Panera Bread poor service at tulsa hills panera bread

I had a problem with Panera Bread's on-line ordering service. I ordered lunch for my family October 15 (Order confirmation number: [protected]). When I arrived at the Tulsa Hills Panera Bread to pick up my order, it had not been prepared. The reason the Panera Bread employee gave me is that because my order was over $100, it went to the catering folder rather than the Rapid Pick-up folder. She said they do not receive a notification that an order has been sent to the catering folder.

I showed her my confirmation e-mail (on my phone), which says the order would be ready at 11:21 a.m., and it would be on the Rapid Pick-up shelf. Her response was, "I'm sorry that happened." So I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. Seems there is a glitch in Panera Bread's on-line ordering system that needs to be looked into.

Further, when I arrived home with the order, I found that 2 of the Green Goddess salads were missing the chicken, and the Ancient Grain salad was missing the dressing.

I thought you would be interested in my Panera Bread experience. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.

Thank you,
Terry Steele

Panera Bread hot water for beverage

We visited Panera bread in Pflugerville, Texas and went away very disappointed. First problem, the cashier told us that we had no rewards but I received an email indicating that we were eligible for a free half sandwich. After several rescan of my card it verified that indeed we did have said reward. Second problem, no decaf coffee was available so I requested plain hot water since I tend to carry instant decaf coffee. We were changed 2.59 per cup for the hot water which was rang up as a soda. Third problem, with about an hour before closing, I was told no bread was available for the side for my soup and that I could choose either an apple, or chips or nothing. I did notice that a later customer did receive bread with her soup and salad. Grrrr. And the problem didn't stop there. Fourth problem they took up the hot water so when my husband ask for more hot water he received a cup of discolored water, see photo. Clean food, I don't think that this store is keeping up with your motto.

Panera Bread salads

Last night my boyfriend, my 2 year old son and I decided to try Panera for the first time ever in Barrie, Ontario (Canada). We thought it would be a healthy and hopefully delicious substitute to a typical fast food chain such as McDonalds etc. First of all, the customer service was terrible they didn't give us our drinks or the appropriate cutlery for the food we ordered. We were sitting at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes waving at the employees who were looking at us before they came over. They also couldn't supply us with a receipt at all because they needed to change the paper but there wasn't another soul around so they had no reason not to. Secondly the food was horrible. My boyfriend and I both ordered salads which were wilted and nasty. They gave us 1/3 of a tiny container for salad dressing and the chicken in my salad was more of an unidentified meat. We spent 30$ on food and had to throw it out because it was so unappetizing. They also ripped the baguette by hand in uneven chunks and just threw it in our take out bag freely, without being wrapped it looked like it was previously enjoyed and slightly stale. Luckily my son enjoyed his kids turkey chilli but apart from that the meal was inedible. Will never return and never recommend it to anyone honestly a McDonalds salad would have been better. You suck Panera.

Panera Bread amount of turkey on sandwich

Just picked up our order and there was only 2 pieces of turkey on the sandwich, Ive ordered many times before and I've always been satisfied, but this is unacceptable. If I didn't live so far away I would have returned it. I took a pic of the sandwich, if needed. Rich DiDonato [protected]. I will order again from Panera, but i will check the sandwich before i leave, I shouldn't have to do this

Panera Bread awful panera bread service

The unaccomodating cashiers completely disregarded my placed order and did not serve me any of my items! I am furious at this lack of respect and decency! I had to physically yell and make a fool of myself to get a response from the staff. I am a paying customer and this is unacceptable. I am never returning to this establishment. Save your dignity and don't eat here.

Panera Bread serving size of soup to-go

I frequent the Monaca, PA Panera weekly. I have great service every time and my little ones and I love the food. I always get my order made to-go, because I have 2 little ones it is easier to have it packaged to go in order to take home what they don't finish. I have noticed that when I order a bowl of soup, or a bread bowl to go, the serving size of the soup is the same as a cup. Which is why I've attached the imagine below. I got a bread bowl, with cream of chicken and wild rice and a cup of turkey chili. They are both the same size. Why am I paying for the price of a bowl or a bread bowl and only receiving a cup of soup? It only fills my bread bowl half way. I think you should get bigger to go containers for the serving size you sell and consider a “bowl”. If the customer is paying more for a bowl they should be receiving more soup than a cup. Otherwise only sell one size of your soups because it is a blatant rip off.

