Panera Bread redeeming a coupon

I received a few coupons for a free you pick 2 and went to the store near my work to redeem them on my lunch. The first day I had no problem doing so everyone at the LaMirada, CA store was nice but my sandwich was soggy and my mac was cold so I go back today to see if I go before the lunch rush and this time they tell me I cant even use my coupon. First off I received them becuase panera was trying to make it right but when you have managers who dont give a [censored] they tell you no. I just want to know how Panera is going to make THIS right. I wont be buying food from here ever again. And who ever runs the La Mirada location needs a serious lesson on proper CUSTOMER SERVICE. The right thing to do would be honor my coupon so that I am happy and come back. Not the opposite! Now I wasted my lunch break and gas and am left without a lunch. Thanks panera bread.

Panera Bread food was horrible and delivery was half hour late

I ordered the grilled cheese and the bread was not grilled, it was cold and gross. The cheese was not melted and cold. The sandwich was inedible. I tried reaching out to the company MULTIPLE times in order to get a refund.I sent three emails and even was on a live chat twice with someone. I was assured that someone would reach out the me and nothing. Its horrific customer service. No one ever reached out to me. Absolutely horrible.

Panera Bread inadequate food and prepare time

Hello, I went to panera bread this past Sunday (9/30) at 7:45 with my boyfriend. When we arrived, I ordered autumn squash soup and he ordered soup and a sandwich. They told us there were out of bread even though there were some bread bowls that could have easily been cut up for a substitute. We ordered apples instead. Before our food came out, they told my boyfriend that they did not have the soup or sandwich available that he ordered. When i got my soup, there were burnt clumps in it. I also had to buy a plain bagel in substitute for the baguettes being out. There weren't very many people there, but it still took the staff over 20min to have our order ready. Needless to say we were very unhappy. Either a refund or some type of reimbursement would be nice.

Panera Bread four cheese grilled cheese

Where did the classic grilled cheese go? This new four Cheese disaster smells like a wet dog and taste like garbage. I have ordered this once one accident. And now a second time thinking it was a classic grilled cheese, to my dismay I have thrown away $8. As soon as I smelled this disgusting catastrophe of a sandwich I knew you changed the recipe. And refused to eat the sandwich. I threw the thing in the trash immediately and went to McDonald's. I have never been so disappointed. I only wish to have the true grilled cheese back. Until then I won't be eating at Panera again.

Panera Bread new and improved ham sandwich and customer service

Went to have my favorite ham sandwich and soup. Drove to Willoughby panera. Ate my creamy chicken rice soup it was not hot but warm. Picked up my sandwich to find out there were no items on the outer edge. I lifted up the bread to find a small clump of small pieced ham. My jaw dropped. I went to the counter and was told that was the new portion size after I was ignored by aiyana. So I went back to my seat and tried to distribute the ham on my sandwich but not enough ham to cover my bread. So I took a bite then another then my mouth started to burn. What the hell. So I went back to the counter then was told it was a new sandwich, the young man offered to make me another sandwich but what is the point, I put some mayo and tried to eat it again but could not, its too spicy. My face is on fire. So I will not be eating at panera again. Shame on your company for charging so much for a low item sandwich.

Panera Bread product/ service down hill

Mashpee panera bread is falling apart had nothing I wanted to order at 8:21 in the morning on a Tuesday

No sour cream?
This place continues to disappoint. No wonder no one was in the building. My last visit to Hyannis last week waited 30 min at lunch for the worst sandwich ever made. I used to love Panera bread has total gone to [censored].

Panera Bread chicken tortellini alfredo pasta

I have ordered from Panera many times and never had a bad experience until today. I ordered my food to go and not only was the chicken underdone but there was almost no sauce. There was very little to eat for a $10 meal, and I didn't trust eating it since the meat wasn't cooked, so I had to throw it away. If I was eating in the restaurant I would have just made this complaint in store, but as somebody who works during the day and only gets a 30-minute lunch break, I didn't have time to take my order back and ask for it to be remade, or for something different. Customer service was great as always, however, I had an AWFUL food experience that makes me hesitate to order Panera for lunch again for fear of a similar experience.

