On 20th november
i placed 3 items in the inpost machine at the library manford way essex
after 8 days customers complained they had not received their goods
started p2g chat on 28th nov
chat 1 emma assured me she had contacted courier for collection
chat 2 daniel informed emma had not contacted courier & kept apologizing with patronizing smiley faces
i pointed out this is not funny ask to speak to a supervisor got through to chat3 alexnandra
she promised without fail the items would be collected from machine
30th nov still not collected
chat 4 spoke to second supervisor stephen again assured me items would defiantly get collected & also offered a refund on of £10 for the loss of postage only
never received
4th dec chat 5 with danny again asked to speak to a stephen supervisor as he knew all the details said he could not that and ended chat 6 recontacted got through to maria she said she could get the items returned to my house i agreed because i had to refund all my customers she also ended chat abruptly
after 51/2 hours of chats & 17 days waiting
i have no goods and out of pocket of £50 plus £12 postage fees
the service was dreadful i feel they are trained to fob people off and take loss of items a joke
is there anyone in this company who can take my complaint with seriousness it deserves items uncollected are
