Panera Bread soup and salad

Why do panera bread charge 9.49 for a fuji salad or any salad if the customer do not want the bread or chicken. Also what happen to the box. The salad I receive today was able to fit in a small cereal bowl. Shame on you charging 6.49 for what you call a bowl of soup more like four tablespoons. If I was picking up this order it would have been left behind. Panera at van aken shopping center was a great place to eat. Since harvard park open service have decline. Please stop ripping off your customers. The next time my co-worker plan on having lunch at panera I will have my lunch from home and sit with the group. Panera is no good rip - off!

Panera Bread food

I ordered some desserts from our panera Bread in (30655) we ordered some cheese danish, chocolate chip cookies, and a few other things. We went to pick them up and no one said they had to substitute the cheese danish to a pecan rolled danish and they didn't have the chocolate chip cookies so they gave me some with peanuts in them. They never told me. Thank God my mom had ate a cookie before I did. I have a peanut allergy. There was no note of change on my receipt. We went back up there and 2 employees argured with us. They said they didn't have the items I ordered and said they tried to call me, but they NEVER called. I told them I had a nut allergy and thank God my mom noticed it before I did. This restaurant is the most heartless and mean Panera Bread we have ever eaten in. They offered a gift card to come back later. I told them to keep the $10 gift card. It's like the were valuing my life for just $10.

Not sure of the address. This is not the first time we have had problems with this restaurant.in the past problems with them giving wheat bread and not the white we ordered. Giving us watered down chili with no beans and watered down broccoli cheese soup. Ordered a salad with turkey and got chicken. This place needs to be closed.

Spending times in the ER with my children after eating there with friends who immediately started throwing up. Due to food making them sick.

We have eaten at other PBs in the Georgia area and NEVER had problems. This is the only store that wr had problems with.

Panera Bread online pick up

I ordered my order online and once I got back to work I checked that my order was wrong I never check leaving the restaurant because normally it is always right but I was really upset when I found out my order was wrong I ordered Mac & cheese & instead got a broccoli soup which I'm allergic to I couldn't go back to pick up my correct order since we only have a 30 min break.

Panera Bread food preparation

I ordered a salad and asked for extra red onion. 6 out of 6 times, I only get 3 little rings of an onion when I want more than that, which is why I asked for extra... food seems alittle cold when I receive it when I know they are less than 10 mins away, and bread gets squished. I love panara food but I wish they could get my order correct. Espcially for the price it is.

Panera Bread getting the wrong order

it is the second time I am buying something, coming home with it and realizing I have the wrong thing in the bags. I was on 7th ave and 29th street location on 9/23 around 7:40, asked for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and came home to see that I have two chicken sandwiches that my kids will not touch.
I am a 20 min walk from the panera bread so it was just too far to go back I threw it away and had to make them dinner.

please pay attention to the order!

and please credit my credit card!

Panera Bread elk river, mn panera

On 9/22/2018 at roughly 7pm, I was ordering to go for myself and my son. I ordered 2 Fontega Chicken Paninis and a chicken noodle soup cup which cost me $23 and some change. I waited over 20 minutes for my order to be ready even though I was the first in line. The prep team was yelling and laughing while 7 to-go orders, mine included, and more in store orders were to be filled. I was watching the monitors and most of the orders timer were more than 7-8 minutes as well as some way over 10-15 minutes. The prep counter-top was COVERED in food (Veggies, meats cheese...). Two Sandwiches were left on the press over 5 minutes cooling while no one cared to put them in a box. Then I realized one of those was mine... The cheese in my paninis was an unmelted blob of goo, onions and chicken were scattered in my box instead of on the sandwich. The soup tasted like water, if I pay almost 5 dollars for a tiny cup of soup, I am expecting it to be great. For the second panini, the girl taking it off the press dropped it in the box, then proceeded to put it back together while looking at someone I couldn't see behind the wall giggling.

The manager was taking part in the party that was going on while customers were waiting to get their food. She did not look like she was able to manage people at all. The 2 girls on the prep table were playing around, bumping butts, no nets on their long hair dangling. It was the worst Panera experience I had in years.