They changed the whole sandwich. Musta6to burn your mouth and small amount of pieces parts of ham, does not even cover the surface of the bread even very thin. Customer service lousy. The price they charge for the food is way too much for the portion size. Could have bought a whole pound of better ham at the grocery store. No more food for me at panera's.

Panera Bread unhappy with my recent order

I have been ordering from panera for a while now and it seems the last couple of times I have placed an order there is always an issue whether it be from my sandwiches being made wrong (this has happened several times), plastic in my soup, not having an item I ordered after already paying for my meal (this has happened several times) or today's experience. Today, I was already disappointed to find out that some of the items on the menu have changed. One of them being the only sandwich I eat, which is the ham & swiss. I see there is a similar sandwich so I intended to just tweek it to the sandwich I used to order on the regular, however there was no ham. I went against my better judgement and decided to order the four cheese grilled cheese and of course tried to customize to my liking. I was very disappointed after picking up my order to find that I paid over $10 for a sandwich that would not even fulfill my 5 years old appetite! And this was after adding things to it such as the pulled pork and apple cabbage slaw. Not to mention the sandwich was cooked so hard that I could barely even chew it. I didn't eat the rest of it. I just threw it away. I would like a refund for my purchase.

Panera Bread cost/food received

I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup around 8pm Sunday evening. I was charged $5.05 for my order. Opened my "dinner" at home and was dismayed to find I had been given a cup of broth with two carrot pieces, five noodles, and some little fragments of chicken. I completely understand that it is plausible that food could run out during the day. If that occurs, inform the customer so they can make another selection and get value out of their trip to your store/money put toward the purchase. Really disappointed.

Panera Bread quinoa and lentil bowl (vegan)

On 9/30/2018 I ordered a quinoa and lentil bowl (vegan) (Panera on corner of Post Oak and San Felipe in Houston, TX). When my order arrived at my table, it was just a small amount of quinoa with some greens on top "swimming" in a large bowl of broth.

The ratio seemed off. I had my laptop with me, so I quickly checked the photo of this dish on Panera's website, and it looked completely different (much more quinoa with some broth).

Not only should the "real thing" look like what Panera advertises online, but for the price (circa $8), I expect more! I complained to the manager, and she said I had received the "allotted" amount. I would urge Panera to rethink this, as this will drive me directly to Chipotle, who gives customers abundant plates.

Panera Bread lack of product/being forgotten at drive thru

On September 29th @ 3:30 in the afternoon on the first cold day of the year at the Sioux City store they not only left me waiting/forgot about me at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes, they had no broccoli cheddar soup or bread bowl. Not only was this unacceptable but they offered nothing for wasting my time. I think it's unacceptable to run out of those items when the store was to remain open for 6 more hours.

Panera Bread changes

My husband and I love, love, love Panera Bread. We are so happy to go there and get freshly made food. We feel like we are eating healthy when we go there. We often go two and sometimes three times a day. It is convenient for us and fast. We love the staff at our Panera Bread in Aberdeen, North Carolina. They are so helpful and friendly. We have met many other customers who are now like our friends. We hate to complain, but there has recently been a change in the way the sandwiches are prepared. Panera Bread has moved away from the grill and now uses the toaster ovens to heat the bread. This form of heating the sandwiches takes away from the deliciousness of the sandwiches. I am sure that some people love the new toasted bread, but we are not fans of it at all. For the first time today, we decided not to go to Panera Bread for breakfast because we have not enjoyed the toasted sandwiches. Please bring back the grill.

Panera Bread bad delivery service

This incident occurred today (09/29/18). Firstly, the food arrived about 2 hours after an order was placed online and when I called in to check, the manager seemed rather rude and unsympathetic, to quote, "Well it is game day and you would know how busy it is if you looked outside your window". (I felt this was directed to the fact that my location was not too far away and I could have stopped in the cafe instead)

The delivery person also left the food at the dorm's front desk without contacting me upon arrival. The desk assistant had to look me up and inform me herself. A spicy Thai salad ordered was not delivered with the order although it was already paid for.

