Pangeaa Procurement is for 70 percent owned by Iranians and the Managing Director Leo Tempelaar (30% shareholder) is acting in breach of UN sanctions against Iran.
Most of the materials Pangeea is supplying is used in Iran and are sanctioned materials such as Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel etc, these materials are subject to export licence documents however as they deliver ex works Holland they just do if they do not know these goods are going to Iran.
These goods are purchased by an Iranian engineering company Sazeh via their Dutch Branch Procon Procurement in the Hague and exported via, via outside Europe, recently Pangeea purchased several large cases with tubing from these sensitive alloys from a company called EBK in the UK.
So these 3 companies together are avoiding the custom chanels and the Ministery of Economic affairs in the Netherlands and the EU.
I know these facts as I worked in Pangeea for several months.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My company has delivered materials to PPS or Pangeaa or in particulaar Mr Leo Tempelaar and has many unpaid bills.
Mr Tempelaar is a scam, he has many colours, however when you start business with him, you always know 1 thing for sure, you are bitten is the butt finally as he only cares about his own personal interest.
I know many companies who lost a lot of money because of him, I know clients who had even an explosion at site because of materials of doubtfull origin where delivered by him.
PPS is bad for business, bad for quality, bad for business principles and ethics, with a person or company like him, you do not need enemies as your daily hours will be spent mainly by solving the problems he has caused.
I am working for a supplier who delivered materials to this gent and we believed him on his word.
PPS is still owing us a substantial unpaid amount and suddenly the croock has "sold" the company to a medical company, who the hell will believe a medical company has an interest in a trading company ?
The only way such a set-up is normally done is when there are substantial losses over the previous years which are deductable from tax with profits in the near future, however see the matter from a birds view I believe Leo tempelaar want the company to collapse or that a shadow company (in Dutch katvanger) will take all the heat and get creditors of his back.
I have heard from some clients that Leo tempelaar has contacted them and told that he sold the company and that all debts are now not his problem anymore but that he would like to continue doing business with a "fresh'' Start.
I am asking other people / companies who are also have unpaid bills from this guy to see post the same at this side and to see if we maybe can start a joint legal case against him or freeze all his assets, maybe house, car, assets from his family whatever, but we will show that we do not just sit and what this so called "old friend"

After the above declarations where made public, Leo Tempalaar rushed himselves to buy the shares back from Babak Hosseini after he framed Babak by doing more devious business behind his back with his cousin in Iran.
So Tempelaar needed the help of Babak to set up his company and after everything was in place, he did his trick again and F***cked him in the *ss and proceded with his cousin Behrooz who was thrown out of Aram after doing some hankie pankie business for himselves.
Very regular shipments imported through UK and Holland are delivered "ex"works Lage Zwaluwe so that these materials are not exported by Pangeea, however their client is Procon, Sazeh or whatever name they use, this is an Iranian company, runned by Iranian people and guess where the materials are going too ?
mmmmm difficult question ? and where is the money going too ? mmm diffucult again to a personal holding company set up by Tempelaar in Bahrain, or does anybody expect he goes that often to Bahrain because of the sunset ?
I am working for a dutch forwarding company and have collected several large and long cases with very special grade tubular materials near manchester for transport to Lage Zwaluwe, these materials where produced in the United States.
