I have also been victimized by this! I did a whois on www.easyaccessnow.com and found the nameservers are directed at cyber-networks.net. (570-708-8780) HOWEVER, the lady I spoke to said the domain easyaccessnow.com was transfered to a different (private) registrar in 2005.

I have also fallen for this scam and found that I had been billed for three lots of $39.

I rang their customer services line (866 812 8679) and was amazed at how helpful the rep was. He agreed to cancel all charges immediately, cancel my membership and also email with confirmation. I have just received 3 emails from them to confirm cancellation of all 3 debits which I'm happy about. Here is a copy of the mail they sent:-

    Dear Jxxxxxxxx,

Your card **************** has been credited for $40.1.

    Thanks for your business!

You were billed because you didn't read the terms. My husband was billed from them. He checked the box agreeing with the terms, and went hog wild on the website. VIDEOS ARE NOT FREE.

I saw NOWHERE that it said you had to pay if you clicked on something. What the hell is the point of a free site then? The only thing that I agreed to was age verification, that's it! I called them demanding my money back and they said they would... hasn't gone into my account yet though. I am so angry, I could spit. I read the terms & conditions VERY carefully. And it said I would NOT be billed for this and never will be. UNLESS I authorized it, which I did NOT do.

    You can call them at:

    Web Entertainment Group, Inc.
6789 Quail Hill Pkwy Box 319
    Irvine CA 92603
    866.812.8679
    support@webjtcharge.com

Make sure that if you do call them, they will ask if the charges were authorized, tell them no, but do not let them forward the information to their fraud department or they will include your IP address with the fraud report which can not be reversed. This will ultimately end up with local authorities getting involved to see if you committed fraud against yourself because your IP address will lead them back to you. There should be no recourse even if local law gets involved since you can't commit fraud against yourself, but when I spoke with them I tried to inform them that the websites that utilize their services do not get authorization from the user before charging their card and that THEY should be investigated for fraud. However, the representatives are very unwilling to assist with the real issue at hand, but they did tell me my money would be credited in 8-14 business days and the information has been forwarded to the fraud department. So now I will wait for authorities to contact me regarding the issue.

To sum it up, don't put your credit card number into adult sites no matter what they claim.

I have been charged on my visa-card (amount: 39.85 USD several times). I hereby declare, that there I have no contract with anyone. I have no remembrance of using my card with this company. There is no sense in getting charges when you have no idea what they are for. Please cancel all further charges or give me an explanation for the random ### charges. I advised my card-provider, not to pay any incoming charges.
