Panera Bread incorrect order

Today I was in your West Charleston location and ordered a half sandwich, drink and a cookie to go. After I had left, I noticed I was never given the cookie although I had paid for it. I do not have my receipt, but the order should be on my member card #[protected] reg code:4706
After paying over $10 for a half sandwich, drink and cookie, I felt you should be aware as that is a lot to pay for not a lot of food and I didn't even receive my whole order.
Thank you,
Maria

Panera Bread grilled cheese sandwich

Last month, June 2018) I went to Panera's on Junction Rd, Middleton, WI. I ordered a four cheese grilled cheese sandwich on a "multi-grain-type" bread rather than the sour dough bun that it normally comes with.
To my surprise it came as two grilled cheese sandwiches. That is to say, 4 slices of bread! In between the pairs of slices of bread was the most paultry amount of cheese a person could imagine. Unbelievable! I couldn't really even taste the cheese, because there was such a small sprinkling of it between the slices of bread.
This should be renamed as a "Bread sandwich". Never again will I order that menu item and I think my money should be refunded!

Panera Bread unethical behaviour by gm!

I was at the 3388 Brecksville Panera yesterday (July 6th) around 2:00pm and was beyond disgusted by the ignorance and disrespect the General Manager in charge, Kevin, was to the other employees. He was cursing at them, dropping F-bombs, and was belittling the workers for what seemed seemingly small (I know this because he was screaming the "problem" loud enough for everyone to hear). I will not be returning to that specific location as the GM was unprofessional, inappropriate, and downright DISGUSTING towards his employees. I hope someone at Corporate can correct this Kevin problem. I, nor my family, will be returning until it's fixed. However, I did go up to a worker after the GM was gone... (he had very blonde hair and his name was, i believe, Clay) and apologized for what happened to him and the other worker. He, and the other young man, were very polite and respectful even after getting yelled out. I'd go back for them.

Please get this resolved as i felt as a PAYING customer very uncomfortable, offended and appalled by Kevins behavior!

Panera Bread seating

To start, we LOVE the food. The issue at our location (21075, Elkridge MD) is that singles and pairs take the booths. We are a family of four with two young ones and being able to have a booth where we can seat them on the inside is much easier than the tables meant for singles and pairs. We wish the booths had signs asking that people allow parties of three or more to have priority in the booths. When we are waiting for the food and go to look for a booth, 90% are taken by one or two people each, 90% of the times we go (3-4x a month). One time someone was kind to move when she saw me frustrated with the situation. Thank you for your time and consideration. ~Emily

Panera Bread food order

Back on April 29 2018

Order # 962185 Mobile order # 601688201804290100120801

My Daughter and I ordered Sandwiches and Soups
I have always loved Panera Breads Chicken salad
and Brocolli Cheese Soup. My Daughter ordered Black Bean Soup.

We spent $ 20.00 for garbage.

I have been traveling and have not had time to address this issue however wanted to take the time to complain to Panera Bread.

The Chicken Salad was terrible, very runny, and Paneras Chicken Salad is never runny. The Brocolli Cheese Soup was cold and too watery.

My Daughter ordered Black Bean Soup but she receive Brocolli cheese also. And again it is runny.

We had also ordered 12 Pastries however we did not receive any which was disappointing as I had friends coming over later so I wanted too have some miscellaneous pastries available for them. Thank goodness we weren't chatged
for the pastries.

I don't mind paying for food if is edible. But we both through it out, I wanted
someone to know what happened. Thank goodness there is Jason's Deli and Corner Bakery here in Denton. Tx.

Panera Bread no avocado

I can almost never afford to eat at Panera. Finally decided to go and get a sandwich because I was having one s*** show of a day. I ordered the sandwich with avocado and paid the extra dollar for it, and didn't get the drink or anything else so I could actually afford it. My name gets called, the guy checks my order, and I leave. Get all the way home, get into my bed to watch Netflix and contemplate why my day was seriously so bad, and bam. Didn't get the avocado. Loving my life at the moment.

Panera Bread associate health

Hello,

I am currently an employee at Panera and I have been for a year and a half. I am an associate trainer and was once close to becoming a shift supervisor. I just wanted to let you know the struggles that I and others are having to endure because we are not able to get enough hours. There was a time when I would be working 45 hours a week while still in high school. Not even me asking for it. It just was happening. Now as I understand it, it is impossible for anyone at my cafe to get over 35 hours. No one can make a living off of that, especially the low pay in which we also are given. Given the stress and intensity of the job I feel like most are underpaid. The managers are constantly stressed out and struggling to support themselves. This is a serious issue that I feel needs to be addressed fast. I just had one of my favorite managers leave because he no longer could get the hours he needed to support him and his family of five. He was an amazing manager and truly cared about the employees on the job. We suffered a serious loss with him leaving. I also might add that all this not nessecary additions such as "gold standard" and new codes we have to follow are just unrealistic. I feel like most of these are created by people who have never worked in an actually cafe and don't understand the difficulty with accomplishing what you ask of us. I also understand that during the Fourth of July week, an email was sent out saying to make sure less hours were given in order to balance out the labor costs. I don't know if this is an issue because the company is struggling or just that they are trying to make more money. Either way, this is simply ridiculous. Any other company would treat their associates better and wouldn't put so much pressure on them, with little return given. I am not writing this email as an attack or anything near the sorts. I am just fed up with this company that I once thought I could build a future in. I feel like the company would do just fine if you let up on the constrains you are given the schedule managers with hours.

