Panera Bread service given to me

On 10/29/2017 I went to Panera in Terre Haute, IN. I walked in and asked the cashier if you had black bean soup, and she rudely replied, "well is it on the board?" and I said, "no" and she replied "then clearly we don't have it!" After, I ordered the "modern greek salad with quinoa" and didn't notice that she rang me up with a "Greek" salad until after I got my food. I went up to the counter to say I didn't order this, but the cashier didn't print me a receipt so I wasn't able to prove my order. The girl behind the counter accused me of lying just so that I could receive more food, but I told her multiple times what I ordered. She said to eat what they give me and stop coming up to the counter. This service was completely disrespectful to me, and I most likely will not be attending another Panera for a long time until this issue is resolved.

Did you ask for a manager? If not I would recommend contacting the location and asking for one. You could also contact their corporate office. If you received the salad and ate it, they most likely won't be able to refund you for it. If you didn't receive or eat it, then you should at least be refunded for the salad.

Panera Bread manager has been harassing me

Store 4194. Manager Christy has been harassing me and a few other employees. I prefer to remain anonymous if possible. Please pass this to corporate in Tampa that she is mistreating her employees, is dating one of her said employees, and is harassing numerous employees at our job concerning skills, looks, and personality. We are good people and don't deserve this.

Panera Bread no delivery/kept the money

I placed an online order here in Durham, North Carolina. After I put in the credit card information and placed the order the payment went through but I never received my order...a sign popped up saying that my request could not be processed at this time, please try again later. But wait a damn minute! My payment went through. I called customer care and informed them of the situation. They didn't care. She told me that my refund would automatically go back onto my card. Lier! The money is still not back. Lost customer here...and I will spread the word believe me. Sometimes it costs to learn a lesson.

Panera Bread wishy washy managers!!!

Here's a Tip to you Millennial Hillary/Bernie Supporters who are Managers at these Panera Bread stores across the USA! Do the older people a favor and quit your Job cause you obviously can do it! Move to China or Canada where you would be more welcomed! If you still wanna work with "Bagels" work at Tim Hortons they are Canadian😂😂😂. I wanted something as simple as a plain bagel but wanted to use my free Birthday pastry rewards for the bagel now any other time one of Panera's "Older" workers would ring it up as a pastry and just give me the bagel. Of course I got a hold of a bunch of young wet behind the ear Millennials who do everything by the book, my first thought was oh crap well maybe they'll let me do the switch so I asked and nope!

Panera Bread manager very rude joliet mall location

Short female manager was very rude taking our order. While trying to order she would be laughing at the conversation other employees were having. We seemed as not important to have her full attention. Then after every single item ordered her response would be would that be all. I did not like the fact that she hurried my order out of the way. I spend a lot of money at this location. I will never come back. All of those managers need to be fired!

Panera Bread roasted turkey and avocado blt

I ordered this sandwich as part of the you pick two. It did not come with any avocado which is one of the best parts about the sandwich. I have gotten it many times and this is the first time it was incorrect. Unfortunently I got it to go so I didn't notice until I was home and it would be too far to go back and get the sandwich corrected. I come here frequently and am thoroughly disappointed.

Panera Bread manager so rude

My pastors and i went to Panera Bread last night to have some dinner, we order 3 different dishes and nothing was available, charged us for a soup bowl and when they served it it was half empty and still charged for the full price. it was 9:30 and the manager walked by us and said that they had closed at 9 and it was 9:30 that we should be gone by now, the attitude she used was so rude! made me upset! This is the store on East Chase Montgomery AL store #600791. Not sure what's going on with the customer service but we are regular clients and had never been treated the way we were last nigh.

Panera Bread rude cashier

I was at the Dawsonville, Georgia Panera this week and encountered the most hateful and rude cashier. The receipt stated her name as Kayla. She made me feel unwanted and like I was having to interpret everything to her the whole time. Her attitude was clear she did not want to be there. This is the 2nd time it's happened and if I were Panera I would find a cashier who actually doesn't mind being there!

