This company is a total scam! I started completing surveys for them, and they were approving monies left and right. Then all of a sudden, they quit approving amounts before I reached the $50.00, which is the minimum you must have to request payment. When I tried to contact them, they said that I did not complete the requirements, which I know is B.S. This company is committing fraud, and needs to be prosecuted. I am yet to hear of ANYONE getting paid one red cent from these ###. BEWARE!

I agree- Panda Research is nothing but a scam! I've been with them for over three yrs only for my account to suddenly get frozen without warning where I am not getting paid for doing any surveys etc. I sent three emails to them through the ticket process they have set up and guess what? I have received nothing back from them to explain what is going on. Meanwhile they closed two of the tickets without notice or answering any of my questions while I have waited for over a month have contact with them. It is a total waste of time spent with no payout! I do other surveys and get reimbursement without any problems. Only Panda Research took me for a ride. Go figure. Hope this helps someone else from falling for their scam!

On the evaluation of the survey, near the last page where they ask for your address, I entered my address and all other details asked for, and when I clicked on submit, it kept coming up with the error message, "must use a valid, legal US address". So I could not do any more surveys, because I could not get to the end of the required evaluation. This happened after I had earned $22.64. I was hoping to earn $50 so that it could be put into my paypal account. They have no "Contact us" on the website.

I started to do survey and earned up to 300 dollars and only 102 was approved, even though i sent email and proof of the charges on my account. It didn't matter, also I requested the amount that was approved they told me it would take up to 45 days to retrieve my payment and now it's been 60 days, I have email them and have not receive any reply.

Panda Research was fine when I joined in 2007 or 2006. Rec'd 1st pymt in 2008 and a second in 2010. After that I did not do as many surveys or joined any companies through them except for a few in 2011 and 2012. But never rec'd credit for 3 surveys nor have I rec'd credit for Eleven surveys completed this year 2013. I have also not received Any email from them since 2011. On my account record - it shows all of these surveys with notes next to each type survey that states that they have not received confirmation that they were completed. I have never on any other site had to wait this long 'for a confirmation' NOR have I rec'd an email from the company I completed the survey for.
So, yes, they were legit over 2 years ago But not now.

Panda Research is not an honest business to do business with. I completed enough surveys to get my first $50 in payouts. I had to hound them to get them and then it took them two months before they would pay to my paypal account. I racked up another $88 in earnings. However, they stalled and stalled finalizing them. They hung in limbo and would not approve them. I contacted them two times requesting a response as to why, when I completed the survey, I got a successful completion, but panda would not respond. I filed a complaint with my state DATCP bureau. They contacted the parent company of panda, A & A Marketing Inc of Buffalo Grove, Il. They sent back a false reply stating I did not complete the surveys and had not reached the threshold for payment. This survey company is a rip-off, fraud, and should be drummed out of business. They have a history of making the monies from the companies that hire them to market a survey, but do not pay the person completing the survey. Maybe if enough people file complaints on them in their home state, someone will connect the dots and realize they are fraudulent.

Panda Research is one of the biggest wastes of time in the survey and rewards sites world. I do them all, so I can easily compare. Somehow I managed to cash out $50 from Panda after clicking on a lot of Paid Click e-mails, but not without a hurdle or two.

First of all, it took them a long time to confirm/verify me. Even after I called them and verified on the phone, my verification was not recorded in my account, and then I had to verify myself again at a later time. I told the guy on the phone that I had already been verified and he had a bit of an attitude about it., and was rather rude - as if to imply, why should I care that I have to waste my time and get a long distance call on my bill to be verified a second time when they should have recorded it the first time?

Anyway, AFTER that one and only cash-out with Panda, I was on my way to racking up another $50 in Paid E-mail Clicks - which Panda offers as a way to earn a few cents - and was close to my target, when SUDDENLY they changed their policies mid-stream and decided that none of us can cash out $50 if was all earned by paid e-mails. In other words, even though I legitimately earned that $50, they will not let me cash out for any more than $25 of paid e-mail clicks at a time, and the other $25 to meet the $50 requirement has to come from other ways, like doing their surveys or whatever. Of course, they won't let me cash out for anything less than $50, so if I want to get even half ($25) of the money I earned in Paid e-mail clicks, I have to then wait to earn ANOTHER $25 in surveys or whatever just to be able to cash out at the $50 requirement.

There are way TOO many hoops to jump through with Panda. It's just not worth the time and trying to keep track of their rules. It's totally unfair that I can't have the money I legitimately earned because they changed the rules mid-way through, just before I reached the cash out limit.

