Patricia Wilson is a scam artist who fancies herself a horse trainer and trader. She swindled our family out of thousands of dollars for a quarter horse that was "completely trained, kid friendly, totally broken". We shot video when she first showed us the horse and it was very tame. But when the horse arrived at the stable after she was purchased, she was terrified. She clearly had not been handled. She required a professional to get her haltered and she knew nothing. The trainer got on her after a few days and she was clearly not even green broke. There is no question my daughter would have been thrown off the horse. After spending a year and thousands of dollars on a fabulous trainer, we have a great addition to our family. We all know, now that we know the horse, that she was without question drugged when she was initially shown to us.

Patricia Wilson cares about nothing except her next swindled buck. These stories are endless and she has no shame. Word to the wise - buy from a reputable stable if you're looking for a horse. Reputable sellers with quality horses don't look for money upfront, they don't have you wire transfer money, they don't use aliases and multiple phone numbers, and they are more than happy to welcome you to THEIR ranch, because they actually have ranches! If you're new to horses you don't know any of these things and this is her primary target.

This was absolutely not investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. That is a lie.

Everyone affected by Patricia should still keep an eye out on any new ads placed by her. This is her cell number and should randomly be googled. If an ad is found, report to Madalyn Wells at the Texas Attorney General's office. [protected]

As of July 31, 2010, Patricia is in jail in Gregg County. Things are finally catching up with her. She has warrants in Gregg, Cass, Ward, and Harrison Counties.

If anyone needs documents to assist in a fraud case against Patricia Wilson, I've saved all my correspondence with her showing time & again that she can't even keep track of her own stories. Heard she was arrested for stealing a trailer & switched to real estate scams. She certainly gets around using other people's money. I'm still paying for the ripoff 3 years after the sale.

Yes I too got scammed by this woman. She not only sold me a horse but claims the papers got lost in the mail. The horse was not what she said it was an when I asked for my money back she told me she did not have it. She then wrote me a HOT Check for $500 for the other horse that we brought back to her which she said was lame. NOT the case the horse we could not even saddle him he started bucking. If anyone has a picture of this lady please email it to me as I never met her it was always someone else doing the work for her. Mt email is jw70774@yahoo.com

Thanks
Jamie

This is so true about Patricia Wilson. Go to Upshur County Judicial Records website and put in Patricia's name and you will the fraudulent coggins charges against her. Go to the top right where it says mugshot and click on it and you will see her smug little face.