I just wanted to bring this issues up just to possibly ask for some sort of change because I can't make a living off of this and I know others are trying to as well. They can't do it either, I am not asking for a raise. I'm mostly asking for it to be easier for us to get the hours we need.

I also ask that this email remain anonymous if it is used to do any sort of change he as I don't want my GM to know that I am complaining about this.

Thanks and I really hope you take the time to try to address these issues.

Panera Bread product

The location on dowlen rd in Beaumont Tx is the Worst panera bread I've been to and believe me I travel all over the US for work and get panera all the time. My sandwich was soggy and the kale in my salad was old and wilted. The lady that took my order asked if i was finished after EVERY single item i ordered and kept cutting me off. On top of all that, mt smoothie was not blended fully. Im just really disapointed because I love this company and am not used to the service being so horrible. A rather expensive tab for a soggy sandwich and a wilted salad.

Panera Bread no clean bowls to serve soup

I ordered a bowl of soup for lunch at the Panera Bread in the Westfield Mall in Brandon, FL. The problem is that it wasn't in a bowl, it was in a small take-out paper container. When I asked why it wasn't in a bowl where the portion size was obviously smaller, I was told they had no clean bowls, and the portion size was the same as a bowl. A 5 year old could see it was NOT the same portion size. How does a company that is known for it's soup not serve it in a bowl? Haven't they ever heard of a dishwasher? When I want to eat out of a paper cup, I will go to Chick-fil-a and get soup there.

Panera Bread drive thru

I use Panera's drive thru service frequently...the store I use is at 4014 Peach St Erie PA. Almost every time I go thru there they forget something in my order...usually it's the cookies if I order any. Tonight I ordered...(I always get soup)...I get to work to reheat my soup and there is no baguette...I ordered 2 cups of soup to eat at work for next 2 nights and there is no baguette for either of them. This is absolutely ridiculous...isn't that a standard item that goes with your soup? I had decreased the frequency in going to Panera due to such screw ups but I thought I'd try again. I always stop on my way to work and try to catch the fact there's something missing before getting too far away but today o didn't actually check to see if the bread was in there...really didn't think I had to. Bump up your game people. It will be quite a long time before I'm back...if ever.

Panera Bread inedible food and service and waste of money

We are regular customers of Panera Bread in Massachusetts. We went to the Kissimmee location for a quick bite because of their repuatation. We ordered around $40 worth of food. The sandwich we ordered was inedible. The bread was torn and missing from one side. We asked for it to be made again and the next sandwich had fridge cold chicken and for a panini the bread was not grilled and the cheese was not even melted. The soup we ordered on the side was thin as water had no body to it and flavorless. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and we literally had to throw out the food

Panera Bread customer service

I was at the Farmingdale, NY location located at 919 Route 110 in Farmingdale, NY 11735 ordering lunch this afternoon with my boyfriend after laying roses at my grandmothers grave site & after using the kiosk I was told by the gentleman behind the pickup counter that they had run out of the bagel I ordered & that I could go up to the cashier to let them know what I wanted. I went & stood to the side since the line was somewhat short (2-4 orders long) and I was asked which bagel I'd like as a replacement. I answered by saying I wasn't sure because I didn't know which ones were vegan. I was then told that none of them were which I knew as untrue because I had just looked at the corporate website which has a list of items that are vegan options for people. I explained that to the cashier who walked away & then told another employee to "have _(insert a third employees name here)_ handle it cuz she can't. Then as I was waiting to speak to someone that same cashier continuously said things loudly enough to make me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where I had lost my appetite. I reached the point where she was speaking to another employee regarding my order & issue and I told her that the coporate website gave a list of items that were vegan and that her behavior was extremely disrespectful. At that point, she called the manager who came out and asked what was going on, so after explaining he told me that she probably didn't know which menu items were vegan options since they're not advertised that way. I said fine but it's on the corporate website and what was upsetting was the attitude and the atmosphere created by that employee. He said he'd talk to her & she went into the back. I have NEVER had such an issue with a cashier or even an employee for that matter at any other panera, they have always been so sweet & so very nice. I will never step foot in that panera location ever again. I am embarrassed that I even feel like I need to contact someone higher up to deal with this but it's disgusting.

