Panda Express food quantities

Please let me start off by saying that I am a long time loyal customer of Panda Express. I love Panda Express and the quality food you serve. My family frequents your establishments here in El Paso Tx at a minimum 4 times a month with an average purchase of about 50.00 each time. So again, I will say I do love Panda Express. I'm guessing this is why I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. Today I was in a rush, and instead of being able to dine in, I used the drive thru and ordered a quick order of a bowl of your noodles with and order of Beef with Broccoli. Yes, " Beef" with Broccoli, not Broccoli with Beef or just Broccoli. I drove all the way back to my office to finish my work and eat at my desk. I opened my bowl to enjoy my food. Disappointingly there were exactly 3 pieces of Beef to the approximately 20 pieces of Broccoli in my bowl. I felt completely cheated out of the 6 dollars and some cents I paid for this food and I never have a problem paying for Panda Express but when I don't get what I pay for it is extremely upsetting.

Im not sure what you can do about this, I can tell you I drove thru your establishment on Hawkins blvd in El Paso TX at 226pm . my order number was 467923 and my server was Daniela.

Thank you

Panda Express food.

I ordered 3 bowls of teriyaki chicken and fried rice.
This was the 1st time getting from this location and it was horrible first the wait was really long then I get home and I had about 5 pieces of chicken in each bowl an it was burned the rice was really overcooked.
I really hope something gets done about that. I spent money on burnt food and got barely Any thing in my bowls at that.

Panda Express 1 entree bowl

I went through the drive thru at the opens express in Laveen AZ and I ordered a 1 entree bowl thinking that my order was correct just by glancing at it I left to my home to find that my bowl was made extremely skimpy and sloppy. I asked for half fried rice and half chow mein, it was not half and half and I called the manager to bring this to his attention and he wasn't too concerned at all for him to ask me to drive back over there to fix my order after I got home was unacceptable to me. If I had been in his position I would've offered a new meal replacement at another time/visit for the mess up that my employee made. I'm very disappointed in panda express I would've thought they cared about their customers a lot more than he did.

Panda Express a worker at panda express

I have recently had a very bad experience at a Panda Express. When I went in to order I wasn't greeted at all, instead I almost received a snarky look from the worker. I disregarded that and had continued to go in line and order my food. While I was telling the server what I had wanted I noticed there was a tremendous amount of attitude given back to me. Then when I had gone to checkout my meal I had accidentally dropped my card, which resulted in the cashier screaming in my face and saying, "Are you really that [censor] clumsy!". Of course I was shocked and I immediately was still. I didn't expect such a thing and me not being well with confrontation I immediatly grabbed my food and left after paying. I remembered that the name of this particular worker was Leng Yang. He had made me feel very uncomfortable and was hostile towards me. I do not believe that Panda Express should have workers that represent the opposite of what they stand for. I don't believe that anybody else should have to go through what I had went through.

Panda Express food

I went to my local Panda Express in Atwater village Glendal Ca on 3/18/18 where I ordered my food online and when I came home to eat it I found a small hair in between my food before I put it in my mouth. That is not okay. That's disgusting and an endangerment to my health. If I do not hear back from you guys I will have to take this up with my lawyer. It's disgusting that your employees are serving food with no hair nets or anything to prevent their hair from falling out.

Panda Express false advertising

I was on vacation and on Feb. 16, 2018, I went to your store in Santa Monica, CA to pick up what I thought was a coupon for your 8 treasures chicken breast and was told that the coupon would only be given with purchase of an item. I even brought up your website on my phone to show the cashier that nowhere on the website did it state purchase required. As a result, I went to your UCLA store and was able to get the coupon without purchase. You really need to educate your employees about the conditions of your giveaway. It is really inconsistent. Then when I came back home from vacation, I decided to use the coupon at the store in Cupertino and was told that the dish was for a limited time only and was already discontinued. What is going on?

Panda Express take out order

I submited an order (Order#[protected], Florida City, Florida, March4, 2018, online for carry out. ) I ordered two seperate entries from the menu. I ordered online thinking my food would be made fresh, an I wouldn't have to wait long to pick up my order an I'd be on my way. So I got there a few minutes early an I was told that they were just preparing my order, so again I thought: GREAT FRESH FOOD! No I had to wait for the cashier to help 3 customers before me make there selections, pay for there food, an then the lady prepared my food right off the buffet an I'm thinking why am I being charged an extra $1.50 or $3 for both entries for a "speciality charge", and I could of just went through the buffet, myself and it probably would of been faster then ordering online an standing there wakting for my to go order? I wouldn't have minded the wait if it had been prepared fresh. I like Panda Express but was upset by this experience .

Panda Express declined their solicitation so they wouldn't give me my change.

Very off-putting how they now call you out for not allowing your change to fund one of those self-serving "charities". Tonight the worker actually would not give me my change. Only 20 cents but I can't see them giving me my order if I give anything less than the full charge. I was made to feel like a low-life but I wasn't leaving without the change due me. They have it all on video for goodness sake.