If the people out there think they they are getting a good deal with Panda, believe me, I can steer you towards many other places that make it much easier to cash out! Just recently I signed up with another company to do an online 60-minute panel discussion for $25. When it was time to start the discussion, their website was acting up and a lot of people could not get in to participate in the discussion they had already registered for. I wrote a note to Support for this particular company and told them I was not able to participate - and guess what? They OFFERED to pay me the $25 anyway! They said they were going to compensate me for my attempt at getting in - and a $25 PayPal was sent to my account within 2 hours on that same day! I didn't even do anything for this company except to try to log on to their site and they paid me $25 anyway! Panda Research should take a cue from this other company in how to treat their members and, at the very least, should let people have the money that they legitimately earned, by whatever means it was earned.

Sounds like lies to me! You are repeating everything twice like you are automated casey.casey402@gmail.com. I did all the surveys correctly and they were all pending and then got erased some how maybe by you since you supposedly work there but you also get paid for the surveys. You make no sense at all. Anyone knows that you cant work for a company and get paid for doing something that is for the customers only. Just like at the casino... you cant work for them and play at that same casino because its basically considered fixed! I think thats what your company does they ared fixed and not to be trusted. Read those FAQS! the only online surveys that i've done and actually got checks from is inboxdollars.com. I'll stick with them and leave you alone

Panda Research.com is a legitimate website. We have thousands of members who have no problems, and are very happy with us.
We have an email Support Ticketing system where members can ask questions via email and receive answers to help them where the reply's go to the members email Inbox.

It is very important to review the terms and conditions along with the FAQ (frequently asked questions) page as they explain the rules and answer many questions.
Please review the following information, as we hope this will help you in understanding the process.

The minimum payout threshold of $50. must be in “Approved” status before you can request a payment.
You can view all of your surveys status in the "Account Status" tab.

We will carry your forwarding balance, until you have reached the minimum payout threshold of $50. in an Approved status. Once you have reached $50. In Approved status, the “Get Paid” button will be activated in the "Account Status" tab. Once you click on the get paid button, our support team will contact you to verify your account. This helps us to keep fraud related activity in check.

Once it has been verified, your payment request will be submitted, and all payments are made directly to your PayPal account on the 1st or 15th of every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment if phone verified.(except weekends or holidays)

Once you have finished “both the Product Evaluation and the Survey” and the sponsor approves it and informs us of the approval, then your account will be updated from “Viewed” to “Approved’ status.

Approvals usually take a minimum of 2 business days, and up to a maximum of 7 business days to get approval from the advertiser “if all the requirements have been completed.”(weekends don’t count as approval days).

Please note that just signing up does not mean all the requirements have been completed for credit.
Please make sure you have read all the instructions and terms and conditions, because if you don't complete all the requirements you will not receive credit.

When completed, the advertiser will send you a confirmation email or confirmation page.
If you have not received a confirmation email or confirmation page, you may not have completed all the requirements necessary to receive credit.

You can fill out and complete them as many times as you want without penalty, but the payout will be credited only once in your account.

Surveys are given by the advertisers for a limited period of time, as surveys that were clicked on but never completed and verified will expire when the survey is no longer being offered and go into the rejected tab at the bottom of the "account status" tab. (usually 30 days)

If you feel you have completed a survey and it is not showing as Approved yet, please send us an attachment only of the confirmation email or confirmation page sent by our advertiser to you, so we can go back to the advertiser and ask for approval for credit.

The Print Screen tab, (prt scr) located above the backspace tab on a keyboard works well in making attachments.- press it once when the page you want to copy is on the screen, as it makes an image in memory; then paste into a word document and save it as a file and attach the file to a ticket. Or go to the internet website http://www.squidoo.com/printscreen as that shows pictures and explains how to create a print screen attachment.

Many frequently asked questions are posted on our website. Please visit our FAQ page or simply follow this link. http://www.pandaresearch.com/uc?a=st&pt=faq

For more information, please see the terms and conditions. http://www.pandaresearch.com/uc?a=st&pt=terms
We recommend to review the terms.

I have also completed surveys with this company saying that I qualified for x amounts of dollars and still have yet to see my money everyday my paypal balance remains at $0 what a crock and waste of time for real. With the economy in the state that it is in people are trying to survive legititamely, not look forward to something then have the rug pulled out from underneath them. Something should be done.
