I borrowed a small loan from paydayyes online. I paid the loan in full, but they continued to draft my account for hundreds of dollars. I asked the bank for help and they would not help me. I contacted Paydayyes and asked for statements showing what I had paid, how much they felt I still owed, etc. They ignored me again and again.

In the last three months alone then took 290.00, 230.00 and then 200.00 from my bank account at Regions Bank. Since the bank was absolutely no help and could care less, we are closing the account today. This was all we knew to do to stop these people from continuing to take my money.

Please do not use Paydayyes loans. They are dishonest and will steal from you!!!

If u had properly read the agreement u signed, u would see that they just took the finance fee, and since u did not call and pay down or off ur loan, the full amount was rifinanced til ur next payday. And again u did not call and tell them to pay it off or pay down so all they are legally allowed to do is take the finace fee, until the fifth time u refinance, and then they are allowed to take $50 towards the principal loan in addition to the finance fee until the loan is paid off.

I agree these people steal. The refinancing agreements in the contract make sense. However in the state I live in payday loan sites refinancing a loan is illegal. And probably is for most states. I know for a fact that in the state of California it is illegal for online payday loan sites to do business with california residents. I just discovered this problem today. We took a 200 loan, we owed 240, we paid it off in full and today I just noticed they took another 260 and when I went to website, I was not able to veiw the loan agreement or loan history. Its not even an option on their site. I will be calling these people and calling my bank and terminating authorization. I honestly dont understand why businesses like these are allowed to be in operation.

I agree these people tried calling here out of the blue and started threatening me about what they are going to do with my husband. I tried to work things out with them but they were just saying My husband needed to pay 1, 395 out of just $500.00 that he loan and if he didn't pay up in a week they were going to have the feds out to arrest him and this and that. All they wanted was our account number, debit etc but i wasn't giving that up just yet till i find out if i can make those in payments. So ofcourse he continued to be rude and kept on threaten ME now and then told me I wasn't a good wife (i'm not sure what i did) and all this then hung up. I just couldn't believe it but it was a good thing I never gave him our account number because now I'm having my lawyer look into this because little does he know after the first threat I had him recorded after that. So advice to you all don't ever go thru paydayyes.

These people have called me saying I borrowed 385.59 ( and how do you borrow that odd amount) in 2010 and it went into an acct
I didn't even open until 2012. They have threatened to call my employer, sue my husband, my employer, and all my references, that I have no idea how they got. At first they wanted my to repay 1300.00, then dropped it to 800.00. The attorney's name is Greybrooke and Assoc. Has anyone ever heard of them?
