Payday Loan Yes / Cash Net / Still begging for money

I was scammed by Payday Loan Yes.com and Cashnet.com. I did take a loan out as bills were due and the wolves were at the door. On $300.00, I paid 7 charges of $105.00 each. This paid off the loan and automatically approved me for another loan, which I did not ask for at the time. I was contacted by a Kimberely Dimiduke by e-mail, phone etc. stating that I was also approved for a loan from thier sister company, Cashnet, or Fastcash. I requested $150.00 from Cashnet as paying $735.00 for the original $300.00 strapped me for cash. The very next day I checked my account balance and discovered $600.00 had been deposited into my account. Along with seceral debits. I contacted my bank and and filed a complaint with the fraud department. They stated that it would take afew weeks but they would contact the cause of the debits, but I would have to keep my account open. Since then an additional $1055.00 was debited. I finally closed my account. The harrassing phone calls have only begun. A woman by the name of Laurie Edmonds called and said that she was retained and had a summons to issue to me at my work. Also stated was that this was a criminal matter and something very bad was about to happen to me and my account. I am taking this a a threat as at one time I was in Law Enforcement and know now that this company is illegal . I will report them and have inquired into sueing them. If there any other similar experiences, feel free to respond. Thank you

Oh I had the same thing happen to me with paydayloanyes. A woman named Debra Miller called and said she was a "private" process server. She said she had a summons to serve me.
Claiming " defrauding an institution and fraudulent check".
She called my employer 22 times today after I hung up on her and yesterday had spoken to my boss. So, she violated the fact that they can only speak to the debtor.
I am filing with BBB, FTC and am considering suing for non warranted harassment.

these people must be stopped. they could cause someone to get fired.

Yes, they must be stopped. I recieved several calls the other day from SSA Group out of Hamburg New York, claiming that they were representing paydayloanyes in a criminal matter. The calls would not stop. A man who called himself a process server said he was on the way with the police to have me arrested, but if I resolved the problem before he arrived that they would go away. It resulted in me sending a registered letter to there company, which they gave me the address to. I have done alot of research on paydayloanyes and have found there headquaters, addresses, and even certain employees of the company home addresses, including Laurie Edmonds and Kim Dimiduk. You can obtain a dispute letter on line free by going to google, creditor dispute letter, search, fill it in and print. Anyone need help or would like to ban together and shut this group down, just let me know. Have a great day.

I have filed a complaint to BBB and consumeraffairs.com against Payday-Loan-Yes.com. Will also contact my state representative to discontinue payday loans and small loan company practices.

Payday-loan-yes.com put funds in my checking account without me signing the electronic contract and I sent them an email message asking them to withdraw my application for funding. They are a scam, they never provided the amount I would receive in the approval email--went to my so called account online to see the interest of the loan is $175.00 for a $350.00 loan, I would have not approved that loan with the high interest. They are calling me at work after I tell them not to; they are using scare tactics such as I will contact your supervisor; you will be taken to court next week; I called them back to tell them to stop calling me at work---they get extremely rude with you and hang up in your face. Talked to one representative from payday-loan-yes.com who was surprisingly professional and he actually said they are allowed to do that---is that true?

I plan to sue them!

They did the same thing to me. I dealt with Jordan and I was unaware of the rates and I was not told that they were going to deposit the money. I just happen to call and get my account balance and was surpised that there was more money than I expected. I went online and checked my account and saw where 350.00 had been placed in my account. The intrest rate is outrageous I feel I will not get out this hole anytime soon. I am thinking Class Action Suit. I am going to see what my options are in my state of Georgia

I am new to this process and thought that they made a mistake by charging my account $175.00 for a loan of $350.00 . I was also upset at the fact, that the loan was taken out on 1/14/11 and I was charged $175.00 on 1/26/11. The person that I faxed, the information to was called Jaamal ! I plan to pay back the $ 350.00 in a few days. This was a bad mistake on my part.

I am in CA and had the same thing happen to me, I did not sign the loan docs from payday loan yes and they deposited the money anyway. After reading the fees and interest I decided not to take the loan. The deposits and debits were reoccurring and forced me to close my account, now I'm getting harassing phone calls at work threatening legal action. I have requested that the company provide proof that I signed the loan documents and have not received it yet. Does anyone know if California has taken up a suit against the company? If so I would love to give them my information as well. Glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with this, good luck to everyone else!

Wow, all of you should file a claim on scam books website. If enough complaints are gathered scam books legal team will file a complaint on your behalf. This is so typical of these pay day loan scams...

I took out a loan with cash yes in 2010. I received a threatening phone call this morning at work. They are threatening to have me arrested today at my place of employment if I don't come up with 998.00 by 12:00. I paid this loan in 2010 and they are telling me cash yes never received any payments at all. I have received several calls at my job in the past from several different collection agencies. I would love to file a class action law suit against cash yes.
