[Resolved] Pat's Body Shop / Auto body repair and mechanical repair
I brought my cherry 2007 BMW to them for front end damage, mysteriously during the long two months that it took them to do the bodywork, my starter went bad.. they tripled the cost of the starter and then when I went to go pick the vehicle up the hood looked like it wasn't closed all the way I tried to close it it was closed all the way . It was the way they repaired it I confronted them they said otherwise they would've had to replace the hood, they didn't communicate this to me nothing just charge me full price for the bodywork . So my cherry BMW is not cherry anymore. There are a lot of autobody places in Winston-Salem that are completely reputable Pats is not, go elsewhere .

Pat's Body Shop Customer Care's Response, Feb 14, 2017
Mr. Vileno has brought several of his vehicles to Pat's Body Shop over the course of about three years. We have worked diligently to accommodate Mr. Vileno and address all of his concerns not only with his 2007 BMW 328I, but with his other vehicles as well. This claim that Mr. Vileno is making factually inaccurate and does not address the larger concern that Mr. Vileno took his vehicle without paying for the services we completed. As of to date Mr. Vileno owes Pat's Body Shop the sum of $x, xxx, xx for the services that were performed on his vehicle. Pat's feels that Mr. Vileno's claim is to deflect the larger issue of the funds he owes Pat's.
