Panera Bread - employment

Hello my name is Christopher Theobald and I was a very good employee for the 2 weeks I worked with this company. The drama in the workplace was outrageous but I TRIED to lay low. I was accused of doing numerous petty "mistakes" For example while the manager was showing me how to make coffee I watched with my hands in my apron and she told me not to "stand around with my hands in my apron it really irks my nerves" And another example was I was accused of having an attitude when clearly the customer was disgusted with her attitude and the customer and I were in complete agreement over her obscenity. But the real reason for my message today is that they had an employee work who was deathly ill or very very sick and I think he got me sick because my sons been sick for 3 days and I didn't even get a cough. This guy comes to work looking like death and I get sicker than crap (mind you I haven't missed one hour of work at all) and I call in sick for one day 2/15/19 and im off the following 2 days. They tell me to call today 2/17/19 and the manager "robin" Who didn't even hire me fires me for "no call no showS" And I said I would "try" To make it in and she said "well you didn't call back so that's a no call no show were gonna have to let you go" This is asinine! Somebody please explain how this kind of behavior is tolerated?!?! Disgusting.
