Panera Bread accuracy of food & cashier doesn’t pay attention

I went to Panera today (5/1/2018) at 12:19:48PM located at 8191 Strawberry Lane Suite A Merrifield Va 22042. I ordered a 1/2 Italian Sandwhich & 1 Pecan Roll with chips. Let me say this is my very first time at Panera and the cashier Alexis ruined my experience. I will never eat at a Panera again. He took the wrong order when I said I didn't eat the mayonnaise on the sandwhich. He didn't put it on the register so it is not the kitchens fault it's his. On top of that I asked him if he could heat up my pecan roll; however, he proceeded to the next person in line. After I brought it to his attention he didn't seem to care. The service is what makes customers come back but Alexis didn't really care therefore someone should bring it to his attention. What type of manager hires people like that? I'm very disappointed. On the bottom of the receipt it says "Accuracy Matters" yet my whole order was messed up. They did fix it by giving me a 1/2 Italian roll with no mayonnaise. However I did not receive my treat for going through all this trouble.

Panera Bread product

I ordered cheddar broccoli soup in a bowl
Came in a small bowl. There was not 1 1/2 cups of soup in the bow. There was no baguette. Ordered chicken Caesar salad. Came in 2 containers. Ran out of the bowl it was surposed to be. In No dressing and no banquette. Very poorly made salad. My Order number is. [protected]. And the 3rd order was ok except again the salad was poorly made. Not much to it and again no dressing. And not only not on the 3 salads but not even offered or in the bag. Was not worth the 27.00 I spent.

Panera Bread managers

I am tired of my one daughter who works at the Panera in Grrensburg PA ( Greengate Center) being talked about from the managers because of her calling off. She was recently diagnosed with IBS and has doctors excuses for the call offs. Stacy and Keith like to talk crap on my 17 year old to my 20 year old who works there. Keith also does not follow my 17 year olds work availablity. She is a senior and has alot of things coming up. If Keith isn't relocated to a different location, I will take matters in my own hands about him. Not my daughters fault that the location is short staffed.

Panera Bread green goddest cob salad

My 2nd time doing this. Not sure it went through. I order this salad 4 times a week. I went into Panera today ordered my salad. Extra eggs and no Avacoda. The gentleman called my name I looked into the bag to check my salad as I do. I noticed the presentation and their wasn't much salad in there. I also noticed that the eggs were thrown other whole and not sliced like they usually are. I could see the traces of Avacoda that was wiped off chicken. I show it to the gentleman who handed me my order. He says I dont see anything wrong with it. I left then went across the street to McDonald's and called the restaurant asked to speak to the manager only to find out that was the manager. He argued the point that their wasn't anything on it. I hung up the phone.

Panera Bread panera at hyde park plaza cincinnati

Good evening.

This location is nearby to me, so I have given it a lot of chances. The ambience used to be so unique and an overall good service experience.

In the last year or two, I have experienced a significant difference. My visits are primarily in the evening. Closing chores begin hours before actual closing time. Chairs barricade sections, restrooms are closed for cleaning and mopping and vacuuming begins.

Friendliness and customer engagement in any way is absent. This evening, my name was called to pick up my order. I approached as my plate and sandwich were slammed to the country's accompanied by napkins complete with greasy fingerprints. I looked confused as there was no side. The counter attendant looked at me and I said apple? She literally slapped one on the plate. I was shocked at her actions and she said we are busy. Period. That's it.

So that is it for me. The time when panera was cool is over. Now...ordinary-if that.

Panera Bread missing order

Hi!

I eat at panera weekly! However, today 04/29/18 I took my order home and I was very sad to find that my side was not included. I live far away so it wasn't worth the traffic to drive back to the store. I have been trying to eat healthy, but without the side my meal was not filling and I had to find additionally food to eat. I would like a refund or a repair for this mistake! Thank you so much and have a great day!

