Panda Express panda customer service

On November 20, 2018, I went to Panda Express off of 51 St. Ave. & Baseline in Laveen. Two different young ladies asked for my order. I have them my order and they didn't take it. They asked again for my order ( I was in the drive thru). I gave them my order again. One lady kept asking for my order, she kept saying, "repeat that, repeat that". Spoke to manager Michael and told him what happened. He said he couldn't do anything about it because they were all about teamwork! I told him to provide training, he said they didn't need it. He turned around and said bye. I got home and my order was still wrong. I called to tell them, especially Evelyn the employee and Michael that my order was still wrong after repeating it over and over again (my order consisted of only 2 plates- with no special instructions). Michael again said he couldn't do anything about it. I was in disbelief that a manager would do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Panda Express food portions

I had just picked up a take out order (3 item) from your location in Clarksville, Indiana. When I got home, I was very disappointed to see the portions of the rice, chow mein, angus steak, walnut honey shrimp and green beans chicken (3rd item) portions were so skimpy. This is the third time this has happened. I didn't submit a complaint the first two times as it could be due to a new crew member so I figured I would be understanding and gracious. However, this third time this is occurring does not help the reputation of the establishment. My wife and I have been loyal and long time customers when we lived in California and now in southern Indiana. When this location first opened approximately three years ago, the portions were not skimpy like they are these last few months. We would like to continue being regular customers and would like to see portions that are a little more generous and fair.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for bringing the wonderful and delicious food to Clarksville in southern Indiana.

Panda Express general manager

I consistently went to my manager Vieney from store 1558 about favoritism and it went unheard. I said I would call hr about the situation and she told me, no one would believe me those are my friends. So of course I didn't call. Then the day before she fired me she bragged to Castulo and Jason Clark about going to fire me. That doesn't show professionalism. Now I am no longer employed and the manager is retaliating against my wife.

Buenas noches,
Yo soy cliente frequente. Desgraciadamente esta última vez que fui me sentí como si fuera inferior a la señora Maria que tienen aquí de manager en su local que está por La Walmart aquí en la calle Nobhill en Yakima Washington. Siendo que la señora habla en español yo le hablaba en español y me contestaba en inglés. Le pregunté que si sabía español y me dijo "yes" y seguio contestándome en inglés aunque la verdad no entiendo bien yo ese Lenguaje. Prefiero pasarnos a otra muchacha. Siendo ella mexicana se supone que debería de contestarnos en español

Panda Express eating area

During our visit on November 9th 2018 we walked into Panda and notice front area was dirty, then the tables were dirty, when we sat down looked outside, the windows were dirty. No cleanliness in the room. Also I advise the manager that it was too cold in the dining area. They had the air conditioner on in November, it was about 50-60 degrees outside. No need to waste energy when you do not have too.

This location is in Grants Pass Oregon.

Panda Express food tasted bad, I believe it was rotten

my wife and kids visit this location and the food was old and tasted rotten, they made a complain and the lady said she was not able to do anything for her. where can I make a formal complaint and get our money back since she had to throw away her food. The date of the incident was oct 26 2018

Panda Express service and food

I wrnt to the local P.E. like i have from time to time. I waited in line for my turn. When I approached the glass, my first words were that I wanted a three entree box. I got a little ahead of myself and forgot to say rice or chow mein. Once that was done, he let me sample the new honey chicken, but I passed. I then told him that I wanted mushroom chicken, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I got distracted for just a moment, but i was concerned about if he got the mushroom soup dish because i wasn't sure if it was there. He could have gotten it and I didn't see him. I'm trying my best to confirm that it was in the box. When I'm asking him, he was already marking the box, so I got no response. Imagine my surprise when I got home and no mushroom chicken. Then when I dished up the orange chicken, i could not get the knife to cut it because obviously it had to have been over fried, because I felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather.
I am so disappointed sbout the terrible food and terrible service. PE really let me down.

