I'm asking if it's legit or not. I'm so confused because he's using Nigerian international number. He's from London but he's send the package from Washington DC to Philippines. And the carrier used Indonesian number.
Can I ask if it's legit or not. He asking for charges before to deliver the package. But still not doing anything to find 5k because I can't trust him. Damn I almost got scammed. Thank God I saw your posts! I met this guy in Instagram 2 weeks ago. He was okay but I was wary because he looks too good to be true. He then asked for my viber so we can message more daw, eto namang ate niyong tanga naniwala so I gave him my number. We started chatting everyday and he we would always call me. He started talking about love and our future. Na he wants to see me daw after his contract in Turkey. Then 2 days ago he suddenly said that he likes to sent me a gift. Syempre I declined but he got mad and insisted that I give him my shipping details. That's when it all gets shady. He said he paid for all the shipping fees and all I need to do is pay for the clearance fee. He even sent me a receipt for the package. Fast forward to now, they're asking me to pay 20k pesos for the clearance fee. To test if he really a scam I told him I dont have that kind of money and he should send me some so I can get the package. Now he gets really shady by saying that he cant send me money online because he works for an oil rig in Turkey and they only pay him cash. AHAHAHHAA Then he said that he has a surprise in the package. An envelope with 100, 000 usd. Who would believe that? Girls always be careful. If its too good to be true then ignore.
Things I learned from this experience:
1. Search for the service courier if its legit. If its accredited by Bureau of Customs in you country, if its not its definitely a scam.
2. If they said that there's a secret envelope with money. (XRAY scanners can detect that who are you fooling)
3. If they ask you that you should transfer payment. The banking details should be under the name of the company not some random employee.
4. Just dont talk to strangers!

Same here I encountered that name Ross Thompson he sent me gift through Logisco Exclusive Delivery. He is US military daw. Nag dududa na ako sa kanya kase were just chatting 2 weeks ago. Nagka video call kami one time lang po yun about 15seconds lang kase against protocol sa kanila to do a video call. Buti nakita ko ito.

God never allowed me to be deceived He is using an account on Pinalove GERALD THOMPSON- in Manila with kasabwat gf named ABBY kunwari working in a Custom yung babae ang hihingi sa yo ng 25k. imagine 24hrs lang darating agad 15kls parcel mo?😁 I counteract with him what is 1000USD with why not pay it by yourself😉😂 problemahin mo pa ako...dna nag reply BLOCK NYO. Hello good day everyone. Just needed your advice and opinion. I’ve been chatting with him on and off. But the last week of august 2022 up until 1st week of September we consistently chatting. We met on instagram then transition to whatsapp On september 2, he said he will do shopping for me in order to make a package to be sent to me. I refused him but he’s very consistent. And also he secretly put $18,000 in the package so the delivery company chatted me thru whatsapp. Air trust delivery company is the name of the shipping company. I have already paid them 30k pesos. Also they threatened me and the guy that the FBI will arrest both of us if I don’t pay the custom tax or IMF. This is the number of the courier +[protected]. Attached below are pictures of the package and electronic receipt.

Same here! I thought it was suspicious from the very beginning, it's not the first time they tried.
But for some reasons I got curious about that guy and ended talking with no much in mind. I ended thinking that may be real, but didn't have any expectations.
Then yesterday he send me the package I told him to not send and magically arrived today... I argued with the "delivery" company because I refused to pay and they tried to make me a discount (in what world a shipping company makes discounts hahahaha). I refused as well and they threatened me to go to the police.
So I told them that they looked like a scam and that I will sue them for threats.
I argued with the boy too I told him to pay the fee himself if he wants the package back.
So now I blocked the delivery company and waiting for the reaction of the scammer (who deleted his Instagram account suddenly hahaha), keeping all the information and conversations with me to file a report if necessary.
Listen, in a normal shipping company, if the receiver don't want to pay, normally the package is send back to the sender (at least in my country haha).
So, just ignore them and keep all the proof just in case you need it.

Hi..I am chatting with this guy Leung Harry for a week now, and suddenly he ask me to give him an adress and contact details cause he will sent me a package..And after sometimes i received an email that shipment registration is completed.. They this tracking number and u can track the parcel. The shipment will arrive on August 16.but when i track the parcel on the website, i saw that parcel is 10kg containing phone, bag, shoes, one big envelope.. So i had my doubt. And did my research.. I search the courier company.. And it appears the one appears in the search the logo is different.. And i think it's a scam..For now they are not asking for payment yet but I'm worried on Aug 16. Can someone here help me if this courier is legit or if someone know the same guy..

