Parts Geek / Fuel Pump / missing part/poor customer service

The price and shipping features were excellent however the actual ordered item had a viatl part missing delivery. I spoke with a customer service agent (after hours of calling the 800#) and was told that I'd receive a callback after she checked with the factory site about the incomplete order. I have not had any contact from PARTSGEEK nor have I been able to speak with a live person after leaving numerous voice messages and emails requesting support. My car has been sitting at the repair site because I cannot use the shipped item. Very poor customer service skills~

Contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF NEW JERSEY via telephone 609 588-0808 (9:00 am to 4.30 pm M-F) OR on their website at and proceed to FILE A COMPLAINT. Give all of the information requested (PARTS GEEK business info 3203 Atlantic Ave Allenwood, NJ. Phone: 732-528-7880/date of purchase/ price/ your contact info, etc)

They will contact the PartsGeek company and intercede professionally. Continue to contact Parts Geek via email, voice mail, etc and keep records of all contact efforts to report to the BBB of NJ.

May God lay intergrity, honesty, and uprightness in the office of Parts Geek as they have shown themselves to be deceitful and dishonest in business practices.
