pARAGO ?(Rebates) / they do not answer to questions regarding rebates offers

this so called "parago" that works for staplers rebates NEVER answer to questions regarding the rebates offers

they answer with prepacked answers - NON ANSWERS but online they have a "ask a question form"

if you try to explaine again the question (so their limited brain will probably understand something), they will send again a prepacked answer that do not answer the question

so my question is: they are working there or sleeping in front the computer?

please send them complqaints so finally Staples will remove them

    Their website will show you that your Mail In Rabete is approved. But you won't receive check in next 30 days, contact them again. You will provide your address to them, again wait for 30 days for check delivery. You won't get in 30 days, you contact them, they will ask for your address again, you give them same address again. Wait for 30 days, ... you are in loop for infinite time. I never heard of lost USPS mails except, only these guys mail lost again and again, wonderful.