Ladies! Number one rule on this guys! Just do your research first ! I almost got scammed too and luckily I did my research first before doing or accepting anything. I was also message by a guy on Instagram. When I look on his profile , he looks like a model and he do have a lot of followers too so I thought he's really legit. At first I ignore him coz he's too handsome for me haha but out of curiosity, I chatted him back and he eventually reply back. He ask for my Whatsapp number and we exchange convo in there. Then for like after 3 days, he then talk about love etc. and there he told me wants to send me a package from UK. Clothes, bag, etc,. name it , he even put money also in package he say. Then I became really confused why he's doing it and keep telling him , he don't need to do that, but he's persistent. He even send me videos of him shopping clothes and shoes etc. Then he already goes to the courier and sent me the package and told me to wait 2 days so it can be delivered. So I was shocked , wtf that fast, and he told me that I needed to pay for the shipping fee , like 10k-15k pesos. Thats the time I do my research, I ask for the courier name, reference number and pictures of whats in the package, and told him i needed it to check when the package comes. Then everything becomes clear because i discovered a lot of red flags haha Then I told him that I think he's a scam , then he deletes his account on Whatsapp immediately and I block him in insta, everywhere. The courier even message me today but i just ignore it. Just Ignore it guys and don't pay anything. If anyone contacts you about this package , just said they're calling on a wrong number and you don't know anything. That's the best you can do. Never ever give anyone money especially to people you don't know.

I think I have a same problem too I met this guy through dating and ask me for Whatsapp number and then I said I don't have one he said I need to download the app so I did cause he's so good to me but after like days he said that he sent a package that something is a bit expensive so I am shock cause this is the first time that I've encounter so I told to my cousin about it and then she found this site and she told me that that's a scam... btw the guy is originally from Korea and he said he's base now in London UK perhaps he's name is Dong Jin.,.

Had the same experience just yesterday. Been chatting with this guy for 3 days and he already started talking about love. Then yesterday, he said that he would do some shopping and asked if he could do some shopping for me as well which I refused at first, but he was persistent. He then sent me photos of the items he posted. I was shocked because he bought so many, then said that he also put 4,000 euros in the box. It was then when I said to myself that it was a scam. Realizing what was going on, I told him about the romance scam I've been reading online and he flipped out. I then asked for the name of the courier company and the tracking number. To my surprise, it was indeed posted, but I got scared because the box he posted weighs 40kg which doesn't add up as the items he said he bought won't weigh that much. So I did some more googling about the courier company, but couldn't find anything about it online although the website seem legit. There's just no way for me of knowing. Then this morning, a guy who is supposedly the courier company employee messaged me on whats app saying that there's a parcel addressed to me and is currently on hold because there's this custom tax that I have to pay before they could ship the box. I checked the country code of the caller and he is someone based in Indonesia. Knowing how the custom tax are paid by the receiver, I did not reply to the message and immediately hit the report button. A few minutes later, the guy I was chatting with asked if I have received any sms from the courier company. I just told him that I haven't. I also said that if there custom tax to be paid, it would be upon the delivery of the item. He did not argue on that. But still, let's say that the box is indeed posted, the weight of the items still raise a question. Could there be illegal substance in it like drugs? It's scary to even think about.
I thought that these romance scammers don't use or post their real photos on social media, but some of them actually do. Last night when I video called him to check, I was expecting that he would reject the call, but he didn't, and to my surprise, it is the same face on the photos.

I also have the same situation now. A guy follow me on instagram, i dont usually accept followers but i dont know i accepted his request and follow him back also. Then he message me. So we are chatting for almost 2 days and ask me if i have whatsapp. I dont have whatsapp but i downloaded it for him bec he seem so nice. His name is Chen Han, his from taiwan but staying in UK he said that he was a contractor. His a single dad. So we chat on whatsapp for almost a week, his stories are like real i almost believe him but one day he said that he will send me gift. I refused but he insist. I give my personal info because i dont believe that he will do it, so its like a test if he is really serious m.. Then one day he send me a delivery receipt and said that he already send me a package. The courier send me an email that i need to pay 5000 pesos for custom clearance so nagtaka na ako bakit kailangan kong magbayad though iniisip ko na rin na baka may babayaran kasi natry ko ng magorder ng product fr other country, pag above 10k yung declared value nung package may babayaran kang custom tax pero babayaran mo yun sa mismong magdedeliver sayo e yung courier ngayon gusto nya magbayad ka muna bago maprocess so nagduda na talaga ako. At idedeposit mo pa yung bayad sa personal acct ng isang babae dito sa pilipinas. Good thing wla akong binigay ni magkano... Sabi nung kachat ko bayaran ko daw muna kasi may cash syang nilagay dun sa package worth 200k us dollar daw.. Masyadong unbelievable..he even suggested na umutang daw muna ako sa mga friends ko kasi babayaran ko rin naman daw pag dumating parcel. Hahaha!

