Panjiva 3 foot usb type c charging cable (black)

Bought cable from Walmart for my wife's new Motorola phone. It was to be an extra cable just for the car charger.
My wife went to an appointment and when she came back out to the car, the end of the cable that would plug into the phone was smoking and melting on the seat where it was laying. It wasn't plugged into a phone at the time, just into the charger port of the car charger (cigarette lighter charger). This caused a bad burn mark on the passenger seat and melted the plastic off the phone end of the cable.
I returned the cable to Walmart for a refund and advised that we were seeking further funds to cover the damages to my wife's car!

Panjiva personal information leaking

This company uploads personal and private information without permission or any authorisation. I will be reporting this website to fbi of internet crime. And also get in touch with a lawsuit to sue them and fine them hefty amount. Because of their careless acts other people have obtained my personal information and attemtped fraudulent activity on my name. They have been notified and do not listen. If they dont i will make sure they do.

Panjiva Harassment

They are very sneaky when it comes to the money. You will never know they charged you until you check your bank account. Not sure if it's legal enough.
I canceled my subscription and warned them about it, so I should be charged. But who cares? They took my money anyway. What this crap can be called?
It's so unprofessional of them, I have no other words to describe this mess.

Panjiva containers tools contaminated

Hello dear,
I am from state of kuwait, the international gen. Trade & cont, est.

I make a contract with one of ur client suncity international ltd of baying a sharp containers of contaminated for the used of kuwait heath ministry,
The case is there sales employee does not answering my calls and my massages, his name is alladin,
And I have no time to waste, almost now 2 month and he did not send me the invitation letter, please contact the chairman of the suncity international he may do something faster.

Panjiva Unauthorized credit card charges

I just received an order of Garcina Cambogia Advanced and Tri-Cleanse Colon Cleanse from Superior Health and Beauty, C/O Rapid Fulfillment, 12924 Pierce Street, Pacoima, California 91331. I did not order these products. I checked my credit card account and found that I have been billed an exorbitant amount for these two products. I want my money refunded.

I spoke with a customer service representative (Anthony) and complained that I did not order these products, did not want them, wanted my money refunded and didn't want to hear from them again ever!

He was calm and understanding, so I cooperated with him, as he attempted to find my account information. We agreed that I had contacted the right office (Rapid Fulfillment, Pocoima, CA) but he could not find my information, the order #'s on the packages did not provide sufficient information for him to track it and my email address was not listed in their accounts' database. Further, he knew nothing about "SUPERIOR HEALTH AND BEAUTY" despite the fact that its mailing address in care of RAPID FULFILLMENT.

So how was this sent to me? He could not explain it and advised that I contact my bank to dispute the charges.

I contacted my bank and have initiated a Dispute Case against this company.

OMG! my mother 70 years old gos scammed as well!
Superior Health & Beauty c/o Rapid Fulfillment made Unauthorized credit card charges
since then they are sending us a product we have never ordered many times and are charging us!

I finally got mine straightened out...but it was a nightmare! The company('s) were no help whatsoever, and most of the time were absolutely antagonistic - they'd hang up on me, call me a liar, yell at me - it was horrible! but I kept notes on each call - Time, Date, person's name, employee ID #, which number I called etc. The bank told me to call them and have them send me confirmation that I asked for my account to be closed/refunded etc. The problem that I ran into was that only 1 of the companies actually existed - the other company doesn't...so the bank found it fairly easy to determine this a fraudulent activity - but took a bit longer for that to be fixed. It didn't help that the department that I was dealing with at the bank thought that I was some elderly lady that needed to be taught that things like this happen and how it happens etc...very condescending, treated me like this was my fault! They told me that they'd look into it but it could take upwards of 3-4 months to investigate and return my money - and that I should be aware that even after that if the company proved that they were valid charges that the bank could potentially withdraw the money back out of my account and return it to them...So far I've received all cash back except the initial shipping charges - so hopefully that is the end of it.

Oh My God! I soooooo feel your pain - I'm dealing with the same thing - same company! I have spoken to so many reps as well as people at my bank that I'm emotionally exhausted. I've cancelled my credit card, and waiting on a new one - but they - Bright Herbal & Herbal Secrets are both stealing money out of my account! They have now stolen over $500 out of my account! My bank is looking into it so hopefully that will be the end of it - but I'm not overly optimistic at this point. This has been going on since the end of January. And the really fun thing in all of this is that apparently Herbal Secret(s) doesn't exist ...BUT they mysteriously take money out of my account.

Same thing - never ordered! Called and cancelled offering to send back all unopened products - they keep sending more! Still trying to sort - please let me know of any help against these vampire/pirates

Panjiva Bad service!!

I used Panjiva for one month and paid for that. After one month of using I decided that I was not interested in their service any longer and contacted Panjiva support. I asked them not to charge me next month and also asked them to cancel my account and they said ok.
Next month they charged me and later I found out they never cancelled my account! I contacted them again and this time my account was deleted but they refused to refund me. What a scam!

Panjiva They took money for so-called free demo version

I asked for free demo version of the program, which provided the company www.panjiva.com. I got the email from the rep next morning, where they asked to provide information about me. I was surprised, but I provided what they wanted. However, after this moment the rep stopped to communicate with me. But when I checked my account, I noticed several charges, which were made by this scamming company. Don’t deal with them.

Panjiva They simply don't reply and they have real problems with the communication

I decided to try the demo from the website www.panjiva.com. I filled the form on the website and sent them request. After that I got long email from them, where they again asked to provide some info, which I already sent them through the website. I waited for nay reply, but they didn’t send me any info. After 5 days, I again sent them emails with simple questions, but they again didn’t reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I shipped my product to them wrongly in GA. And i can not get in touch with them for them to retur. To shipper this is a scam do not try to deal with these peolple there is not even a contact nu.ber my package is dent there. Y mistame and it seems as though they are not goi g to send it back. The way thi gs are right now thats sick the way inflationis you have to be a demonic person to not ship back and steal from me

Panjiva I don't really think it's worth the money

User interface can definitely use some improvement. In addition, if you view the same profile (saved or not) over two different dates, they will hit your Profile View credit. We were doing some research one month and realized how quickly we used up the credit.

Sorry, but I don't really think it's worth the money.

From your note, it appears as though 50 profile views is too limiting for your needs. Panjiva Hope they go out of business soon

Panjiva publishes import/export data without a company's permission. Panjiva also refuses to take down any company listed --- which is listed without the company's authorization -- from their web site. Their staff is also very rude -- if you call them to request to remove your company from their database --- something that their competitors do --- they actually hang up the phone on your face without hesitation. Hope they go out of business soon.
