Panera Bread service wait time in store - hunt valley, md

Upon ordering a simple Outmeal and coffee, I waited 16 minutes to receive the oatmeal. It was apparent that there was only one poor guy (who was hustling as fast as he could) that was making the in-store orders, with 7 - 8 people waiting in front of me along the counter. The other 2 or 3 workers must have been filling on-line of phone orders, or starting to fill the catering request. Obviously very understaffed, and I noticed the manager just walking bye several times without helping to lessen the queue of the in-store orders.

I suggest an electronic, dynamic 'estimated wait time' sign be installed near the cash registers in all stores, as it is completely unfair to deal with this crapshoot every time not knowing how late to work I will end up being each time I go.

Panera Bread my drive thru order

I just went to use drive thru for the first time with Panera Bread. This was in Teterboro, NJ. I literally waited 10 mins in drive thru. I personally feel, Panera Bread is not built to use the drive thru method. 1. It's all about their employees. Very lazy and do not care. I have had mistakes done when ordering in person, dining in. If I asked for something, they give me something else. I have been lucky to have managers who actually are caring and make sure the order is fixed. I called Teterboro location to advise of the situation and the manager, if it was even the manager, was just so duhhhh. No sympathy at all. I can take your name and number and give you a credit. Okay, gave her my name and didn't even bother to ask for my number as she stated to begin with. Brushed me off the call. Smh. I really want to know where customer service went too. It needs to come back from vacation because this is not the type of customer service I have been taught. I paid $1.30 for a small cream cheese. I can get a triple bigger one for that price on sale. IF I really wanted to go cheap I can go to the dollar store. The sad part is giving my money to Panera Bread, making them richer and paying the employees salaries and they don't care about me as a customer at all.

Panera Bread sloppy sandwich

I just picked up my order from Levittown, PA Panera location (order # [protected]). I used rapid pick-up. When I got back to my office I opened up my bag and noticed I was given bread instead of chips and that my sandwiches were put together very sloppily especially the Half Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich. The Half Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich is one of my favorites and it didn't come with any cheese at all. The cashier was extremely rude having a conversation about getting another job while I stood in line waiting. This is the second time I have gotten a sandwich and it was sloppy. My sandwiches also didn't come with the pickle that usually comes with it.

Panera Bread service

A placed a pick up order on 02/27, the pick up time was 18:45 (Order number: [protected]). My order was a dozen of beagles, I picked the 1510 County Road 220 Fleming Island, FL because it showed me that was the only facility that had all the beagles flavors, as a matter of fact I live 30 min away from the just mentioned facility. When I got there at 18:55 my order was not at the pick up station, when I asked one of the employees she was unable to tell me, she asked me like 2 times before this other lady came to tell me oh yeah we have your bag at the cashier because we do not have any Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, the only option the gave me was cinnamon and raisins or whatever the name is. Now... The main reason why I picked that facility as I mentioned before was because it showed they had all flavors available and my mom, who DOES NOT live in this country is leaving tomorrow and she wanted to try all of them specially the one they did not have available because is her favorite. I am SOOOO MAD!

Panera Bread prices too high for amount of food

My husband and I stopped at Panera Bread just for a cup of soup and a small drink on Friday, Feb. 23 at the Johnstown, PA store in the Walmart plaza. After perusing the menu, which is very hard to decipher, we ordered a cup of soup and a small drink for each of us. Imagine our unbelief when the cashier told us that our bill was $15 and some cents! Our CUP of soup was almost 5.00 a cup and a small drink was over 2.00...outrageous! Senior citizens, or nobody, should have to pay these kinds of prices for SOUP! That is a total ripoff! To top if off, my husband's soup cup was only half-full; I marched right up to the counter and asked the young man for more to put in the cup to at least make the price half-respectable. Needless to say, this was our last visit to Panera Bread. I understand ours does its good deed by donating their old bread to the food pantries, but at these prices, it can well afford to. Goodby, Panera Bread.

The comments in response, are not very polite. Suggesting lower value of a person, or their thoughts, based on what you assume thier economic status or age is, is simply poor etiquette.

Restaurants list their prices on things called menus, or menu boards. They can charge what they like. You can buy or not buy, your choice. If you can't afford 5 bucks for a bowl of soup, maybe stay home or bring a cup from home, buy a small pouch of lipton instant soup at the 7-11 for 95 cents, get some free hot water from the coffee urn and voila, you're all set.

Panera Bread service check # 126696

I stopped by Sunday morning 2/24/2018 at 1540 N Parham Rd, Richmond VA. i ordered 3 things: a cup of hot tea, Greek yogurt with mixed berries and a bacon, egg and cheese on brioch. First I am told there is no yogurt so I changed it to fruit cup. After I completed order I was told they did not have my cheese. I chose a cheese that was available. I was asked twice more about my cheese choice and spent almost 20 minutes for a small take out order. The restaurant was not that busy but staff seemed to b e very disorganized. I was late for work due to this delay. Panera food is good, a bit pricey though and especially with the lengthy time to get my fiod this location did have. It looked there were delays getting dine in orders delivered as well. I don't know if I will go here again or not.

Panera Bread declining customer experience

Long time faithful customer but last four visits to Panera have been extremely disappointing. While I understand the cream cheese recall, three weeks with no cream cheese is crazy when bagels are considered one of your specialties. In addition, the last four times we have been in (morning hours) several of the coffee urns were empty and we had to wait for more to be brewed! Again, crazy when coffee is suppose to be one of your signature pieces. Today, the person who waited on us was crabby (probably because of having to tell customers they still do not have any cream cheese) and was impatient with our granddaughters. PLEASE return to the stellar customer experience we had when you first opened up! We want to remain customers!