Panera Bread catering order

I have placed Panera Bread Catering online for pickup on 10/12/2017 (order number 4762297) from Cincinnati - Western Hills Marketplace, Cafe # 204908, 5555 Glenway Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, [protected]. The order was supposed to be 5 boxes of assorted sandwiches and 3 salads. The sandwich boxes have specifically stated to consist of :
(1) The Italian Sandwich
(1) Bacon Turkey Bravo®
(1) Turkey Sandwich
(1) Tuna Salad Sandwich
(1) Ham & Swiss Sandwich

I have chosen to have some of the Tuna Salad Sandwiches because there were some vegetarian people in our group who do not eat meat, but do eat fish. There were NO Tuna salad sandwiches at all - instead, more turkey sandwiches. Moreover, the assorted sandwich boxes were supposed to come with pickle spears, but there were NONE included with our order. I did stop by the Cafe to talk to the manager on duty after our party. The manager, Mitch, seemed to be apologetic and seemed wanted to make this right. Mitch had mumbled that he could offer some free "Choose two" coupon(s). I have never heard of those coupons but have agreed, thinking that the coupons would be something in the sort of gift card for some free lunch. Mitch had brought 1 coupon that was for free "choose two" order when you buy "choose two" order. Our order was for around 30 people and was missing some items and part of the order was wrong. I have left the Cafe very confused and irritated. In Mitch's eyes, to make things right for a catering order for wrong/missing part of the order for 30 people is to give one buy-1-get-1 "choose two" coupon.

My desired resolution to this was either partial refund for the order or compensation in the form of the gift card for Panera Bread.

Panera Bread wrong item

Hello,
I recently visited the panera bread at rockville center, I ordered a mac and cheese and a tomato soup. I picked up my order and drove back to work, only to realize that I was given the wrong soup (Some chicken soup instead of my cream of tomato soup). I'm extremely upset as I then had to drive back, wait in line for fifteen minutes, and I was then given a parking ticket because of the delay as I waited for a refund for the screw up of your employee. I want to know how I can be compensated for this [censor] up on your part. My order number is [protected], and I recently became a panera member which makes this even more frustrating because this is not how you should be treating your customers. If i'm paying $5 for a cup of soup, I should not [censor]ing be getting the wrong soup. I'm so upset that I had to drive back and wait in line and then, on top of everything, get a $75 parking ticket. This is beyond frustrating and I want to know what will be done to rectify this.

Panera Bread drive through order

Got a green tea that tasted like water... aboslutely no taste to it. They didn't put croutons for my soup either... and they gave me a really small piece of bread as a side (abnormally smaller than usual). I couldn't go back because I was in a hurry, and I went through the drivethru. I was so disappointed! I love Panera, and normally I have received great service. It is just disappointing since it wasn't very busy to mess up a simple order.

Panera Bread to-go orders are consistently wrong

I order using the App regularly and often times I either don't get the avocado on my egg and avocado sandwich, they've run out of eggs and this morning, I had greasy bread instead of the bagel for my sandwich. While the receipt indicates I can complain, I don't notice until I'm at work which is too late! I cannot find a complaint number or place to contact on their website either.

Panera Bread ordering

I love Panera bread and always have. Five members of my family have severe gluten intolerance. I recently became gluten intolerant after suffering rashes bombs migraines and stomachaches. So it's a real condition. I went into a Panera bread near Dedham Massachusetts and asked if there were any gluten-free options and Sales associates we're taking a back and didn't know what to say aside from they have a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie but that they were out of it at the moment. I asked if any soups were gluten free and they said no- I feel like this is a real condition happening to a lot of people in America and it would be great to have at least one meal option that was gluten free like corn tortilla wrap sandwich could work because corn is naturally gluten-free and corn tortillas can easily be acquired. Please consider this as I would love to continue to go to Panera bread but sadly there's nothing for me to eat. I am did up having to walk out having just lemonade because their espresso maker wasn't working and I couldn't even get a chai tea.

Panera Bread high pitched din from oven

We love Panera, but whenever we are here the noise the oven makes when something is ready is so totally obnoxious that we are going to stop coming here. The food and service are good, but that noise is ridiculous. If it were at least an intermittent beep it would be okay, but the long-drawn-out squeal is excruciating.

We don't need a refund. We just want your management to do something about the noise.

Panera Bread egg souffle

I visited Panera in Chesterfield, Michigan on Sunday morning after working a midnight shift. I saw the line was long so I used the "quick kiosk" to place my order for 3 egg soufflés and a loaf of bread. Once the line diminished, I could see that were a few egg soufflés on display, but not the flavor that I ordered. I watched the worker look, also. She proceeded to get my bread, then approached me and asked if I wanted a different flavor. My answer, "No." Surprisingly enough, I want what I ordered! She then spoke to another worker and they both walked back to the oven. After some discussion to each other ( I couldn't hear, but could clearly see), they opened the oven and returned to me to tell my that they only had 2 of the flavor I had ordered in the oven and it would take another 15 minutes. If I wanted all 3 I could wait 45 minutes. What? So much for the efficient "quick kiosk." At that point I told them I did not want another flavor, did not want to wait 45 minutes (really?), and would like a refund. I had to wait an additional time for a manager? to come over to issue me a refund without so much as an apology for my inconvenience and waste of time. I find that any time I go into this location (or others) to attempt to buy this product, I am met with similar response. Why have the item on the menu if it is not readily available? Why offer the convenience of a "quick kiosk" order to save time if a consumer has to be further inconvenienced? I did call the complaint line only to be met with an almost 5 minute holding time to speak with a person. The person I spoke with apologized, but did not seem sincere. Although my husband really enjoys this product, and I enjoy getting it for him, I am sad to say that my unsatisfactory experience with buying them and the poor customer service is having me look for another treat, at another business who appreciates my business and money.