Panera Bread received a half filled cup of smoothie

Came at 9pm ordered chicken noodle soup and a green passion smoothie. Soup was fine but when they gave me my smoothie the cup was half full she said sorry about my 8 minute wait and to have a good night and shut the window and walked away. Gave up trying to get her attention and drove off. Will not be coming back again. Used to be a regular but I'm sick of my order being messed up every single time and the high prices on top of it. If I'm paying 11$ for alittle bowl of soup and a small smoothie I don't want it messed up or made wrong.

Panera Bread sandwiches were not made correct...

Order the Cuban the ratio of pork to ham was terrible I had pork only at the end of the sandwich it was mostly ham and one pickle and the sandwich was cold. My husband ordered the turkey apple cheddar and didn't receive any slaw or apples and he requested romaine lettuce and received the stalks no leaf. You charge to much money to have order incorrect. We were home we discovered everything wrong. I just started going back to your establishment because we always have a problem so I felt this time I must write. Requesting money back for the two sandwiches. The soup and drinks were good and the steak sandwich was good. Also you didn't have any bear claws so I got a cinnamon that was stale.

Panera Bread bread

Every time I have gone to Panera for the past couple of months there has never been any white bread. It's extremely annoying. I really just want a grilled cheese sandwich the way they used to be made. The new grilled cheese sandwiches are not as good and there is never any white bread for the sandwich. I think that it's kind of ridiculous that you never have bread considering that bread is literally in the name of the restaurant.

Panera Bread wait time and poor food

Hi-

We came in for breakfast. We waited 20 minutes to have bagels cold after being toasted. Then when we asked for new ones were given the microwave option and attitude from a worker before finally getting new ones. Waited another 20 minutes for new food. Worst service at a Panera ever. Also they were out of the bagels we ordered and it took them 5 minutes to tell us. Ridiculous.

Panera Bread food was horrible

Second time I have Posted this I originally Posted it back 4 Months ago when it happened. (April or May 2018)

About 4 months ago I placed an order for three people. I had my Husband pick it up on his way home.
All of our food was bad.

I ordered a Chicken Salad Sandwich it was a disaster. The Bread was too hard to eat. The Chicken Salad was very runny which I have never encountered at Panera. The Lettuce was so wet it was like they ran it under water and then just put it on the Sandwich. I also ordered an Apple they gave me Chips. The Broccoli Cheese Soup was cold and we don't live far from the Panera Bread Restaurant and my Husband made it a point to come straight home so that the food would still be hot. The Pastries that I ordered they did not even put them in
the bag.

My Daughters Food was equally as bad. She got a Turkey Sandwich and they did not make it how she ask. And again they used a bread that was so tough not the Croissant like she and both had requested. He Soup was Tomato Basil and it was not good at all she said it was Cold as well and did not have a good taste. Again she ask for fruit and she got Chips which she does not eat.
And no pastry as well.

My Husband ordered a Turkey and cheese sandwich. No Cheese on the Sandwich and he complained about the wet Lettuce like mine. And he requested fruit as well and did not get anything no Chips No Fruit. His Soup
was like mine Cold and was not very good.

We spent well over $ 50.00 and did not get anything decent for our money.

It is sad to spend that kind of money on Soup and Sandwiches and it all be bad. We don't mind paying the price for food if it is good.

Please be aware of this Location. We now got to McAllister's or Jason's where we always get excellent Food. Panera used to be my favorite place to eat but not after that experience

Panera Bread cleanliness

We go to Paneras everywhere we travel. This one makes you wonder about the food safety. The glass doors and windows need cleaning. The outside eating area should be at least power washed occasionally. The floor in the visible sandwich making area is an absolute disaster. Bread, paper, salad fixings and other debris appears to just be ignored. Not only was this noticed at dinner but also breakfast two days later.

Panera Bread caesar chicken salad

I was in the Westland, MI store and ordered two cesear salads to go on 9/19/2018. I did not check the salads because I order these all the time. (Not at this location, this was my first time at this location I believe. There was no cheese in the salad, the chicken had fatty parts to it, and despite the portion size for $7, the salad dressing provided did nothing. I was very dissatisfied with the salads. I love panera and Im sure I will return (well to another location).

Panera Bread not giving the right change

Gave 50$. Costed me about 8$ but got back the change of about as 12$ (the receipt shows I paid 20$). At the time of billing I though cashier would have given me correct bill and change. Hence did not pay much attention.