Panera Bread drive thru experience

When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady who came on the speaker seemed very impatient with me even though I knew my order before I even pulled up. You Pick 2 with fresh onion soup and a chicken Caesar salad. She had me repeat it 3 times. Which is kind of crazy. And then on top of that she didn't ask me if I had a Panera card, which I do and I use a lot bc I'm addicted to the French onion soup and chicken Caesar salads. I had to tell her I had one and then she was not pleasant at all, I felt like I was burdening her. The experience isn't really what's important though, the reason I took the effort to hunt down this complaint line is that even though I repeated my order THREE TIMES she still got it wrong. The salad had no chicken on it. I usually check my orders before I leave the drive thru just in case but I left quickly because she intimidated me and then I discovered the tragic lack of chicken. So I turned around in rush hour in a college town and went back to change out the salad. Someone else came over the speaker and I explained the situation nicely. She was the one who gave me the correct salad when I pulled up to the window though, and BOY did she give me a death glare. She is a scary lady and she may just be having a REALLLYYYYY bad day but wow. I will not be choosing the drive thru if I run into her again, I might just go to Starbucks. This happened around 11:15am in Oxford MS

Panera Bread customer service & food

I went into your Lakewood Washington Location and ordered your chicken and wild rice soup just to find out after paying and waiting a while for my order to be told that it was not being served on this day which was Wednesday 10/25. I was told that they don't know why it was not told to me I mentioned that they should let the cashier know since we are not aware of this when ordering and it should have been mentioned upon the order being placed. I was then told I could get a refund or request something else I just had them make me something else since it was a problem when I ordered I could only imagine trying to get a refund they kept saying that he should have know better. I am saying this to say I was very disappointed in the handling of the my order I don't go often but when I do I expect good customer service... I was not asked for my Panera card I was not happy with my order at all!

Panera Bread missing food

At least every third or fourth time I order from the Panera Bread in my area one or more items that I have ordered are not given to me in my rapid order bag. Sometimes the bag isn't even in the rapid order compartment & I show up to pick my food up 5 minutes after it's supposed to be ready. I've also had many occasions where workers have given me items that were made incorrectly, for example I ordered a cesar salad and recieved a different type of dressing. There is no indication on the receipt that something is missing or incorrect. I live 10-15 minutes away from Panera and don't have time to drive all the way back each time.

Panera Bread ancient grain & arugula salad with chicken

I purchased this salad from your store in Macedonia, Ohio today at 10:30 AM. When I got home and inspected the salad, there was far less than the 3 and a half ounces of chicken and no ancient grains. I had to drive all the way back to the store and ask for a manager. He was gracious enough to replace the salad with the correct ingredients, but I am upset that I had to drive back to correct my order. I also purchased a whole panini. If this is how your company does business, I will not visit this store again!

Did you try calling before you drove back? It sounds like you're just looking for something for free. The store made a very small error and replaced your product. Your situation was resolved in an appropriate manner.

Panera Bread additional almond chicken salad

I ordered a half size chicken fuji apple salad with an additional cup of almond chicken salad (Mayo) on top. The in additional part was made clear to them and added to my bill.
So, they added a few bites of the additional mayo salad but left out all the original chicken in the chicken salad except for one piece and two half bites. See photo. This has happened before, and I don't see why they skimp on the chicken, not giving me a complete order.

Panera Bread delivery then in store pick up

We ordered a delivery from Panera at the Forum 78148 and it was about 1.5 hours before we got our order when it was promised by 45 min. The order was wrong as someone decided that since you were out of Pepsi then a diet soda would be ok without asking us. The salads were warm and I received some balsamic dressing for my caesar salad. So I called to get a refund and to drop of this order and manager said eat the meal he will refund my card for whole amount. after 7 days of not seeing a refund I called and talked to Ashley Howell said manager and she emailed me this:

"Good afternnon, Rene!

I apologize about the service you received with your delivery on October 1st. The quality of the food we sent to you did not meet our standards by any means. We aim to triple-check every single order for 100% accuracy, and we failed to do that with your order. I went ahead and did a full refund for your entire order. I'm unsure of what you and the previous manager had agreed upon, but I'm also aware that you waited far too long for your compensation. The refund did end up coming out to $1.15 more than you had spent originally, as the pastry item was not discounted when I refunded it.

You should be seeing the refund go to your bank by tomorrow morning. If you don't see it on there, or have any addition questions or concerns, please feel free to call the cafe and ask for me again. I'd be more than happy to help you out with anything else you may need.

