I have been trying for almost a week to reach a human being in this company, and I haven't had any luck. I call during business hours and get a busy signal, and if I call after hours, it dumps me into the same full mailbox over and over again until I hang up. I've sent email after email, and have gotten no response, they charged the credit card for the order already, despite the fact that we've been trying to CANCEL the order.

We never sent paperwork over to them, so we didn't think they'd charge us for the services they never performed, but I guess they did. I'm not surprised at any of the other reviews on the board, and I did a News Search for their name and found this article:

    I am trying to get expedited passports for my friends and found this web site on the internet. We went through all their procedures to gather our documents and spoke with someone in their Miami office. Then we went on-line using our credit card to place two expedited passport orders but we were supposed to call them to find out where to mail the paperwork. We've been calling for 24 hours and the line is busy or we get a message that says all their mailboxes are full. We have spent several hours just trying to get through to them. Instead of helping expedite our passports, they have delayed us considerably. I hope they don't process our credit cards...

    Although they completed my rush visa application perfectly and delivered it on time it took three weeks to track down a receipt for this. No one answers the phone, or email. Ever. The trick is to call their main toll free number 800-860-8610 and press 8 while their message blathers on. This dumps you into a repeating three option directory. Don't pick Customer Service! Nothing happens. Select the 2nd option "Phillip Dyak, ext 101" and a live human answers. Hopefully this secret contact information helps other customers as well.

    The same exact thing is happening to me. When I call; busy signal. When I email; no response. When I fax; busy! They also charged me $20 extra per application even though it says not to include the extra twenty dollars if you make your own prepaid fedex slip.

    I'm going to try calling them at like 11pm or something, hopefully the lines aren't busy then since they're supposed to be open until midnight.

    As an update: I sent emails to all three of their emails daily (2 of them were bouncing) and I guess they just got sick of hearing from me, so they cancelled the order. The refund still has not been processed (almost 2 weeks later).

    I was told it wouldn't debited it if i dont use the card but its not true it has and now my bank has issues overdrawn charges. I tried to call but phone is not available in my area it says so no one picks up the phone i told my bank they investigated it. Now they will refund it but it takes 1o days, why should i wait 10 days when they took it quicker then that. So this company is such a fraud why hasn't the better business bureau been able to stop them?

    There was money taken from my account that i didn't authorize. This is why you cant trust nobody and i want it back now not later this is nonsense and bull crap i want my money now not later.

    Awful Company. DON'T USE unless you want to throw away your money! They wrongfully cashed a check of mine, admitted it, and won't give me a refund! I've been trying to get a hold of someone to help me for 4 months! Nobody there knows what they're talking about or can help me!

    I cannot say enough horrible things about this company. They have cost me over $3000 in extra expenses and largely ruined a $12, 000 planned vacation. I sent them two visa applications, Brazil and Thailand. According to embassy information, the Brazil visa should have taken 10 days if processed locally, and one day if processed in New York, while the Thai visa should have taken two weeks if processed by mail, and one day if processed in person in Los Angeles. Therefore, assuming that these people had done things the slowest way possible, the visas should have taken 24 days, with perphaps another week for the mail. But six weeks later--after much anguish and many unreturned phone calls and emails---I finally got my passport back---with nothing. No Thai visa, no Brazil visa. What were they doing with my passport for 6 weeks? Don't be fooled by their fancy website. There is something deeply rotten going on with this company, and if they aren't out-and-out scammers, they might as well be.

    I wished I have come to this place any sooner, this company need to be reported, still this year 2014 and I agree with each and everyone of the comments in this column. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO EXPEDITE YOUR PASSPORT!!!

    Please NEVER use this company and if you absolutely must, I'd advise you NEVER WORK WITH RICKY EADDY, who is a completely unprofessional buffoon.

    Rickey Eaddy was the complete opposite of truthful and honest while working with my me and my family. I did everything he asked me to in order to obtain a visa in time to go to Brazil for Thanksgiving. Everytime I would call for an update, he would tell me he would call me back at a certain time which he NEVER did, ever. I always ended up calling him back and he'd say something like "oh my bad yeah, I'll get right on that".

    As the days neared closer to my trip, I called back to see if the visas for me and my girlfriend were being processed. He told me he was picking them up and overnighting them that day (this was a week before my trip). A package did arrive the next day, but it was for my parents and brothers, it did not contain mine or my girlfriends. I call him back and he tells me there was a mixup and they were going to the embassy to take care of it. I try to call him back and HE REFUSES TO PICK UP HIS PHONE, like a kid trying to avoid a parent because they've done something wrong. I eventually contacted someone higher up in the company who tells us they just can't do it in time -- so thats it, after all the time spent, visa applications, money spent, flights and hotels booked, NO VISA. Ricky has never responded to any calls since.

    This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company or any individual in a company! They completely ruined my Thanksgiving without as much as an apology to show for it.

    I originally called their local Los Angeles office and was told I had to go on line to apply..possibly because I wanted a new passport via their 2-3 day service.I applied on line at and was told I would hear soon from my Consultant. While waiting for a phone call, I found another local company that offered the same service and drove there. When they said they could do it, I called the number I had for and cancelled...this within 45 minutes of placing my order. A few minutes later, my consultant called and I again told her I wanted a refund..that no one had contacted me. She told me there would be a $50 charge! Ok. I just looked at my credit card statement. They didn't even bill my card until 24 hours AFTER I cancelled and there is no refund posted. I will update here if it's resolved before I leave for my trip