Also, I had diarrhea within hours after consumption, most probably from the broccoli cheddar soup that clearly had been out too long. (That was my only meal till that point of the day, aside from a cup of coffee)

Panera Bread missing items

Hello, I placed an online order ([protected]) at 12:15 PM when I arrived at work, my fruit cup was missing and the sandwich was very cold, I am very upset that I payed almost 10 dollars for half sandwich. My co workers also placed an online order their online order is [protected] and their apple was missing as well and their food was also very cold. We are very unsatisfied.

Panera Bread drive up window awning

Panera Bread at 1230 Crossing Meadows Drive Onalaska WI. Everyday it rains! The poor employees and customers are having rain run in the car windows and service window. Why? It is because the awning is leaking through the in the drive up. I probably would be less water if it was taken off. This has been going on for sometime. Months at least. The service is great. Fix it right.

Panera Bread awful sandwiches

Taylor MI location. Awful sandwiches. Ordered 4 half sandwiches and cups of soup. Soup was great. The sandwiches were inedible. I have photos. The grilled cheese were not grilled and had a very minimal amount of cheese. They must have been microwaved. Also 2 Italian sandwiches, the meat looked warped and and no lettuce or topping were added. Inedible food. For the money I paid, over $32 to drive away and make it all the way home to find out we had to throw away our sandwich or modify it to make it edible was such a waste of money. I would never return and spend my money there again.

Panera Bread food

I go to Panera bread at least once a week sometimes two times. I went in today and there was no one at the counter and so I used the kiosk and there were no beepers. I had to go get one myself. I ordered a Caesar salad and literally got half a bowl. I have a picture. I also put in for baguette and did not get it. The prices are the same but to receive half a bowl was really upsetting.

Panera Bread 1 lg mac & cheese

Customer service was bad. I purchased a large Mac and cheese, showed them the amount that was given to me that was not the right amount. Manager kept saying there's nothing she could do in a very frustrating mannered. Empathizing the amount is measured by ounces, and I can understand that. However, whatever amount was given to me was not 16 ounces.

Panera Bread whole asian sesame with chicken salad

Today I went to the Panera Bread located in the GM Ren Cen in Detroit, Mi. I ordered a whole Asian sesame salad with chicken which came out to almost $9. I am used to your higher prices but when I pulled my salad out of the bag I saw the smallest portion I have ever seen! The bowl was halfway full. I have taken a picture for reference if needed. My family and I give you a lot of business considering we work in the building and order catering as well. This is ridiculous!

Panera Bread service

While going thru Dri-Thru ordered dozen bagels sliced and toasted, 2 coffees 2 cookies and spreads. It took several minutes but there was one person ahead of me and I waited patiently. After I was finished paying server comes to window to tell me that the manager said people are in line behind me are mad about the wait and that I should come in next time. I don't understand why they did not ask me to pull up and they would bring more order out to me. Horrible way to treat customers. Why have a drive thru? Is there a policy against ordering bagels? Not a favorite place to eat anymore. And my pumpkin cookies looks more like color of yellow squash.

Panera Bread needs to train their employees better. Last night I ordered a small bowl of chicken noodle soup and asked for a roll--can't remember the name of it--because the bread that comes with the soup is too tough for me to chew. Yes, I can dip it in my soup as the CS person told me, but I don't like it that way. When I got my order, there was the hard bread, not the roll. So I went to the order area and told the gal at the counter and she got me the roll. No apology, no offer for a free treat if they mess up as it states on the receipt. I had to go get the receipt and show her, and she started reading at the BOTTOM of the receipt, not the top and I had to show her where it says they will make it right and also give a person a free treat. She had also forgotten to give me my free bagel I'd ordered when I placed my order. By the time this was all settled, my soup had cooled off, which wasn't hot to begin with. I think they pour a 1/2 can of soup into a bowl and microwave it anyway. So disgusted with that location and told the person at the counter who messed up "I'm totally disgusted with you!"