But only I realized that the bill contains I have given only 20$ and change given to me is 11$. Went back and asked them. Immediate reply was sorry sir we don't have a single 50$ note in our cash box. which I thought is not appealing and asked to check in the camera if possible. I was not shown anything but I got a reply saying that the note is visible very wagely and difficult to figure out. I agree that mistake is mine as I did not check the things then and there. But I felt there needs to be improvement in this regard.

Panera Bread terrible customer service

The manager at the Sterling VA location refused to remake a cold sandwich that should have been hot and argued about how the sandwich should have been made.

Before that, we ordered a kids meal and we're charged for a full meal. When we asked why, they said too bad since that was what rang up and we didn't catch it until after paying.

We will be filling a formal complaint with the BBB and corporate offices.

Panera Bread ordered food delivery and tip both incorrect:

Hello Panera,

I am a loyal customer ordering food from you for many years. I have had small issues here and there but usually deal with people at locations vs. ordering online.

My order #8095521 was delivered on-time and was completely incorrect. I wish I had reviewed it with your delivery representative but assumed the order was checked before delivered. My client # is [protected]

1 - The order had two vegetarian sandwiches which I asked in special instruction to not include.
2 - We ordered Lemonade and Ice Tea that came with the bundle. This wasn't delivered and not acceptable.
3 - We received a total of 4 large salads and 4 loaves of bread which makes no sense and only indicates we received part of someone else's order. We only ordered 1 salad.
4 - There weren't enough plates and utensils to cover the 8 people I indicated on your order form.
5 - The paperwork. Your representative gave me a total and I added $10 on top of the additional $15 delivery fee. My bill online shows $20 which I did not write. I want this rectified. I didn't feel comfortable not getting a full receipt and she indicated it would only be sent via email. Hence, your delivery person somehow got an extra $10 tip I didn't authorize.
6 - We were supposed to get an assortment of cookies including 3 Chocolate Chip, 3 Candy Cookie, and 2 Oatmeal Raisin with Berries. There were 6 Oatmeal and 2 Chocolate Chip. Most of the cookies were broken which is also unacceptable.

I left a message at the store which goes straight to voicemail and have heard nothing back. I am extremely dissatisfied and request an explanation and compensation for the missing items and compensation for ruining the lunch for Exelon which is a very large client of mine. Truly Embarrassing!

Panera Bread salad with wilted lettuce.

My panera number [protected]. You can see I order all the time. Mostly rapid pickup during my work. I ordered at Asian Sesame Chicken salad. The lettuce 1/3 to 1/2 of the green leaf lettuce had brown edges. I have a picture halfway through salad of the nasty lettuce. I do not want anything free, it is just unfortunate.

Panera Bread new heritage ham sandwich

The bread was tasteless the mustard terrible and the chopped ham reminded me of the last bits of ham left on the bone that you couldn't slice. You just pull it off. Not one thing was an improvement over the original ham sandwich. This sandwich was so terrible that my husband will not be back. He liked the original ham sandwich on the multi grain bread sliced ham and the spicy mustard.

Panera Bread catering coordinator at store 1297

This morning I pickup a catering order from store 1297. I got to my place of employment and realized that I did not get the cream cheese that came with the bagel packs. I called the sore and spoke with Josh the catering coordinator. I told him that I did not receive any plain cream cheese that came with the packs. He told me that I would need to come pick it up. I said that my husband dropped me off and I no longer had a vehicle. He then said have your husband pick it up. I informed him that he was at work and could not pick it up. I asked if he could deliver as I know I have had catered orders delivered in the past. He said that he would need to charge mr $15 for delivery. I replied: "This was your mistake and I would like to know what your going to do to fix it" He replied: "I'm not" and then hung up the phone. I was appalled at the lack of customer service by this employee. I would at least expect him to offer to refund the money for the cream cheese. Definitely did not expect to be hung up on.

Panera Bread service worker

I went to order my food and I asked the girl what sizes the soups came in and she proceeded to tell me cup was the smaller and bowl was the larger so I told her I wanted a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. When my order was ready I walked up to the counter and saw a large chicken noodle and was like nope that's not my order. The one lady said sorry i'll fix it but it was still a size larger than I expected and am very upset that I had to pay that much. Normally if I was with my mom I would ask her to leave a complaint for me but I am only 16 so I am very timid and shy about expressing how mad the thad made me! The soup was terrible and I felt forced to eat a large since they had spent my money on it. I am very disappointed never ordering food from here again.
