Absolutely Poor Customer Service! Went to Purchase a Car, Was Told To Leave a $5000 Down Payment To "Hold The Car" until Financing could be secured. Unable to Drive the Vehicle more than 20mph around the Block in the rain. Told to come back at a later date -- 1 Hour Drive One Way for me -- to test drive car again. When General Sales Manager was contacted, My Call was "put off." She never called me back. Instead, I was told by the Used Car Sales Manager NEVER to call the dealership again because I expressed my discontent with the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I had been given. He stated that I had NO reason to contact the BBB regarding the incident, and I was not welcome back to their dealership.