Panera Bread service and food

I was staying in atlanta for a conference and seen a panera bread across the street, being a panera bread card holder I went there 3 times over the weekend... The last time and I mean it will be the last time, I asked for my bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese, when I got the bagel it was not toasted so I asked the girl if she could pop it in the toaster and she 'very begrudgingly' said she would have to make another one... She did and she placed a almost completely black burnt bagel up on the counter. After waiting so long for the replacement I took it, took a picture then threw it in the trash. I felt I was treated with total contempt for 'daring' to ask for my bagel toasted! I have a photo of my black charcoal bagel, when I showed my work colleagues they thought it was a prank! I have uploaded a photo.

Panera Bread 4 southwest lime chicken salads +bread - 6/28/18 and 6/29/18

I went to Panera Cafe Ft. Lauderdale, FL [protected] -phone [protected]. 1st check no. 378062 order 362
Observed that two customers prior to me had orders were incorrect. I thought that buying salads would not be that hard to make. My salads were not made correctly and were missing items. 1 dressing, no avocado, no cheese, etc. The preparers were arguing while the manager was trying to address the customer complaints. Additional training is needed for staff. Professionalism must be addressed. *I do not come to Panera often. The bread should be wrapped. Preparers are just dumping it into the

Should I try a 3rd time? The salads need to be made correctly. I writing because this was two days in a row. This appears to be a systemic issue.

Panera Bread italian sandwich

My sandwich tasted terrible. There were 2 pieces of meat on the entire sandwich, the bottom was squishy and soggy, fully saturated with juice from their terrible pepper/onion mash. The entire sandwich tasted like peppers, nothing else. Typically, when I spend $10.00 on a sandwich, I expect it to have some meat on it and a decent flavor for me to enjoy, but that was not the case. I usually enjoy my meals at Panera, but this was a different experience. I am fairly certain they forgot to include one of the three meats they claimed are in the sandwich, as I could only find 2 small slices of meat on each half of the sandwich, and couldn't taste either of them as the peppers overpowered the entire sandwich. It was a soggy-bread & meat sandwich. I enjoy eating at Panera, usually, but I will have to reconsider that after this experience. I would appreciate some sort of refund or complimentary sandwich, since I was only able to take two bites of the meal.

Panera Bread my food

I ordered French onion soap and 1/2 Greek salad - my soup did not have any croutons and my lettuce was all wilted and some of the lettuce was brown. I am pregnant and this was unacceptable to me. I was really looking forward to a nice salad and soup instead it was very disappointing. I'm hoping to be compensated for this - I ordered food for my family and had it delivered to make it more convenient. It was just sad that this didn't meet the usual great standard that Bread Co has.

Panera Bread a bug in the southwest salad

Today 6/29/2018 I ordered my food at 5578 Vincent Gate Terrace, Alexandria, VA 22312
I got southwest salad and soup, while I was eating my salad halfway through a Bug came out walking through my fork which you can see it in the pictures. Also there was a core of lettuce inside it was dirty and rotten. Also it had raw chicken that was smelling so bad. This complain will go to the health department as well. VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMPANY. The manager Joseph and Leo was offering me another salad with no shame. Also offering me a coupon expecting me to come back again with the coupon.

Panera Bread customer service

I went to the Briargate location in Colorado Springs, Co. I can not believe how bad the staff/service is! First of all, I tried to order a bowl of soup with a bread bowl to go. I was told I could get a cup or pay for the bread bowl in its entirety, an extra $8 ON TOP of the cost for soup! Are you kidding me?!? The girl taking my order leaned on her side the whole time looking anywhere but at me and wasn't friendly until I added a tip to my order, which I thouroghly regret. Then, I waited 40 minutes for the two ladies on the line to make the order! There were only three orders as it was 430 in the afternoon! They were too busy playing around with each other to make a sandwich and fill a cup of soup which I had to order (instead of a bowl?) to not pay an extra $8! They were throwing salad at each other and apparently my little cup of soup was so troublesome the older lady had to say "hot cup of soup" while rolling her eyes. On top of it, the lady that ordered with me asked for olive oil instead of dressing, they made it incorrectly and when she asked they rolled their eyes (AGAIN) and made a huge deal about having to redo it. I think these people must think they are invisible behind the counter or think we are idiots. I also didn't even get the pickle sphere with my sandwich. I also asked for two sides of chips and got one. Again this is during slow time! There were three orders. Two incorrect. If you can't even keep it together for that I can't imagine a rush! I used to work at this location my mind is blown by how terrible everything was! You should probably restaff or retrain before these people run your establishment into the ground.

Panera Bread green goddess salad

Was served unripened advocado. Let them know. They gave me different advocado but sliced thinner. What am I stupid? It was the same advocado. Still unripened. And the tomatoes where yellow (also unripe). They did not fix either of them. I paid a lot of money for a lot of lettuce. Very disappointed.

When I asked for ripe advocado they all looked star struck. I went back to them twice. Never resolved. So I asked for a to-go container and left. No one was at all concerned that my order was terrible.