Panda Express customer service

At approx. 1:30pm I went through the drive thru at 2725 E. Whitestone in Cedar Park and when I got the order it was wrong. I called in to the restaurant to ask if I can just come back in to get a side of the correct entrée. Judith had a major attitude, said it was my fault, I should have read the screen better, etc. When I said that it was correct on the screen and she plated it wrong, she said something I couldn't understand very low and hung up. When I entered the restaurant, she saw me and began speaking in Spanish to the cook saying "this was the [censor] that called". Only problem, I speak Spanish and understood everything. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an employee at a fast food establishment. Why couldn't I just get the right entrée?

I hope you responded to her in Spanish... it's amuses me the number of native Spanish speakers who don't realize so many non-natives can speak Spanish as well.

Panda Express ordered was yet again incomplete

I actually love panda but one location i would advise people to stay away from. They never do their job. They half filled the fried rice area, and i had a coupon i had done the panda survey and still they took the coupon and never put the item in my order. Bethany & 43rd in glendale az is one horrible service, coupled with their portion size. I had two sons work at panda and have always went but they cannot seem to get it ok. Sadly this is something even if brought to their attention tomorrow, it would be nice to get them to recognize their errors and still its a sad store, filled with lazy workers.
Store #0865 thought corporate might want to be aware.

Panda Express misleading menu

It's not fair that you exclude 50 million people from enjoying all these options that should be vegan/vegetarian (chow mein, eggplant tofu, white/brown rice, veggie side dish, etc.) but are not because you cook them with chicken fat/stock. When you go to the supermarket and buy pork, you expect that you're buying pig meat, not dog meat, right? Well, when someone sees Eggplant Tofu, chicken doesn't immediately come to mind, does it? It's misleading. What I don't get is why would you think a meat-eater would order vegetables at your restaurant if they hate eating vegetables? None of your meat eater customers are going to notice or care if you don't use chicken stock, and you will be attracting 50 million new customers (vegan and vegetarian combined) by not using chicken stock!

On your website, you list your values:

[Proactive
We identify opportunities for growth and lead others to create the future we envision.]

Can you recognize this opportunity for growth, and be proactive by at least doing a test run to see if you will make more profit?

[Respect/Win-Win
We treat each other with respect and seek "win-win" relationships with Guests, business partners and our communities.]

You could have a win-win relationship with the vegetarian community by taking out the broth and allowing us to eat at your restaurant, while you earn more money from us, and make your menu healthier-- like how in
'Panda Way', you list one of your values as 'Healthy Lifestyle'. Win-win.

[Growth
For Panda to grow, we must each learn and grow. We are humble and open to new ideas as our world is constantly changing.]

There are many vegetarians offering the new idea that you could cook non-meat options with water or vegetable oil instead of chicken broth. The world is changing, and veganism has grown 500% since 2014 in the US, to currently 20 million vegan Americans, and 30 million vegetarian Americans. That equals to 50 million vegans and vegetarians that could be eating at your restaurant.

[Giving
We give our time and resources to support each other and our communities.]

Eating out as a vegetarian/vegan can be hard in small towns. Why not make it easier for people to eat with their families, giving support to them?
Not to mention, under 'Sustainability', you say "Panda Restaurant Group understands that the future of our restaurants can only be as bright as the planet on which they reside, so we're reducing our carbon footprint..." so why not make it easier for the people who want to reduce their carbon footprint by not eating meat eat the non-meat options at your restaurants?

Unless you evolve to cook with vegetable stock or water instead, then I can only assume that all of the values you list on your website are false. Why mislead people?

Panda Express it was 825 pm and they said they did not have a lot of things on the menu

Went to Panda Express drive thru in 690 N Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, AZ. We tried to order 5 plates. The order person said they ran out of fried rice and had only chow mein, ok fine. So we proceeded to order. They ran out of beijing beef, the Angus steak! The store does not close until 1030pm. I was extremely annoyed that they were not making anymore and had ran out of food to serve and it wasn't even 830pm yet! This was unacceptable. Once we got our food home, the servings were small! So disappointed. I wish we could have turned around and got a refund. $45 to spend on food that used to be of quality totally wasted because we did not get the food we wanted because they had run out of it.

Panda Express extremely poor service for catering order

I placed a catering order (26-30 people) for 4 sides and 4 entries on 2/8 by calling Irvine Spectrum Panda Express and asked if they deliver. The order taker confirmed the order and that they deliver and I placed order for delivery for 2/10 at 11:45 AM.
on 2/9, I called store to make a change to remove a meat entree and add a vegetarian (egg plant/tofu) entree. The order taker again confirmed all sides, entrees, and confirmed delivery on Saturday, at 11:45 AM.
On 2/10, no delivery guy showed up and I called the Irvine Spectrum store at 11:45 AM. The individual informed me that they don't deliver and food was sitting at their store. Significant issues:
1. No courtesy to call ahead of time if they didn't deliver. If I didn't call, food would have sat there.
2. Lack of training to the store employees for company's policy that Panda Express does not deliver food.
3 The event on Saturday was for a paid training ($200 cost for the training) and I had to step out to pick-up food and lost 1 hour of the training. Significant loss to my time.
4. The training event was scheduled so that 28 participants were scheduled to take lunch at noon. Due to lack of call from store, I had to go to pick up food and lunch event was held at 12:45 PM (instead of noon).
5. No courtesy/apologies provided by the store manager when I went to pick up food for making this error.
6. The training was attended by 28 quality professionals and all of them agreed that not calling in advance to notify that Panda doesn't deliver and not showing any gesture/apologies for this mess-up for such a large order was unacceptable.