Panda Express incorrect order and unfriendly service

The person taking my order in line was not friendly and visibly annoyed when I had to repeat my order and clarify. She was also distracted and kept taking to her coworker as I was talking to her to place my order. She was dismissive. Then I get home and open my food and one of my entrees is missing even after I repeated and confirmed the order. Also, I was charged for both entrees for my plate but as you can see only received one. I am very unhappy with the service and the fact that an entire entree is missing in which I paid for. Since I had already driven home I did not want to leave again and go back to fix this as they should have gotten it right in the first place.

I just did not like my food at all my noodles was dry I could not give that to my kids and the chicken was cold I feel like that was not worth the price that I had to pay .Then the driver told me it was my fault Because I was calling her to check on when will my food be here .she told me that's why she miss the exit and the turn she was supposed to make

Panda Express wrongful termination

To whom it concerns,

My name is Anthony Hill and I was an Associate with Panda Express. There was an incident on October 11, 2018 in between 8-10 pm that ultimately led to my termination on October 12, 2018 at 5:39 pm from store 1413. My Employee ID was 1367394.

A woman came into the store while other Panda Express Associates were conversing with a man from an unrelated manner, I was standing in front of the fried rice steamer stirring the rice when she approached me and has a statement to the effect of, "Please help me, I'm homeless and i just want something to eat." I thought for a second, regarding my plan on how i would effectively allow her to be given food without violating Panda Express's policy. Which in retrospect. I didn't. I gave the woman a Panda Bowl with Full Fried Rice and Shanghai Angus Steak. The is no policy governing the time of food exchange vs the time of payment, and it doesn't require Authorization from a manger. Me knowing, and given this concept. I gave the woman the food, I had full intention to pay for the food when i was presented the opportunity after I opened my register, yet I was terminated before presented the opportunity, less than two hours after my termination I came back to Panda Express store #1413, and paid for a Fried Rice Bowl with Shanghai Angus steak, an employee discount was applied which I did not request. I feel as if Ricardo Mejia, the General Manager of the Panda Express Store #1413 was quick to an assumption that I did not intend to pay for the food. I paid for the food on October 12, 2018 at 7:13:23 PM My server was Ricardo Mejia, and I paid a total of $6.41.

I am the Chief and Leader of US Customs and Border Protection Explorer Post 202. We volunteer with veterans, provide food for the homeless regularly and given that I've been an Explorer for the past 2 years. My Core Ethical Values would not allow me to see me in a position to help and not do so. The same ethical values that drove me to pay for the homeless woman's food in the stated above incident are the same ethical values which required me to have an intention to pay for the food. Which again, in retrospect i was not predisposed before my termination.

Prior to paying for the food, Ricardo Mejia stated verbatim after we asked the reason for my termination, "For not ringing up the items". Given that I paid for the food, I did not violate Panda Express's Purchase Policy and the item was compensated and paid for. In short, I was terminated for Distributing an item that was ultimately paid for. I was terminated for "not ringing up the items". If I apply for future jobs i will be categorized as someone who "stole" when i did not.

Also given that this incident was directly prior to closing we average discarding over a 100 Pounds of food per week. Which could be used for a more practical purpose then being thrown in the trash. It would cost the company little to no extra money to create containers to donate the additional food 1+ days per week to a homeless shelter to allow it to be discarded in a humane, helpful manner. If possible I would like to continue my tenure as an associate at Panda, and to ensure a misunderstanding like this will not arise again.

Panda Express hiring process

I applied for a job here about 2 weeks ago. The manager told me that he liked me and he was going to send me to the 2nd interview. 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten an update on my interview process. And when I called to check, the manager claimed that he was transferring to another store and that I would have to get an interview with the new manager. All of the managers were Hispanic including the employees and I feel like I was counted out because I am not Latino. Crestwood is very close to predominantly black and white areas so why is there no diversity in this workplace. When I realized that majority or the worker were not black or white then I knew that the managers are hiring people based on heritage. This is completely illegal and unfair so I will take this matter farther if I don't notice change. I really wanted to work here for a better opportunity even though I already have a job but I will not stand for inequality. There should be Caucasians working here too but all I saw were Hispanics and based on what I have seen in the past, they have favoritism for people of their heritage.

