I have received the above mentioned order + s-color mate 9 plus+order id: [protected], delivered to me on thursday 4th may 2017, and I just opened it, to discover that it has a defect in the keyboard.

Kindly let me know what is the procedure to have it replaced.
I did not use it at all. I just unboxed it, installed the covers and switched on the tried to input my wifi password, and it didnt want to write it properly.

I have been complaining by phone, mails, and forms for the last 5 days, and I got not even a reply showing my complaint is being taken seriously.
I am kindly asking that someone takes a look and replies.
It is only about exchanging a faulty mobile phone for the same but with no fault
