Mark with Instant phone cash loan called me and told me I was approved for $1500.00 loan and obtained my bank account information. Then he started talking about an "offer" from "Savings Makes Money" program for $19.95 per month. I immediately told him I was not interested in the Savings Makes Money program and was told "This is only an offer. It is part of my job is to explain the offer to you". He informed me that I would be receiving documents regarding the loan and the program by email and I just had to choose only the loan. I specifically told him at least 3 times during the conversation that I was not interested in the program, only the loan and I specifically denied any authorization to debit my account. Mark told me in a somewhat angry voice "Ma'am, like I have already told you, this is only an offer and we will not be charging your account for any fees or charges." He assured me I would not be charged anything nor would I be enrolled into the program until I received the email and approved and requested enrollment. When I did get the email, there was nothing mentioned about a loan. It was welcoming me to the program and giving me my account number for the program. I immediately called to cancel the program and spoke with Matt Evans. I asked him about the loan and was informed they do not offer any type of loan. I explained to Matt why I was cancelling the account and told him about the deceitfulness used in enrolling me into the program, he didn't seem surprised or interested. He did cancel the account immediately and told me no charges had been made or would be made to my bank account. When I called the "customer service" phone number I had been given by Mark with Instant Phone Cash Loan, it was merely a recording to contact them on line. When I attempted to find their web site, about 8-10 "info@paydayonphone.com came up.

This type of deceptive trade practices should be stopped. I would not know how you would go about stopping it, but I hope this complaint helps.

Paydayonphone.com Payday loan

Oh! This is great. I tried to apply for a payday loan and someone did call me. Same scenario. Now, can't even get anyone on the [protected] ph# they said i could call if i had any problems. Well. . . Now we have a problem! When i call they direct to "[protected]@paydayonphone.com" site but then it brings up so many you can't tell which one. I stupidly verified and gave info i would on any other occasion give over the phone and will now have to go to the bank and cancel or move my account but that won't help becz they hv my ssn too. How stupid i am? I never do that but was deperate for the cash online part & this foreigner talked so fast that i couldn't get a word in edgewise. Ph# is [protected]. Beware!

I had the same experience, they called and spoke so fast in a heavy accent and asked for all my details and since it seemed like the other payday loans I stupidly gave it to them! They told me to call [protected] for any questions and I called it and it just put me on hold saying my call is important to them. No answer! They are a scam and I should have realized it when they called because they spoke so fast and I couldn't understand a word they said after I gave them my info and then they just hung up on me. I feel like an idiot because I am in desperate need of cash and I fell for it! Now I am going to have to report them and make sure my identity isn't stolen or used and protect my bank account. Desperation makes for poor decisions! BEWARE them they call from several different numbers including [protected], [protected] and [protected]

I too was stupid and gave out my info first to a woman with what sounded like an Indian/Pakistani accent and then was redirected to a man who was to verify the information. He too had a very hard to understand Indian/Pakistani accent. They both read the terms very fast and I could barely undertstand them. I felt almost immediately that I had made a mistake. They gave me thequickcash.phone.com website and after going to the site I quickly realized I had been scammed! I was given a [protected] to call if I needed any questions answered. I called that # and got redirected again. Now I will need to go to my bank and change my account #! I am upset because I really needed the money to get new glasses. Just BEWARE, as other posts have mentioned.

OMG, I also got taken... I applied for a payday loan, because I had did it in the past with a company called Northcash and it worked out fine. Well they were bought out and the company that bought them didn't do business in my state- so I attempted to google another one and retry since I had a decent experience previously. I applied, a man with an extremely thick accent called. I explained that the reason I didn't fully complete the application is because they aren't the LENDER and i'm not comfortable releasing that info to anyone else. (In my experience with Northcash, the matcher took basic info, the complete details were provided after the Northcash lending rep called me), so immediately I was stand-offish. This guy assured me he WAS from the lender and after i provided him all details, he'd transfer me to a verification rep who would complete my application. Needless to say he blurted things out so fast I could barely hear then I inquired how they'd transfer funds to my account when they had no clue how much I wanted to borrow (Up to this point they had just kept saying up to $1, 500)... The guy then said when I go online to do my e-signature, it'd ask me the amount etc. He told me to go to GETPHONELOAN.com and complete it... I went there without thinking and completed it- because I thought it was valid since my info was pre-loaded. Only after submitting did I realize they were not a Lender, but another supposed Matcher- so the representative BLATANTLY LIED to obtain personal info from me. Now i'm getting 50 million calls and still have no deposit ever made to my account. Needless to say after that I just borrowed the money from a friend and left the payday loans alone- but now i'm super paranoid about my account info. Has anyone had anything drafted from an account or anything? Wondering if I should completely close my bank account and open a new one.

Paydayonphone.com is a SCAM because the only thing you get from this so called company is taken. They have the right lines and words to speak to you but they do not provide the services they say they offer so everyone needs to be aware of this scam.

Got the same call asking for all info and my boyfriend assumed it was a legitimate company. Gave him this website and the phone is [protected]. I guess I have to call my bank so nothing gets taken out.
