SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Mixed the order

I ordered an item for $20 from They sent me wrong item. I contacted them and claimed about the mistake. They asked me to make a photo of the item I received and then they will send the right one. This situation recurred 3 times. I am tired already.

    We are very happy with the service from PandaHall. Their reply to our tickets are very fast and the staff is very friendly.
    Just sometimes frustrating when they are out of stock but we understand as we have the same problem.