Panda Express food/ bad service

My family and I went to one of your locations for dinner. We were attended by a rude cashier. My husband asked for a side of teryoki chicken and as she was about to give it to him the drive thru person took my order. Veronica the person attending us said "oops she took it!" With sarcasome and all. She said the next order would take 20 min. It only took 5. I then walked up and asked if she can now give me the chicken and she said yes wait in line. My husband told her we had already been in line and she lied to us so can we please get our order and she started arguing with me calling me a lier. Over all she was horrible and should be talked to or removed from the floor.

Panda Express gift card

My $50 gift card was bought on 12/15/17 in Texas as a Christmas gift. I went to use the card a few weeks later and is said zero balance. I was charged on my credit card statement for the card. The local store didn't to care and said it was already used three times. Problem was, it had NEVER been used! I finally called Panda HQ and they said it had been used on 12/17/17 in Milwaukie, Oregon. Three times, same place, same day. I've never been to Oregon in my life. It's obvious someone has hacked into their gift card system and was stealing numbers. Head office, said it's not their problem, since the card was used. Uh...it's completely their problem. NEVER...EVER buy a Panda Express gift card. They never offered anything at all to make up for it.

Panda Express food not fresh-refund request

Hi. First time complaining. I ordered two Beijing Beef Bowls and one orange chicken bowl. This is our usual order. But this time the beef was very tough and overly crispy. It was hard to chew. Plus, the server must have used the same utensil because my beef had orange chicken sauce on the top.

I believe that beef should not have been served. I've been ordering that dish for years and it's usually more tender and tasty. Very disappointed today and a waste of $21. I am requesting a refund for the purchase of our meals.

Date: Jan. 30, 2018
Location: Granary Square, Valencia.

Attaching copy of receipt and a photo of the orange sauce on the lid of the Beijing beef.

Panda Express roswell nm manager

So I applied submitted my resume band called. That was on Monday and told the manager would call me back. No call so I called today, manager by the name of Alberto tells me to come in tonight at 930 and bring in my resume even though I submitted it online when I applied. so I get there at 915 with resume in hand. So at bout 935 he sits down doesn't introduce himself so I do. Doesn't even ask a question and tells me that he has no by my name because I can't work the hours they need. So I tell him that he should have told me that prior to telling me to be there at 930 at night and doesn't even look at my resume. He needs time management and information management skills. Should have left him an application for where I work we can help him with that. Don't need the job just wanted extra cash. Then I ask for the district managers number and it the DM name is a hispanic/Spanish last name and I didn't hear him when he said the last name so when he repeated it he said it with out the Spanish accent because I guess he thought that since I'm white I didn't understand him and said it all with a clear English accent. Thinking I didn't understand him. Well guess who just called apologizing for all these mistakes. A little too late...

Panda Express knowledge of manager

I visited panda express Friday afternoon… I ordered the usual… I asked for the teriyaki sauce to be poured over the rice and she said they didn't have it… I was surprised because I know they have it… She was adamant about it so I ignored it and pulled up to the window to pay… When she came to the window I looked in my bag and I had ordered spring rolls but she gave me Rangoon...When I mentioned the order was wrong she implied that that is what I ordered… when I handed the bag back to her to correct the order I once again asked about the juice fir the rice… She insisted I didn't ask correctly… I was like really… I asked for a manager and she said she was… Her name was Porscha...Since I was getting nowhere with her I paid and just drove away… I was excited to have panda express in cranberry Township but now not so much especially if she's going to be the manager… She is not an asset to your company… Normally I am not critical but I was frustrated… Just needed you to know… Thank you for listening.

Panda Express drive thru service

I just visited the Panda express on Veterans Parkway in Clarksville, IN, store # 2123. I ordered a broccoli beef and sweet firery chicken with fried rice from the drive thru. When I got to the window my order was not correct. They had substituted my broccoli beef with orange chicken. When I told them that was not correct I was told they were out of broccoli beef and it would be a few minutes, and to pull around the front they would bring it out to me. They bring it out. When I get home and open my order everything was fine except for my broccoli beef. It was all broccoli with one piece of beef. Very disappointed

Panda Express I am complaining about the panda express in lodi ca

While dinning in to eat on 12/26/2017 I observed many discrepancies within the food service and the employees. One of the many disturbing observations was of an employee running to her phone using the phone and then serving food after without using any gloves or washing her hands causing cross contamination multiple times. The restaurant was very dirty with many dirty tables and to my surprise you guys were fully staffed, with many employees standing around using their phones. Not only was our order wrong I also observed many other customers complaining of their orders being incorrect. I would like to know what your company policy and procedure is for safe food handling. I have enjoyed eating at your restaurant in the past, and hope that these matters can be addressed and put to a stop so that I as well as many others can feel safe eating at your restaurant again.