Panera Bread food I ordered at the robertson town center panera

I ordered a steak/ white cheddar sandwich/ broccoli soup. They only had white bread left which was ok. When I bit my sandwich, steak was not cooked, it was all red. I almost threw up. Send it back & they gave me credit. They gave me a grilled cheese, but I was sick & could not eat it. The floor was dirty. Drink machines needed cleaned, & workers acted like they we doing u a favor by waiting on u. No smiles or being nice. Not the Panera I remember. I have been to the Panera in Oakland Pa, it it is always top notch. Everyone is nice, and very clean. It will be a long time before I can go to Panera without seeing that terrible sandwich before me.

Panera Bread food drink

My husband and I visited Panera while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach SC. It took over thirty minutes to get ice coffee and one bagel. The bagel was still frozen and not sliced through. I ordered toasted bagel with butter. Had to keep asking for ice coffee. Was told hey didn't t have a ticket for it however I paid $3.19 for just decaf expresso with caramel! It appeared they were short staffed and very flustered. In this circumstance the drive thru should have been closed and concentrated on inside orders.

Panera Bread old coffee

Just went to Panera in Issaquah WA. At 7:15pm, all of the coffees were at least 3 hours and 15 minutes old. Some were over 4 hours old. I asked the worker if there was ANY fresh coffee, any kind, any type. She very sweetly said she would check. She went in the back and came back and said there was no fresh coffee. I asked her to check the coffee that was out in the urns and find one that was hot. She said they all were hot. I took some light coffee. It would have been hot for a bath, but not as hot as a hot tub.
The coffee was lukewarm, and obviously old. I really like Panera, but this is troublesome. It is not the first time this has happened, in fact, if I do not get to the Panera before 1 pm, this is often the case. Please make it a policy to replace coffee if it is more than 2 hours old, or at least if a customer requests it.

Panera Bread 2 for 1 steak panini and soup tonight.

Me and my wife stopped by Panera which is located on Zinfandel and international in Rancho Cordova Ca. Just across the street from us for my dinner tonight and once I received my sandwich I was so disappointed at the sandwich that had a small piece of meat on it and the bread looked as if it swallowed the meat. Meaning it was a bread sandwich. Me and my wife were shocked but I was so tired I didn't feel the need to call them or return to the store after having someone hit my car first that took some time. I am usually happy with my sandwich but not this time.

Panera Bread wrong order

4/26/2018 4:36PM submitted an order in the Kiosk To Go - ordered (from the receipt) You Pick 2 (Bread Bowl Broccoli & Cheddar Soup 1/ Chicken Caesar Salad w/ Chips), 1 Bwl Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, 1 Bread Bowl Brock Cheddar Soup, 1 Kids Meal Broccoli & Cheddar Soup w/ 1 Strawberry Yogurt. Total 30.07 Café Order# 974391 (Store: Hampton VA on Coliseum). Get home 25 min later to find I received only one bread bowl, one broccoli/cheddar soup and one kids meal that did NOT contain a broccoli and cheddar soup and one salad. I instead received a chicken soup, a black bean soup, and a tortilla soup? A hungry sick family and the complete wrong order. Bottom of the Receipt reads: Accuracy Matters; Obviously I'm not driving back 30 min to correct the order. Disappointed.

Panera Bread rude employee, incorrect phone order

I placed lunch order through phone app and it said an error occurred and order didn't go through. I ordered again and it went through. Then my email showed that first order actually went through. I called Panel store to cancel one of the orders and spoke to Todd who was not helpful and rude. I have had similar experience with him in past as well when my phone order was packed incorrect and he was non apologetic. I am a regular customer and in the past the employees have been super nice and thoughtful. Thus, I keep coming regularly. However, dealing with Todd does bitter my experience.

Panera Bread service

These little girls you hired at the lockport store are just rude. I went in they ignore me i be waiting in the line its my turn but these little kids are so busy messing around with there boyfriends the totally talked over me then asked me three times what i wanted and inbetween every time they would start messing around after the third time i was pissed thing is the general manager was right there.i told him its rude and bad business etc then another cashier started telling me off again in front of the general manager.he said he would talk to them so when i went to get my order the general manager told them i must be crazy dont worrie about it.im super pissed so now anytime i go in there them little girls give me total attitude and mess up my order everytime they say my member card isnt active it is.this store is so f-ing bad.this is so bad there.im tired of going in and having to deal with this everytime.the bad thing is if the general manager says who cates they are gonna keep doing this and im sure its not just me.i want something dont.

