Parotec / Paid for and unable to use

I bought this unforsaken software and I've only been able to use it the day of purchase. After that I have been getting a message stating that I need to renew my license. This sucks!!! I will find every complaint board I can to let everyone know not to buy this junk. I've emailed the company with no luck. I can't even find a phone number for them. If anyone has a number to reach these jerks please post it.
