I made an appointment for 2 minor children in person on June 15th for Thursday, June 18th and asked for the earliest appointment possible, which I was told was 9:30am. At 9:50 both my boys were still sitting waiting to be helped. When I approached the desk and asked what was happening and why we were still waiting for service Shannon offered no explanation other than this a school and the students are getting ready. Mean while I could see several of them not attending to anyone but chatting with each other. Shannon did not offer to find out what was taking so long or look to see who was selected to cut my childrens hair. For many years I have recieved services from a community college cosmotology department and had much better service and professionalism. We were early for our appointment time and people that came in after us and even later than 9:30 were being serviced ahead of us.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and lack of professionalism exhibited by front dest staff. I will not be back for services. My immediate family consists of 6 people and my extended family is much larger, all in the area. I am also and RN and I will make sure to spread the word of this terrible service. There is a beauty school right across the street to select as well as countless other options for services. I was trying to support the students but with the poor attitude of your staff, I will find somewhere else to take my business