Panera Bread food, kiosks and employees

I usually love Panera. It was my go-to restaurant. Until now, really. When I was at my local Panera, I ordered a Casear Salad from my past orders on the kiosk. I'm allergic to a lot, and I always take off the Parmesan cheese and the croutons. Once we ordered, our food took quite a while. Once we finally got it, everyone's food was wrong. My sister order apple chips, and she had none. My mom and sister both don't eat chicken and they got a salad full of it. Plus mine had the cheese and croutons. We asked the waitress to fix it, so she took them. We were sitting right near the kitchen and we heard them saying things like, "It's food. Why can't they just eat it?" When we got our food back, we were quite disappointed. They just picked out the things they messed up on, but they left pieces of things. My mom was so mad she wouldn't eat. We also have encountered problems with the kiosks. When we ordered it, it didn't work, so we went up to the counter to order. But they charged us for both of the orders, the one from the kiosk and at the counter. Things like these make me kind of mad because we went to the mall to eat Panera and they messed up again. I've only been to one Panera that's ever fully cooperated. I think you have some work to do in this company.

Panera Bread service at panera bread in kentwood, michigan

Hi. I never have complained before, however, because I am a business owner and would hope someone would let me know if they weren't happy I have decided to share this with you. It was 8:30 pm and we stopped for a bowl of macaroni and cheese and a bowl of soup and two lemonades. (These were completely watered down and we didn't even drink them they were so bad). It took approximately 18 minutes for us to get our meal. They ran out of bread and cookies. There was 7 cars behind us and all but one left after placing their order and before paying. I could hear the staff laughing and goofing off, yet no one came to let us know why we were waiting. I finally honked my horn to ask for my money back and he came with our order. He did apologize but gave no explanation. Our meal was $22+ and was very disappointing. I hope this will encourage the owner to make sure their staff is meeting their expectations even when he|she is not there.

Panera Bread cream cheese

OK, I was patient and understanding for the time period when you didn't have the cream cheese that normally accompanied the purchase of one bagel due to the listeria scare. Now that you finally have cream cheese available, it is a ridiculously small amount. You at least need to give us two! I'm disappointed to say the least!

I frequent the Panera in Dublin, Ohio (Perimeter Drive) and OSU Campus area location in Columbus, Ohio (W. Lane Avenue).

Panera Bread product & ingredients on sandwich

Ordered a whole Chipotle chicken avocado melt what a terrible sandwich lacking ingredients for a whole one.
You could have put all the ingredients on one 1/2 of the sandwich and may have gotten a decent sandwich.
Very little chicken, avocado on the whole sandwich.
All bread!
Don't know if the store sandwich's are all like this.

Panera Bread employee attitude

After speaking to a couple of employees about all 4 coffee urns were empty as I could not get coffee I paid for the last employee stated I did not need to have an attitude. I was frustrated I told said employee I did not appreciate that remark as I was a paying customer. He came back to me with an attitude which my husband witnessed and stated he really had an attitude to a customer I feel this is not how Panera would like their repeat customers to be treated. He stated they have been busy and it is not his job to do the coffee

So on Friday the 16th I order a pick two I had salad, chai tea and steak & cheese with chipotle mayo. Here is my order number: #[protected].So I had a salad and the chai tea that was good. But when I open my steak & cheese to see almonds were put inside of my steak sandwich I very upset because I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break I got off at 11:00 pm. I email your support company Alyssa who didn't respond back about the refund that I didn't not received or didn't respond back on rewards she promise me about when I make account with your business. So I called the company and they told me that I may not get my refund, and to make complaint about. Panera Bread missing/bad ingredients

I went to Panera Bread in St. Augustine, FL today (February 20th, 2018) to pick up lunch for me and someone else. We both got the Baja Grain Bowl, one with chicken and one without chicken. The one with chicken was missing the greek yogurt- and both apples we received on the side had a rotten smooshy spot on them! I often get lunch at Panera and this is not the first time I've had an issue. I feel like something always goes wrong when I eat there and it's very unsatisfactory to the point where I need to say something, especially when I'm paying almost $20 for lunch! I'm not requesting a refund because I still ate the food but maybe a coupon for a free lunch or something.

Panera Bread free pick-two

I was in Milwaukee previously and had poor service while there, so I was given a coupon type thing for a free pick-two. I don't live in the Milwaukee area, so I tried to use it at my local restaurant in Dubuque, Iowa.

Of course, they would not accept it, so I got bad service and embarrassed for trying to use my free pick-two. Appreciate it, Panera!

Panera Bread poor customer service

on 2/18/2018 at 6:03 i went into the Bowie store number 3566 to place an order when i normally go to the store in Laurel because of the great customer service. when i went into the store and went to place my order a girl named Jade took my order, there was no hello or welcome just what would you like to order? she didn't even ask for a name like the store in laurel does. i then got my large mac and cheese (order 395) and went on my way, when i got in the car i took a bite and it was cold, warm on top and cold at the bottom. i went back to the store to ask if i could get it heated or a new one and Jade told me "there's a microwave over there", (pointing to a microwave located under the coffee pot) and proceeded to assist the next guest. it is my understanding that when i go to a Panera Bread restaurant or any restaurant at all that my food is served to me hot and if not its not my responsibility to warm it up. i am very disappointed in service i received this evening, and would like a refund of $8.37. if needed you can reach me at [protected] thank you.

The first time I hit the prompt that said manager and it just rang and rang. Then I called and hit the prompt that said make an order and no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message. I would like my money returned to me.