Panda Express denial of service

On Friday (Oct. 19, 2018), I took my kids by to get food on our way home from ball game. It was 9:45 and they close at 10. The doors were locked. They ignored me when I was knocking. Tried to call, but got a busy signal. Another lady walked up and they let her in to get her food. When someone finally answered, he said "You can't wait 6 minutes to close to come get food." A worker was leaving, so I walked over and asked her what the issue was. She said she didn't know why they locked the doors so early, but the drive thru was open. When I told her what the guy said on the phone, she said that the other workers had heard that too.
So, I pulled around behind a jeep in the drive thru, and after they drove off, I pulled up to speaker and then I'm told that they are closed. They closed between the customers in the jeep and me, (which was less than 2 minutes). I tried to call back again, but the guy answered and when I started to speak, he hung up and then all the other times I tried to call back after that, I got a busy signal.
I was trying not to get upset, and had any one of these things happened alone, it wouldn't have been a major issue. But the fact that another lady was allowed in after I couldn't get in, then the issue with the phone call, AND then the fact that they closed the drive thru while I was in line behind another vehicle who also got to order, I have to just assume that my kids and I aren't valued as customers any longer.
I take my kids by this same location 2-3 times a week, on our way home from football or basketball games, and we have NEVER had issues or been treated this way before. I'm not sure what can be done, but I'd appreciate any help you can offer on this matter.

Panda Express food safety

I was eating at the Panda Express store #1923 on 10/12/2018. I found metal wingnut hardware in the bottom of my chicken with string bean with chowmein. I almost bite into this metal object and can cause serious denture issue. If this was a children, they might have choke. I left email last Friday and still did not get a response or a reply email. I could have contact the local health department and this will be big safety and health violation

Panda Express not enough food and food felt cold not well done

I visit the selma ca panda location tonight at 7:57 pm order mushroom chicken, and for my surprise When i opened my plate all i saw was zucchini and few mushroom ony one piece of chicken very mad, my orange chicken was hard, rice was not well fried and also cold, on my other plate i also got very few pieces, i always go to panda and this time was not happy, worth any penny, i would like a full refund because this felt like a total ripp off..my number is [removed] email is [protected]@gmail.com and my order # is (152129)

Panda Express new bowl sizes, quality of food, intense throbbing disappointment, and a lame fortune

I used to love Panda Express.

It was a Sunday stop each week during the summer months for my coworkers and I as we headed home from a long week filled with the copious duties of summer camp counselors.
It was a simple yet delightful destination for a lighthearted date between two high school sweethearts, enjoying each other's company and the friendly challenge of learning to eat with chopsticks.
It became a symbol of blissful, innocent fun; of time well spent with loved ones, bonding over the one thing that can unite all despite our differences- good food.

And then, everything changed when the fire nation attacked.

The chicken grew cold and scanty. The bowls shrank before my glistening, tear-filled eyes. The cabbage was soggier than ever- almost as if it was weeping for the knowledge of its very own restaurant's downfall. And my fortune? I am no fool. I never forget my fortunes, so I can confidently say that I receive the same fortune every time I order from Panda Express.

My heart aches. My tears are heavy and boundless. I long for the good old days when the chicken was hot and plentiful. I pine for the times when the bowls possessed the leeway for me to decide whether or not I would have leftovers.

Please bring my old Panda Express back. Please return the fun-filled memories and chopstick success stories. Do not let the dynasty succumb to such a tragic destruction. Please, Panda Express, please.

