PatPat pjs

I ordered 10 pairs of PJs for everyone to wear on Christmas and spend over $200. I ordered them in the beginning of November and just yesterday received 7 out of 10 pairs. The men sizes, large and extra large run very small and the extra large came with a large cut in the pants, near the knee. The other 3 PJs have not arrived yet. They should be in soon and I am scared that they won't fit or have holes in them. The company says they are located in CA but the package came from Hong Kong and that is why it took a month and a half to receive them. Now I need to return 2 of them because of the cut and size but PatPat's customer service is non existence and I can't order more because I will never receive them in time for Christmas. I am really bummed. and I feel like I was scammed out of a lot of money. :(

I would like to be refunded for the PJs that are too small and riped or I would like new ones to be shipped overnight

PatPat scam artists

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had no problem waiting for the (VERY) lengthy ship time - comes directly from China. But when pj's arrived the sizing was completely Asian. The men's XL fit me - 120 lbs, 5'5". The women's medium (which I ordered for myself) fit my 10-yr old niece. Really? Customer service was so reluctant to refund my purchase I had to take a PHOTO of my order to send them AND reiterate MULTIPLE times WHY i wanted to return. (Sizing) I was offered a 50% refund to keep the items and regift, which I did, but am STILL awaiting my 50% refund. Frankly I bet I never see it. I have advised PayPal to release this vendor.
Remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

PatPat matching pj sets

I ordered matching pj sets about 6-8 weeks ago. My ordered arrived and the wrong items were shipped. I contacted customer service and got a refund. I then reordered the items. Package arrived today and the same thing happened! The wrong items were shipped. The package invoice reflects what I ordered but that is not the items shipped/received. I'm beyond annoyed/frustrated! These were Christmas gifts. Such a hassle! I'm dreading needing to try to get a refund again and ALL I WANT IS THE ITEMS I ORDERED. I wish someone would take legal action against companies like this... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PAT PAT!

PatPat did not receive items!

I ordered over $100 worth of clothing from this company, even paid extra for expedited shipping this was over 2 months ago! For the longest time my order showed it was being shipped. Then last week it showed it was delivered but the delivery day showed Aug 2016! It's Nov 2017! I have been calling and emailing and I still have not received any response back! I'm pretty certain this company is a complete scam. Do NOT use!

I want to be reimbursed for above order. Never received products. I ordered these products over a month ago for a special occasion and it has now passed. I have emailed and never got a response. PatPat set of pj's not received from patpat

At the beginning of October I ordered a family set of matching pj's. On the 24th November I received the parcel to only be quickly disappointed that they had left out a pair of the childrens pj sets.
I immediately contacted customer services, who were, initially quick to reply. However since then I have had no response to my emails. They told me I would receive a refund via paypal within 24/48 hours / 2-5 working days! And to make a new order through the app or website. I emailed back immediately to tell them that I didn't want a refund and wanted them to send the missing pair. Did I really need to go through the whole process again? And asked them to guarantee me delivery before Christmas. Since these last questions I have had no response... I am so cross. We were going to surprise or boys with matching pj sets and now it has been totally ruined.
I am now unsure as to whether to order a new set of the pj's and pray they come before Christmas or not? Especially as it took nearly 2 months to receive the first lot.
Unless some miracle happens and I receive the missing set (in time) then I will not be recommending this company to anyone!

Interesting because I ordered matching PJs in SEPTEMBER!
Finally showed shipping (FOREVER AGO NOW)
NO ONE answers the phone and I've tried all times and many many times.
NO ONE answers the MANY emails
THE TRACKING number is bogus "this tracking number can not be found, please check...blah blah

PatPat I want my money back

What they perfectly do is charging money as fast as possible. How about shipping my order I have been waiting for two months if I am not mistaken.
Not to mention that my items are in stock and there is no reason for not shipping them out.
Customer service tells me to wait for a little longer, but I am not going to listen to them and I just want to get my money back as fast as they charged it

PatPat refund

I ordered 12 pair of Christmas pajamas, they did not fit. I contacted the company to send them back, talked to a man named Rick. Mailed them back and they were delivered on 10/29/17 so far no refund just s run around. I have provided the order number, tracking number and now they want the RAN number but it was mailed back with the package. This company is a scam and should be shut down! Beware... I have shared this story all over social media to get the word out so others will be warned about this company! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!

PatPat missing order

To whom it may concern,

On 31st October, I ordered some items of children's clothing from the website, Patpatclothing to my Irish address: 28 Foxfield Park, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, Ireland

The delivery time said 5-7days after order processed and these items have still never arrived. Can you please advise me as to their contact details as both email addresses on their page have failed to send.

The amount €88.83 was deposited from my bank account on 1st November.

PatPat my refund

Dear sir/ ma'am,

This is to inform you that I got your mail.You mentioned there that my order no. PAT - 1705558 has been cancelled and full refund issued and I will get it with in 2-3 business days but it's more than 7 days but I didn't get the refund of Rs. 10, 239/- yet. Please inform me when should I get the money in my account. I need the money, please understand my problem. I repeatedly mail you but you guys don't answer my mails and don't refund my money.

PatPat failed to process order, refusal to process a full refund as agreed.

On Aug 26, I ordered over $900 NZD worth of baby clothes. Over two months later my order was not processed, and I was granted a request for a refund. Upon complaining that my refund had not been processed, one Klariz Gayle Jurado confirmed on Oct 27 that she had processed a full refund of my order and that the money would be returned to my account in the method I had originally paid within 2-5 working days. The refund did not process, and again after sending through an email complaint, on Nov 11 PatPat refused to uphold their promise to refund me because my order was 'tagged as a fraudulent order.' My order number was #1228022.