Panera Bread rude customer service and missing food

Check Number 536191 on April 24, 2018
I placed my order at 7:48 pm. I picked up my food once the buzzer went off. I went home and noticed I did not have my entire order. I call ASAP to speak to the manager. She notified me to come and pick up the order and a free sandwich was on her based on my experience.

At first, I was ok with the response. I arrived to location and my food was not ready. I waited and the customer service said it would not take long. I was in disbelief of the comment and how no one apologize for not having my sandwich ready. Then, another person came out and ask if I required help. I told the person, I'm here to pick up my sandwich which was left out of my order. She did offer a free bakery item. At this point, I so mad...I want a refund for my time and waiting for the food.

I finally get home and realized my lentil bowl has no broth. I'm so upset, I can't believe this is the quality I receive from this location. I'm too tired to go back and request broth in my bowl. The chicken lentil bowl is not a stew. It's a broth bowl. So it should have some broth.

Panera Bread coffee, cleanliness and overall attitude of associates

4/24/2018 Panera Bread has been one of my favorite eateries but the Panera on Highway 501 in Myrtle beach, South Carolina is by far the worst store I've been in been in numerous times to have coffee and the majority of the time have to microwave the coffee. Today there was no light roast coffee so asked to have the pot refilled so they brought out a new pot and has to microwave it.Also the coffee pots are not very clean looking should take better care of them. Most of the Associates seem to be annoyed when asked to make coffee.

Panera Bread salad I ordered

I have been a mypanera member and customer for years now and never been this disappointed. Iordered the seasonal greens salad and paid $9 for a salad that is half of the regular size. The salad I received was not the regular portion. I have attached a picture of what the salad looks like on the panera website and my salad looks nothing like that . I also attached my receipt and a picture of my sad salad 😔

Panera Bread food and service

I normally love Panera. I have been a loyal customer for years and years. Tonight I am so dissatisfied and disrespected. I ordered my salad, no special additions or substitutions. Just a spicy thai salad. I pull around to the drive-through window, and it take over five minutes for me to be greeted. I get handed a bag, and the window shut in my face. I could have driven off without paying, but I waited, and a few minutes later someone opens the window and I pay, and leave. I get home, and there is no dressing on my salad and there is a side of Italian dressing. So after all this waiting and it's not right. BUT the icing on the cake was the man in your kitchen, wearing street clothes, walking around RUBBING HIS HAIR and touching food. Not an employee, a random guy! I couldn't believe it. I love Panera but please fix this location!

Panera Bread service

Yesterday 4/21/18 I went to Panera in Chesterfield Four Seasons and ordered a Greek salad with chicken. Paid 9.11 for it. I went through drive thru. Got home and there was no chicken in my salad. That was my dinner. So I had no protein for my dinner. I called Panera multiple times with no results. No one picked up. I tried again multiple times today 4/22 with the same results. I finally clicked on option 4 (option to order) ad finally someone answered. I told them the problem and a female told me hold for a manager. After 20 mins hold they hung up. I tried again and they just told me that they are just too busy and come to the store. Really?! What an awful service.
This Panera doesn't have enough employees. Drive through takes forever. What is the deal?! I am getting frustrated and there are other options out there. I can take my business elsewhere who actually appreciate me and my money.

Panera Bread service

For the third time I come to Panera Bread, there was an issue with coffee. Or there was empty the coffee that I want or the was grains(a lot!) in the coffee. And to be waiting for coffee to be ready, my bagel gets cold and the experience isn't pleasant. I have observed that the store wasn't busy and we can't blame on this. The Panera Bread On Yamato rd/Boca Raton Blv in Boca Raton was my favor one, but the service has changed. And the other one in Delray Beach east is worse. Please help, because I love the food at Panera. Thank you!

Panera Bread absolutely no service to customers

Washington Ave Extension, Albany NY location The employees here in the morning cannot take care of more than one customer at a time and make anyone else wait until they just give up and leave. I've left several times along with many other customers. No wonder Panera is losing market share. You don't have any help and your customers won't put up with it and keep coming back.
