Additional cashback was not given
I had bought a recharge deal but my additional cashback was not given till next 14 days, finally i got it when i raised the concern to their top management, incase if you are also facing same problem i would tell you to mark a mail to their management, [protected]@paybackbazaar.com
My postpaid bill payment was failed 3 times and when i called up PB customer care number listed on ther website, they said it is under process, please wait for next 2 hours, they made a commitment that they will update me but they never called, but the good part was my transaction was successful after 43 minutes of my last attempt.

Dated 2-Aug-2016, made Vodafone postpaid bill. It was successful but it was processing slow so i was doubtful about my money debited from account. but it was successful after some time. Hello Everyone, I made a postpaid bill payment of Rs.2000 on 13/8/2016 and the transaction was cancelled because of technical issues. Just after i calls at Customer care and they ask my transaction id and check problem and write complain about it and give me complain number also. And i got refund it after 3 days. Then i feels good when i got my refund. I was very dipressed when i see Your Transaction has been failled and my payment was deducted also. But I am happy now to get my refund. I think it needs to provide right details with full of confidence like Transaction id and Reason. I scared when i see Payment Successful but Bill Payment not successful. bought a 999 rupee plan
I have bought a plan in 999 rupee and in the plan I received a information that 200 rupee mobile recharge can be done for 6 months. But I tried at least 50 times but never my mobile recharged. Havn't seen this kind of compnay. Many times I emailed but no response. These kind of company's should be banned.
