Don't use this store! We needed a new stand for our TV and thought Partstore.com would be a good option since they're part of bestbuy. We were wrong. The information we got from their site, was incorrect. We searched our model TV and order the stand and parts that they recommended. When it arrived, it was not correct. We called customer service and they could have cared less. Made little effort to correct the situation. We asked if they would expedite the correct stand and they wouldn't. Ordering direct from LG now and have wasted over a week. After this, I searched them online and alot of people have had the same problem...
