Passenger - Ellen Francis / I am complaining about how dis satisfied I was flying with caribbean airlines flight 17 from kingston jamaica to kennedy ny on june 7th 2017

I bought a nonstop return ticket from kingston to kennedy ny. When check in in kingston I was told that the plane have to make a stop in montego bay airport to pick up passengers but we would no have to get off the plane. I am a wheelchair passenger and when we get to montego bay we were all ordered off the flight again and have to go back through security check and worst to know we're were very late leaving kingston. After getting back on the plane we didn't leave montego bay until after 11.20pm knowing that I was on a flight that should depart kingston to ny at 7.25 pm. We finally get to ny about 2.30 am on june 8th. And I didn't mention how rude the costumer care persons were at montego bay airport. After getting off the plane in kennedy airport I require assistant so the person's who should assist us with wheelchair park us in a long hallway and I was there for 45minutes before someone comes to help me through immigration. I start crying and asked why and what was happening. I was told that because our plane was late and they have to help other passengers. I am very disappointed in caribbean airlines knowing I travel with them 4 or more times yearly with my family. I expected to be compensated to this flight. Now I don't want to travel caribbean airlines again. Please look into this matter for me asap. Thank you
