Pawnsmart review: Jewellery rip off 1

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! PLEASE SEE MY ATTACHEMENT AS MY PROOF FROM THEM. I took in quite a bit of beautiful jewellery and they advanced me $600 on my ticket. As you can see in my attachment that I paid back $720 to them & called to make arrangements to pick up my jewellery. They accepted my arrangements & when my husband went in to pick up he was notified that my everything went to be melted the day before. I left several messages for JAMIE the owner and asked him to call me. He finally did a week later & advised that he did not think I was coming in even or even had any intention to pick up my items...REALLY after paying back $720 on a $600 loan why would I not want my items back? If I did not want my items I would have sold them or sent them to melt myself for thousands $ not pay back my loan to them and then some and just give them all the jewellery for free that is just ridiculous. They just want to rip off hard working people. They waited until I paid my ticket & as far as we are considered they stole our items & made thousands. We now have to take them to small claims court since they claim they do not have the items then I expect a refund from the melt and what about the diamonds & other gemstones? I understand that they may keep the interested owed they a however the rest of the profit should be returned to me for MY ITEMS since they claim they are all gone. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THEM THEY ARE THIEVES AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ITEMS...again see the attachment where I made the payments...it will break your heart when your things are gone. I believe what goes around comes around & word of mouth and being dishonest & crook is no way to run a business in small town.
