Passport Service - Hyderabad / Heights of Negligence
My mother-in-law applied for passport on Jan 27 2008.

She didn't received it so far.Went to Adalat couple of times but of no use.Tried to call the numbers mentioned in the web site.No response.Raised grievances through web site.No reply.Her presence is very much needed for us here in UK.They are still roaming around Kothagudem, Karimnagar and Hyderabad for passport.If something happens to their health at this age who has to be held responsible for creating so much stress and pain for them?
Is there any other way of complaining for me or shall i have to go with a lawyer and file a case as I read from some of the complaints here doing the same.
This is heights of negligence shown by the responsible authorities.
Please take some action and start working atleast now you central government officials.
