hardly doubt the previous commenter is nearly as objective as they claim to be. Secondly, the owner is not only rude, but verbally abusive to her clients & is under investigation by the state of Nebraska, a local agency that serves the same population (& has had problems with her mistreating multiple mutual clients, ) in addition to the Social Security Administration. And I would know, as I was one of the clients she has repeatedly mistreated, until I fired her today. She had it coming.

if people were to call over and over again the TWO people that run this business would only be able to listen to these messages everyday and not be able to actually work - that is the reason for the message & a lot of small businesses do so. This organization works with a demographic who may be concerned or paranoid that their messages were not received - this message provides clarity. They are two people who are retired helping those who cannot find any other way or person to be a payee - there are a lot of people who use their services - two people can only take so many clients & the rudeness may just have been a misunderstanding. My intention is not to be rude just to provide a bit more info & hopefully let others understand that this organization & the people that run it are fantastic - and just a couple of people who do this for a good cause. If you know someone who is in need of these services I suggest you call & see what these people can do for you =) --I'm not affiliated with this organization in any other way aside from knowing quite a few people with mental illness who receive their services & get treated fairly.