PatPat no customer service at all

I placed an order and promptly received an email saying there would be a delay. With this email came a coupon offer - a measly $5.00 off my next order. Then two weeks later I received an email stating my order shipped. HOWEVER, when I tried to track it, it said invalid tracking number. I've tried calling and emailing them to ask where my order is and NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Not a thing. BUT, they do have my money. While I would prefer to have the merchandise, at this point I would take a credit because I can see from all the other complaints that I probably won't ever see the merchandise.

PatPat product delivery

Like many others, it has been nearly 1 month since placing my order and still I have not received any items or updates on their potential shipping dates. There was certainly no delay in charging my credit card, but receiving items in a reasonable timeframe is just out of the question. I am on my third attempt on requesting to cancel my order and receive a full refund, though I have only been able to communicate through email since finding a published customer service phone number as been difficult. I have not received a response yet, but will continue pursuing. I rarely ever write customer reviews, however PatPat can definitely not be trusted. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID.

WOW, I am normally extremely vigilant before using websites and took a risk and ordered items totaling USD 279.00 from them. For the past week my items has been "processing" which to me seemed unusual, after some internet scouring I'm realizing I may be another victim so I started emailing them. After a few days my emails has been answered by a automated response I believe, then finally by someone asking if I would be willing to receive a 50% refund instead if my total refund. After insisting I would like a full refund and cancellation I sit here in hopes I would ever receive the same from them. Coming from someone who has used may difference websites STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

PatPat do not trust this company

this company have done nothing but scammed and committed fraud the entire experience I've had with them. I ordered a package that costed over $96, not only did I have to wait over a month to get an email telling me some of the items were not available but I waited that whole time to realise the clothes that were available were still 'processing'. I decided to cancel my order due to the frustration it had caused, after 2 days they emailed me telling me they will refund me my money. I waited for the refund they only gave me back $74! I immediately emailed them back saying that I didn't get my full refund and that I will not settle for any less then I've already paid. They have since been ignoring my emails and haven't refunded me the rest. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE NOT WORTH IT, SCAMMERS!

PatPat service

Worst customer service ever

Ordered my daughter's birthday dress from this website in July, after spending $60 they sent me wrong delivery. Unfortunately I was away for 3 weeks and couldn't check this package. But as soon as I found out I have contacted customer service, and Ms Deneisha from customer service has replied saying 'sorry for the inconvenience caused, I should have made this complain within 14 days after delivery. So I cannot return. Even after explaining that I was not in the country and most of all that the item was completely different than which I have ordered, they were not even ready to exchange the item. Total DISASTER . Please Be Aware

PatPat scam and horrible, do not order from there!

Worst company ever! Do not recommend! I've ordered two dresses that were available at the time I ordered and never got them after more than a month... got an email saying they were out of stock and cancelled my order. I gave them another chance and ordered three more items... after a month and half, got another email saying the items were out of stock and they had to cancel my order again... now thx to them I got no dress for my friends wedding and I have to search everywhere to try to find a summer dress in fall 😡😡😡😡 worst customer service ever... worst inventory on a website DO NOT ORDER! And once you write a bad review on their facebook page, they are automaticly block you from their page and delete your review so that people dont see the bad side of them... BEWARE, big time scam!

I agree, a complete SCAM. Buyer Beware!
I believe this to be a scam. I purchased over $100 CND because the pictures looked so nice. Turned out that the clothing is cheap, thin material (some like curtains), no proper tags inside indicating material/care instructions, clothing is completely oversized, smelled funny with one outfit having stains, delayed giving me the return address within the 14 day window to return the clothing for full refund and then to find out that the address given when researched is a UPS store not Pat Pat office. They are registered in California but my items were shipped out of China and apparently they don't have a warehouse in the USA. They also never answer phone calls. They also delete most negative comments on fb and block the persistent customers who want to expose the truth behind this company. I also wonder if they have staged some of the positive reviews.

I considered contacting state of Delaware where their business is licensed to see if it's still active and to inform them that they actually don't have a warehouse in California. If there is no active US address, how do they pay government taxes? Furthermore, where has all of our consumer money gone? Somewhere in "cyberspace"?

NEVER again will I shop from this company. I hope they get busted real bad to prevent others from getting burnt.

Hi! I’m having same issues! I really wish I saw these complaints before I spent money on several items. It’s been a month no items.. no calls back. No shipping info! I made a comment on their insta gram and they sent back a generic reply how they ahup world wide and to be patient. Haha wow

PatPat unhappy with my purchase

I ordered 3 t-shirts on july 27th and they are still in the process. It's been almost a month, what's the problem? Maybe it's just out of stock?
The customer service keeps making promises to contact their logistics department and that's all. Maybe this department is invisible or it just doesn't exist, I don't know why they still can't reach them and solve one simple problem.

PatPat slow service

I ordered an item on 07/18. Today is 08/22 and my order is still being packed as their website says. Their support gives promises to resolve but as you can see there's still nothing. I get emails from them with information about my order and my problem status. But it's always the same. Why may packing take you so long? More than a month. This is something wild. I will never get my order...

PatPat mom n me dresses

Complaint:
1. the order is half fulfilled, it was a combo (mom n me) that I ordered but just received the adult dress.
2. The quality is cheap, fabric is terrible and not at all comfortable
3. Service support doesn't respond on order fulfillment or shipment or on complaints..repeated mails and no response
4. Haven't found a single number to register a complaint or to talk and understand

I need a complete refund for my order ..

I order 3 dresses for me and my daughter with order number 846722 I am waiting more than a month it did not come back I contact customer service they said we send this issue to shipping department then nothing and no one come back with a solution