Panda Express service

Awful service for a location that just opened!
First time i went about 145 pm. All the employees were sitting at a table eating and didnt acknowledge me. So i asked are you guys open? Finally someone said we close at 130. So i went back today at 120. I go late bc thats what time my lunch is. So i left early. I stood at counter while employees continued to make their own bowls of food. At this time during closing theres usually not a lot of food left, which is expected. No one acknowledged me again, and again i asked are you open? Another woman said yes. While employees are still taking the last bit of food, she then went on to say everything they are out of. They were not initially out of it. They became out of it while i stood there watching the employees take it. This is the cityline location in Richardson. Im really taken aback with the service. Especially how there has been such a turnover in restaurants in such a short period of time.

Panda Express food, service and manager

Hello my name is Hanan Ahmad i have been a loyal customer for years now I buy food from Panda Express almost every week for my family, my sons are a big fan of the orange chicken and i love the honey walnut shrimp. I normally buy 3 to 4 large orange chicken entree along with large honey walnut shrimp plus other things and i never had encountered any issues until today at this location. This was my first time buying anything from this location, unfortunately food did not taste the same as other locations food was lukewarm. Orange chicken didn't look bad but the tasted of it wasn't the same as usual, we were a party of 6 and we all said the same 2 kid were so hungry they were eating 1 bit and spitting 3 out chow mein tasted funny and cold as will the steam vegetables the carrots had dark color in the center, broccoli had black spots and the cabbage was over cooked and slimey like if it was rotten. we didn't complain at first since the staff were busy assisting other customers we tried to eat and leave fast, i had ordered a egg roll it didn't look good but I took a bite of it and It was so rancid I had to spit it out into a napkin just like the majority of the orange chicken. I almost throw up absolutely disgusting gagging rotten rancid. Both chicken egg roll and orange chicken had the same flavor. I called the manager 4 times and finally she came to my table and i explained to her what was the problem with the food, and she said no food is fresh made every hour and that's not true she was rude unprofessional she said i can't do anything because you have ate some of the food. I asked her if she at least give us a store credit that i can use at the usual location i buy from. She refused and said it only can be used at this location and she cant give me anything back anyway because i should had let them know before eating some of the food. After a long discussion with her she offered to exchange one large orange chicken for a medium entree and exchange the eggroll for another one i refused since it's the same food. By adding all my separate transactions i spent total of $75.89 me and my friend's family who i purchased food for we all went home hungry after spending all this money on rotten chicken. plus i was upset from the manager attitude who was rude and insulted us varios times by calling us a liars. At the end when i told her i will contact headquarter about this rotten food she said to me give me your credit card and i will void one transaction and she did but she charged me $9.25 without my consent, and i asked her why she said because you ate the honey walnut shrimp. I am really so upset with this location it's the woset location i ever been to staff rude food rotten is a chame this place to be part of this franchize. (Last but not least putting the cherry on top of the cake) there was small cockroaches in the kitchen on the floor next to the refrigerator. It's sad this place should not be part of Panda Express.
I can go on and on with this bad experience i just hope we don't end up with food poisoning. I am the only one so far who had vomited 2 times since we ate i guess because i was disgusted by that rotten rancid chicken egg roll.
one last thing when i was complaining to the manager about the food she asked me for my receipt and she keeps throwing it in the trach and when i asked her to give me my receipt she declined to give it back after a long struggle she gave me only 2 out of 3 receipt that had the lowest amount of what i had spent.

also i forgot to mention the men's bathroom floor it was disgusting urin on the floor both my 5 years old boys slipped, one almost fail on his face on top of the urine, thanks god his older brother grabbed him on time.

pandas express was the best but right now the noodles are burned in all the panda express restaurants and they are frozen and I spent 50 dollars on food I apologize for the comment but the truth is that many people said the same thing that they are the noogles and stamped rice I was to claim they misbehaved, they told me that the food was and after all, many people for the same reason, no males shamain noogles, perhaps they say that they do not understand, thank you, but I am still happy, thanks, I hope you get enough evidence to see the problem, thanks again.