I appreciate your feedback, and we will use it to continue coaching our team so we can provide the best service possible. With that, I'd also like to invite you back in order for us to replace your meal and give you a better experience than your previous visit. You'll have to come to the cafe, but we'll take care of a full meal for you. When you place the order, let the cashier know that I spoke to you and offered a replacement.

so this past Monday Oct. 23rd iI called in the order and sent my wife to pick it up and then this happened, so I sent this email to Ashley and have not gotten a response:

So sad that we will never set foot in any Paneras again. I just sent my wife to pick up the order and the general store manager Robert Matye basically called my wife a liar and said she had to pay for at least one of the meals that you had already said you would cover. Anyway he belittled her and made her feel like she was some poor beggar trying to cheat panera out a free meal. My wife said also when she turned back after receiving the bags of food from Robert that he was making a face and some jesture at her while her back was to him. Your whole crew was standing watching all this and snickering at her. I will be contacting your corporate office to formally complain to them regarding our experiences with your Panera. Thank you for the refund and replacement meal but it was not worth the trouble we have experienced.

Robert Matye is such an unprofessional manager that I would like to know how we can formally issue a complaint against him, because of him we will never visit your store again and we were loyal customers since 2009.

Panera Bread food order

I went to Panera today and ordered a half sandwich - Sierra turkey. The person that took my order informed me they were out of the bread they normally use and named some other breads. I ended up getting it on sour dough bread. The sandwich was almost half the size of a "normal half sandwich" with literally 3 tiny pieces of lettuce on it for the same $6.07
I eat here frequently & was disappointed. When substitutions are made, I would hope that the size and quality of the sandwich and condiments on it are still similar since it still costs the same amount.

Panera Bread soda machine

I finished an entire soda and on the bottom the plastic ball from machine was at bottom of my cup. Went back originally they were going to give me free soda eventually reimbursed whole order. District manager was suppose to call next day never did . I could have put on Facebook I didn’t but no call from district or no other hey here’s a gift card come back not happy.

Panera Bread management

I called several times today to place a catering order..Nobody answered the phone..Even trying to get a human to answer at another extension..Nobody answered! Finally got to talk Jill Boone who proclaimed that she was the “General Manager” acted so unprofessional and so defensive saying I had obviously called at a busy time, like blaming me for trying to give Panera my business. Jill should not be in manager in any business where she talks to people..Very rude!

Panera Bread employee

Good afternoon
I was in your North Haven CT store today around 9 AM. I frequently eat at this franchise. I was heading to a real estate class that was being held in the building next store and I decided to run in and get a bagel and a coffee. As soon as I waked in I noticed a coworker sitting at a table. She and I then walked up to the counter and I ordered my bagel and got my coffee cup. I paid walked away got my coffee then started to look for my bagel. I asked a female employee, who then asked a male employee if he had done the bagel. He threw his hands up then walked into the back. I looked at the girl and said I guess he doesn't want to make my bagel. She was very nice and said no problem I'll take care of it. Then the male employee walked back and called me a [censor] quickly and tried to run away. I said "Did you just call me a [censor]" he said "no" my coworker then said"oh yes you did" and he said"whatever" and walked in the back. Stunned I stood there and all of the employees just looked at us and finally my co worker asked to speak to the manager. The manager seemed unphased. This is the second time I have had a problem in this Panera bread! The first time was in September when I was waiting for my food by the counter and the employees were talking about the president and one of them says the president should be assassinated! I looked over the counter and said omg did you really say that and he said yes and he should be! I again spoke to the manager who said he would speak to him. I go to Panera at least once a week, I am so outraged that this happen to not once but twice. This is unacceptable! I can not believe the lack of skills your managers have in handling things of this nature. I am a paying customer and I deserve to go grab a bite to eat without hearing the president should be killed and that I am a [censor].
I am very upset and I just needed to let you know this is how the North Haven CT store is representing the Panera Name brand.
I did tell my co workers in the class about this and we decided to eat lunch somewhere else.

Panera Bread chicken noodle soup

i ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle soup and all i ended up getting in my soup was broth. there was no chicken in it whatsoever and barely any noodles. i ended up paying $6 for plain chicken broth when i was expecting chicken in the soup as well as noodles and the vegetables in it. very dissatisfied with this order. i go to panera all the time and i am doubting going back.

Panera Bread turkey chili

On 10/23 I ordered a pick two combo to go. A salad and the turkey chili. Once I got back to my office, I realized that I received tomato soup with what appeared to be chunks of meat dripping down the outside of the container. And to top it off, the cup was only half full. I did not eat the soup (not a fan of tomato) and threw it away. I am very disappointed.