This guy added me this last Monday, he asked me for whatsap and we started talking, he said he wanted me to be his wife, he introduced himself to me with Lim Kim from South Korea, and his mother was a retired nurse.
I find it impressive how these guys have a standard for acting, the conversation is very stimulating and seductive, as I don't believe in overnight that someone can love another I suspected. And I looked for his photo if there was anything that could confirm my suspicions, thank you very much for your report. I don't fall for that scoundrel's story.

This is the same guy that i have been chatting with recently.
His IG profile is dash_f1386 and his name this time is Chen Kai from Hong Kong, 'working' as financial asset management analyst in cryptoHK admiralty exchange, as what he says.
Sadly, I fell for the scam via this fake crypto exchange: et-or.live and trying to do some damage control now.
I even requested for his name card and staff ID which he was able to provide that let me lower my guard down a little, but now i think back, its quite easy for scammers to produce these quite quickly as well.
How i realised all these was a scam:
He 'helped' me to top up some amount to meet my next level in the exchange; I was supposed to transfer back to him after I can get access to my funds after hitting the level's criteria. But its one obstacle after another, and i just cant seem to get my money out. So I decided to just transfer to his bank account directly from my remaining funds out of the exchange.
He wanted me to transfer via crypto wallet instead as it is more immediate compared to overseas bank transfer which will take a few days, but I insisted against that since I'm not familiar with how it works. The other option he gave was to transfer to his friend's bank account in SG so that the friend can transfer to him via crypto wallet.
The ultimate [censored] that gave was when the bank account holder's name is a non-chinese. When I requested to do phone verification before I transfer, I asked the friend to say his full name which he was unable to. Furthermore, the whole conversation was in Chinese, and he say he doesn't know English. Said he's a Hong Konger, not Malay.
Needless to say, Chen Kai and I got into an argument on this as at this point of time, and I'm not planning to transfer him unless he gives me his actual bank account. And now he's threatening to come my office (he knows which Company I'm working at) when he come SG end of this month to put up posters and let everyone know what kind of person am I (who doesn't return the money I borrowed)
Hoping that this is just an empty threat. Glad I found your post with his pictures, at least for sure I can confirm now that he is one of those scammers around and my heart is at ease about not returning the money I owe him for the top up.

Maybe that is a scam, scammers used the different names of the courier company, and sometimes they create fake websites and fake courier companies to scam people.

Somebody named Alexander Khanchia on IG randomly add me and just chat. Then a month after, he "sent" me a certain "package" that is now here in my country. So I decided to search things related to this kind of situation coz apparently i received a message on Whatsapp saying that the package already arrived but I have to pay certain amount.
Then I remembered that the number I have on the waybill he sent is not my WhatsApp number 😂😂😂 so how on earth did that person sent a message directly on my WhatsApp number
Thank God I planned to keep searching coz if I'll still search for his name, probably won't get anything coz I just saw same picture but different name used while on others almost same info but a little bit twisted with what he told me

Love scammers use Flittway Express courier. I have experienced it recently. I met a US army deployed in Yemen/Syria recently named Le Jayden Dong on line. He told me he will send me his reward,gold bars, from his successful mission in yemen. The parcel was on hold in Turkey and needs $3171 to be cleared. This US army asked me to pay for it first. I got suspicious and forced him to call me. To my surprise ,he doesn't have american accent but instead he has african/jamaican accent. I later found out that he is using the identity of a real US army. I didn't pay for the parcel cos i discovered their modus.
I think we do have the same experience. I am chatting for years with a guy who had been deployed in Syria then recently he said they will be decamping and they need their stuff to send in a package, included are his gold bars awarded by Syrian Government, his shirt and his documents. I refused to give my details coz I didn’t even know what are his.
I told him about the online scam going on and I said if he wanted to give every valuables he have, he should give it directly to me using his own hands. Then he gets mad and said I didn’t trust him (which is true). He said the gold bars have certificate and I have nothing to pay and nothing to do with anything. I will just accept it. I am not the person who was born yesterday to not know about the maximum amount of assets allowed in customs. I could be tag as money launderer if I accept that, and take note that Syria and it’s government is a Sanctioned country.
After few days, he said that their package is stuck and being held in Turkey. He never asked me for money coz I said right away ever since that I have nothing to give anything. He told me that he was sad and they are sorting everything. He send a screenshot about online.flittwayexp.com and I seached about this courier servicing company and it doesn’t even exist. Now I let him resolve everything and let me see if this time he will ask for money.