I recently visited Panda Express and ordered the walnut shrimp. The server then said "honey walnut shrimp" so again I replied "walnut shrimp please". Finally the server then took my order and said "honey walnut shrimp". Therefore I would like to complain as I do not appreciate being called honey and I find this extremely sexist.

Also the orange chicken was not orange enough for my liking. In fact I would go so far as to say it was more of a yellow color than orange. I'm disgusted.

Come on Panda Express - get it together.

I believe that I encountered this same scammer many years ago. He asked me if I would like to see his "reindeer" which has a "red nose". Disgusting!

He then told me that he would "come down my chimney". This man is a disgrace!

I was with Hanan Ahmad yesterday, everything she said is true. The manager name is VIE, she was extreamly rude and selfish. She does not know how to speak to her she does not deserve to be in a position of a manager, she needs to get fired and replaced with a deserving person who knows how to speak to customers. The eggroll was disgusting we almost puked call mom the orange chicken tasted horrible, the broccoli and carrots had black and brown spots on them they were soggy and looked like rotten vegetables, that was our proof to the manager but yet she refused to help and wanted to kick us out of the store. She called us liars and said we want to eat free food, she was in denial that we were right and she was wrong.
I am certain the cameras can be rewind, watch it for proof, see how she treated us and how she spoke to us with unacceptable behavior. People like her gives panda express a bad reputation

Panda Express customer service

I went to Panda Express on 10-6-18, I gave the cashier my card and she gave me my items and I left. I found out the next day I never had my card. I backtracked and realized my card was never returned to me. I went back to Panda on Cave Creek and Union Hills in Phoenix, AZ and the manager was eventually called to the drive thru window and told me it was my fault that I left my card there. This is when the converstation we bad swiftly. The manager, Lupita, stated she tried to apologize, but she did not, she started the conversation by explaining to me that the cashier from the night before told her it was my fault, so she blamed me. I immediately got upset and explained to Lupita that I went to the grocery story and had to pay with my credit card for my groceries and I wasted gas going out of my way to get back to their store. Lupita constantly interrupted me, did not listen to what I was saying and she is the epitome of a bad manager. She did not try to resolve the issue other than blaming me. If this is what Panda is about, blaming the customer for their errors, then I can go to PEI WEI. I am military and I can let my military family know of this poor treatment. People should know that Panda and their customer service skills are poor, at best.

Panda Express complaint terrible customer service at panda by employee on phone.

Today October 2, 2018, I made an order with Panda Express located at431 FM 1960 West, Houston, Tx 77090, Ph# [protected].
The Complaint: Food was ordered for a bowel of orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, egg roll with sweet and sour sauce.
2. Food arrived by Uber driver, granddaughter received at the door.
3. After examining bags there was no shrimp fried rice.
4. Contacted Panda Express at - [protected], spoke with person on phone, tried to explain, was told to drive there and bring receipt.
5. Told that person, if I could drive there I wouldn't have ordered for home delivery
6. I was told it was not her problem to contact Uber
7. Asked if she could contact them cause I didn't feel I should call. Was told that was what I was to do.
8. I told her I was charged for food I didn't receive and I would have to contact my bank and report this.
9. She refused to help in anyway, kept talking and I could not say anything cause she kept over taking.
Had to scream in phone to try an get her attention. I contacted my bank and explained the situation on 10/2/2018.

Panda Express teriyaki chicken

I went to Panda Express on Midlothian Turnpike location. I brought Three orders of Bigger Plates
Plate one Shrimp steak and teriyaki chicken
Plate two shrimp steak and teriyaki chicken
Plate three shrimp and double teriyaki chicken
The teriyaki chicken was loaded with fat. As long as I've Order this I have never At the other locations.. I order at Parham Road location like 3 to 4 times a week and have never seen this. I have to Trash most of the Teriyaki Chicken because who wants to eat fat... This place need help. And Differently a NEW COOK!
