I ordered a part from this company (A1 CARDONE 65-9527) and they sent (A1 CARDONE 65-9307) a totally different part. I returned it to them and payed $15.85 to send it back and once they received it they said they will reimburse me and that they will keep $41.18 (%15 of the cost of the part) What they do is, if they dont have the part requested they send you something similar so you have to return it and they will keep the %15 restocking fee, that is how they make money. I wrote to them and explained them that I just need the right item to be sent to me and they still havent responded. This company is not good and shouldnt be in business...

Sent the wrong part, muffler for 08 Mazda 6. Hurricane, and insurance delays on auto body repair, rear end hit left rear muffler had to be replaced. Would not take part back because of 30 day return policy. about 45 days..What business would not make an exception in these circumstances? One that has No Business sense or customer friendliness . Obviously short sighted and Not Recommended.

I tried to order a wheel for my daughter's car, who lives in VA. I live in GA. PartsGeek.com system seemed to freak out that the shipping address was different than the billing address. NO ONE tried to reach me directly for processing the order. My order is in "limbo" - somewhere between wires and computers of the Internet.

Partsgeek.com sent me the wrong parts. I ordered front rotors, they sent me rear rotors. Hey, easy to fix, right? Let me send them back and send me the right ones. That would be ethical and good business. BUT THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! Now I am looking at buying another set locally and paying for shipping. Oh and my car is in the shop already. Terrible customer service. Terrible policy, Partsgeek.com!

Ordered tail lights from them. One came broken, saw on their return policy that we have to file with UPS regarding broken parts. That was done and email was sent to them. No reply for more than a month. Their customer service # is a HOAX no one answers and then goes to the answering machine.
I have been trying to reach them for more than a month and still no reply. They have not even replied to the UPS claim yet.

I have been trying to contact this company by phone as well, and have NEVER received a reply. I placed an order, and it was denied by CC company because we entered the wrong security code. Have been trying to cantact sales, leave messages, but no reply, ever. So, I gues they don't want my business. Not only will I take my business elsewhere, but I am going to do my best to warn people about this company (partsgeek)