Panera Bread drive thru

After waiting at the window for nearly 20 minutes I was more than ready to open up a yummy Turkey Bacon Bravo and dig in. Unfortunately what I opened up to was some soggy bread, no bacon and mayo instead of the tomato basil sauce. Extremely upset and disappointed as i'm a frequent visitor of Panera. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with their service/product quality, and hoping it will be the last.

Panera Bread incorrect order with a very long line

10/6/2017 at 1:00pm

Mobile Order #[protected]
Café Order 949353

When I got there it was very busy and having been a previous fast food manager I understand that. However, I placed a mobile order at 12:30pm to be ready at 1:00. I left for my lunch break at 1:00 thinking it would be ready, when I got there it was certainly not ready. I received my order at 1:27pm I only have 30 minutes for lunch and it took the entire length of my lunch break to get what I ordered and on top of a very long wait, I was late getting back to work for my lunch break. I gave this location 30 minutes to prepare my order and it was not fulfilled. If it was only 5-10 minutes late I would be slightly more understand but for it to take almost a full hour to complete is unacceptable. Mobile orders I thought were a priority, but clearly the front counter/kiosk orders are more important. On top of that my salad was incorrect. It was only half full, there was no salad dressing and there was a very small sliver of avocado and barely any feta. The picture shown is after I stirred my salad to check to see if things fell to the bottom. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Panera Bread disrespectful, rude assistant manager

October 5, 2017 at approximately 6:15 p.m. Myself and my husband entered your store at Glenway Crossing, Cincinnati, Ohio. It was crowded as I proceeded to the register to place my order. I will have a pick 2. Fugi Apple Chicken Salad and Autumn Squash Soup. "I am sorry, " said the girl at the cash register. We are out of apple chips. Disappointed I said, "Are you kidding me, I was in here two weeks ago and you were also out of the chip." So I ordered another salad. Then she said, "I think we are out of the soup too." She checked and they had enough for one bowl. My husband begins his order, " I will have a flatbread." She said, " we are out of flatbread." His reply, "Oh my god you have got to be kidding, that's like walking into an Italian restaurant and they tell you they don't have pasta!"
A man/boy behind the counter says, " sir don't cuss at her, cuss at me." My husband told him he wasn't cussing. He repeated I said, " Oh my god you have got to be kidding. " He made another comment and walked away. Never once did he say, Oh I am sorry, we are out of that item or that item was shorted this week. Sometime...anything. Never have I been so mad and humiliated. We walked out of the restaurant but before we did my husband asked the man for his name. He said in a sarcastic manner, Nathan First, assistant manager. Needless to say, O'Charley's was happy to get our business and we were treated properly.
I do not know the training that is involved in training a manager, however I am a parent and I have taught my children to never to disrespect an adult. I am a 63 years old woman. I own an electrical contracting business and if ever one of my employees talked back to a customer that way, they would no longer have a job. I am a Panera customer and I entered my order under my card then cancelled the order. You should be able to find out the employees name at the cash register and she will tell you at no time was there any fowl language used. Your employees should at all times be polite.
They should understand that a customer placing an order wants what is on the listed menu. Two times in two weeks being out of apple chips, soup gone and no flatbread. The time is 6:15 p.m. Something is not being handled properly and I think you better check it out. I am not doing this for free food, in fact I don't think I will enter your restaurant for a very, very long time. This is something that needs to be addressed before you loose more customers.

Total disrespectful comment from the Panera store employee. Quite immature as well. Hard to believe that Panera corporate would allow this to be in print. Shows how unprofessional the company is.

Panera Bread products that were served.

About a month ago, I went into Panera Breads in Vancouver Wa. I ordered a Ovocado, turkey, bacon sandwich and chicken salad. First sandwich came without ovocado. It was replaced promptly. But when it came the bacon was nothing more than large bacon fat bits. As start to eat my salad I realize the bacon was the same, fat chunks. I was early for lunch so it's not like they had been so busy they ran out of bacon strips. I have always been impressed with the quality from Panera. So much so, while I was preparing for my time to leave this world so my family doesn't have to take care of these things, I was planning on purchasing a gift certificate from Panera for my celebration of life to be catered. I still have plenty of time left to take care of this off my list, God willing. But Panera won't be it. Again just so surprised and disappointed at the quality it's become.

Panera Bread restaurant drive through

The last time I used the drive through in Trussville's Panera, the salad looked like it had been made the day before. Today I ordered salad and a sandwich for 2 people. When I got home, there were 2 salads but only 1 sandwich. This never happens when we eat in the restaurant. I love the food, just disappointed with drive through service. Obviously, I need to go through the sack. Score exiting but I hate to do that when others are waiting behind me.

Thank you for your attention to this.
