This is Anil Kumar Reddy G passport submission Date is 11/03/14 and received PVR Both vijayawada and vizag, Passport File No:HY6067551412314, D.O.B:20/05/1988, Grievence req No:[protected] But no response till date, i am paid 5000/-rs Penalty (No:HYDP14313548999) in Hyderabad office but my status is no change

AS PER STATUS MY FILE REF. NO.HYD-Z159149-10 PASSPORT WAS GRANTED ON 20.6.2011 BUT NOT DESPATCHED DUE TO UNKNOWN REASONS WHERE MY WIFE RECEIVED PASSPORT ON 23.6.2011 AGAINST FILE NO.HYD159147-10.
PRESENTLY MY FILE IN 2ND RACK OF SMT LAXMI MADAM IN P.W. SECTION FOR REVOKING THE SAME AND ISSUE PASSPORT. ON 29.12.2011 I WAS ASSURED THAT AFTER REVOKING PASSPORT WILL BE SENT WITHIN A WEEK BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD.

I have applied for the passport in the month of Oct/Nov 2009 and still I haven't received my passport .I tried to enquire from the sources but that was of no use .I need my passport very badly .Please help me !

To summarize you, my police verification was done long back and same was approved by the authorities .Lastly, from the website of http://www.ap.nic.in/passport/, I used to get response that "Your passport will be dispatched in a weeks time" and now there is no status from the website also .

Please help me to resolve the issue at the earliest.Below are the necessary details :

if there is any issue in processsing the application form we will come to know imediatly, we can proived all the required inforamation,

if we have suchfacility, we will not get these many quieries in the first place.

i really fed up with the indian govenrment.

i am not pointing out passport office,

go to any govt office and see no one will tell satisfied with the service.
