Our sister, brother in law and daughter moved into the property on 9/20/2019 into a single family home they plan to purchase in 2020. When they first looked at their home with their realtor Ms. Gillis they clearly stated they wanted all new appliances and the washer and dryer. Why? Cause the ones that were in the home were old and rust was on them. Well, the day they moved in their was a note on the counter by the stove from Pathlight not to use the stove because it was being replaced. So this family had to spend at least $350.00 for eating out cause they could not cook. In addition, they were left with a microwave to use to heat their food up with. When my sister went to put food in the microwave and went to punch the timer she noticed something was moving, she looked several times only to noticed dead and alive roaches. She and her fiance immediately took pictures and called Pathlight to inform them and it took them nearly two weeks to resolve this. Pathlight was questioned by BBB and they told them the microwave was removed and everything was resolved. LIES! We have the microwave in their attorney office and everything is still not resolved. yes, they finally got a new stove however, they had to call several times about the fridge and washer and dryer. A technician came out about the fridge and he told them he hate working with this company Pathlight cause they always go the cheap route. He said they need to replace the fridge but he knows they will not so he had to take pictures of the inside and outside of the fridgerator and order parts. Ok, this is well over a month ago still no parts only emails from a rude person Tiffany from the East and first she said they have to order parts then two weeks later she sends another email saying they are looking for another vendor. So my sister and her fiance ends up buying a fridge and a washer and dryer.
Our sister literally was just released from Holy Cross hospital a week ago cause she is battling breast cancer and they only been in the house for three months and already going thru a living nightmare!
We are in the process of being interviewed with pictures and email to provide to DOH, DOJ, and Fox 5 News

Pathlight was managing the property I was leasing. When leaving the home, they charged me the full amount in the security deposit for maintenance and repair, without providing any clarification of the services rendered. considering the few issues to be fixed, I would expect a maximum expenditure of $500, while they told me they were charging nearly $3, 500, equivalent to the full balance in my security deposit. I don't trust them anymore and would never do business with them again. Be careful!
I have followed the links provided on this page and the email, facebook and twitter pages either don't exist or don't work. This is called hiding and avoiding all of our complaints. 13 complaints listed here and 13 unresolved.
